This car has exeeded all of my expectations. It is comfortable, quiet, and has great acceleration. All of the features, including radar cruise control and other electronic safety devices are awesome. To get these features in other cars you need to buy a top of the line package, but, in Mazda they are in all of them. I love my car.
Problem needed a week to be fixed, longer than I expected, but was given a loaner car which served me well. I was kept informed as to the progress.

The Mazda CX-3 proved to be the best value for my daughter's first car. I did extensive research, and while this is a smaller SUV/crossover than some of the other SUV's I researched, it has amazing safety ratings (an IIHS top safety pick) and the gas mileage can't be beat (27 mpg city, 32 mpg highway). Since we were looking at used cars, we were able to get a significantly newer vehicle with far fewer miles on it than other smaller SUV's we were looking at while still being assured that our daughter would be safe when driving it.
I can't thank the Staff enough for my car service. The staff set me up with a same day ride home & a loaner to pickup the next day. Bob came over and asked me to go with him and start up my car. Well, the car worked. Bob said when he heard the noise he wanted to check if the steering wheel column. All car needed was to be greased/lubed. Bob, thanks so much!

This is one nice car. Rides sooooo well plus decent mileage. Love all of the GT features including the Mazda Radar range which automatically slows down while on cruise if someone inform pulls out without looking. Car is in great shape. No accidents. Awesome paint job. Been garage kept since day 1.Florida car
I went for an emissions test and got a nice deaker experience. There was no one ahead of me. It took about half an hour and the waiting room was a big upgrade over the usual emissions test station. Comfortable seats, HD TV, clean bathrooms and free coffee or water. Cashier Sam has a funky english accent and Shelby was professional and friendly.

traded in my bigger SUV for this car to save on gas. It gets great fuel mileage for an awd vehicle, It's got good get up and go, mechanically sound and does pretty well in the snow. Downside is how very small it is, would not recommend for anyone with children. Other then the very limited space (also the cup holders are in an awful spot and not user friendly at all) but if you're looking for something small and cheap on fuel this car is perfect.
We leased from Milford chevy ther customer service stinks and we called lee partika and they helped right away and were very courteous to us Thanks

absolutely love this car - it's LUXURY LUXURY LUXURY but at a much lower cost. It shouldn't be compared to the normal Honda CRV or others it is typically compared to. smooth drive and luxury features - it's the highest value for your $ - compare it's features and drive vs Audit, BMW, and Mercedes - Mazda wins!!!
Have brought my truck to Partyka Chevrolet for service for 2 years now and I have always been impressed with their staff and the quality of their service. Keep up the good work!!!

I did quite a bit of test driving and reading about the various cars and suvs in the similar segment. I was impressed by how far Mazda has come along to design and built good looking cars, engines, chassis, etc. The CX-5 is a 2.4 L 4 cylinder developing 185 hp. The interior design and quality is up market. The exterior design is smooth and sporty. The engine for its size and power is very peppy and responsive. The suspensions are stiff enough to give you great handling and making you feel like a semi sports car on rails. The model i bought was a Grand Touring variant which has a sports mode and also a trip Tronic gear box. The trip tronic gear box is sensitive to your input of up shifting or down shifting but half a second slower from our input. The sports mode is wild and makes the car up shift and down shift based on our tune of driving. The sports mode and the Trip Tronic shifting combined is pretty responsive. The automatic gear is pretty smooth. I also found the road noise is reduced, no wind noise as the cabin is well sound proofed. The engine grunt can be heard inside when the engine is revving at a higher rpm. The overall comfort is good, little bumpy since the suspensions are stiff. The fuel consumption is not the highest in the class and gave about 23.5 miles per gallon. This is should be fact that the engine is towards more responsive and quick compared to a economy mode engine. The 19 inch wheels with 255 size tyres adds to the handling. Overall, I am happy with the car and would recommend to anyone looking for a family suv/cross over that is powerful, conformable and handles well.
I traded in my 2014 Touring CX-5 (fairly high mileage) for a 2018 Grand Touring CX-5. I loved my 2014 CX-5 and was actually surprised by how much more excited I was about the 2018 CX-5 after I made the purchase and drove it a bit. It feels like a luxury car without the price. The upgrades in styling and comfort were more significant than I realized. More importantly, the upgrades in technology are incredible! The engine is more efficient; I recently got 32 miles per gallon on a road trip, and that given the car is heavier due to additional noise insulation. Features like the rain sensing wipers, radar adjusted cruse control, and lane sensing are terrific. I'm still trying to learn all the features of Mazda Connect. Finally, the car is a smooth, fairly quiet ride and seems just as nimble as my 2014 model.
Buying a car from J&M was the best car buying experience by far! I worked with Vinny who was more than patient and accommodating with me. Being a young female trying to buy a car can be very difficult, but Vinny made my experience easy and smooth. He was honest about any and all details in regard to the cars. He dealt with me calling him multiple times a day to ask questions or even just check on the status of my vehicle being ready! He did his best to make sure I got my vehicle before the holiday. He made sure he put me and my child in a safe, reliable vehicle. I would highly recommend J&M to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle...in fact, I already have! :)

This car has been one of the most comfortable and easy driving, road hugging cars I've owned. My wife is retiring and we no longer need two cars. If her car weren't nicer and more expensive, I would not be selling mine!
Bought a used Hyundai Sonata Hybrid from Miguel. He was absolutely outstanding in all aspects, and would recommend him to my family and friends. I will definitely buy from him in the future, so just ask for Miguel when you go there.

I've had so many thing go wrong with this car. Very disappointing. Poor quality. Airless conditioning stopped working. Infotainment system continually restarts in even 1 degree weather. Persistent noise from front end. Shoddy trim. Will likely sell and go back to my trusted Subaru Forester.
Wow...what a relief!
I was driving home yesterday in my 2014 Infiniti Q70, when I took corner at slow rate of speed, I glanced in my rearvew mirror and observed a vehicle who apparently would have liked to take turn at faster pace. As I looked forward again I heard pop...and immediately saw passenger side mirror ??? Not normal....as a car fanatic ...lol...lover I ...said ...shoot..lol
To clarify I knew ...I didn't hit people or property because had clear view as making turn.
Anyhow to get to point ....pulled over checked side of car ...looked fine ...knew I couldn't do much on side street ...so quickly decided to just use scotch tape I had in glove box, to tape assembly ...mirror (which was intact)...address nightmare...lol...I take pride in keeping my car mint...and I think most car lovers would agree ...until restored ...issue fixed
As I was driving rest of way home...seeing taped mirror started bugging me...I know just a car ...could be worse...I'm probably a little shallow...lol
And I know this is review of service department at county line Nissan ...but I think background is relavant to why I'm so thankful to have trusted dealer ...service advisor.
So obviously I'm anxious to get mirror fixed...quickly.
Now the cost to diagnose repair...could I do myself...autobody ..dealer (which is hour drive)...
Thought about whether to put in claim with insurance company ...kind of quickly ruled that out ...quite sure I have 1000 comp and collision deductible ..
Not to cry poverty but new I had very little ...64.14...lol

Very tired when I got home so decided to forget till tomorrow morning.
Got up early and did some research on side mirror repair...glass, entire unit etc etc...
Was feeling a little better ...rested ...and happy that glass and unit seemed to be intact...hadn't inspected fully yet but seemed better than some examples in research ...where glass and or whole unit dangling or broken....learned that adhesive ...locktite glue is used to adhere glass to plastic plate on top of mechanism ..,
Thought about buying some ...where to buy...if after further inspection I thought I could try repairing myself ....
Then self doubt set in ...lol...would I make it worse ...would glass fall off
I needed wanted professional help! For my car..lol
Without sidetracking much further ....I thought of dealer, county line Nissan ...which I have used for all maintenance ....and absolutely love.
But, as I am housesitting for friend....was about hour away.....but decided they were my best shot to get straight best course of action ...for temporary fix ...and/or options for complete repair .
All right I'll get to point!
Get there...first in line...Quinn, Service Operations Manger gives me red carpet greeting as usual ...quietly listens to my sob story ....right out of gate comforts me with best case scenario ....oh sometimes they /glass just pop off....been to many other dealers who ????
Alright I'll finish ....
So kind considerate professional ....says go relax in service area ...as he himself is peeling off scotch tape ...I'll take a look and be right in....within 5 minutes he comes in and says your all set.....
Now you know why I dragged you through all the superfluous background ...can you imagine how happy I was/am:):)

Great styling, interior design, comfort, performance, and reliability!!! Kills the competition in all categories as far as I’m concerned. Drive a lot of rentals around the country, my Mazda is awesome compared to its competition.
Miguel H. took such great care of me when I visited Shakers Family Hyundai! He was knowledgeable, polite, efficient, friendly, and so helpful. I had a couple of issues that came up within the process, and he expertly guided me through them to a successful end......and I drove off the lot in my new (previously owned) Elantra. My experience with Miguel would definitely lead me to return to Shakers, and to refer others. Excellent service all around.

Mazda 6 GS-L (Canada). You will not regret buying this car! And I have regretted many others. I live in a smaller city where there is no Mazda dealer nearby, so I never really thought of any of their cars in a serious way. But I happened upon one that was being sold from our provincial insurance as a write-off due to hail. I bought it at an extremely low price for 100,000 km (60K mi). I only saw pictures, but went for it. Wow! I can't understand why there aren't more of these cars around, they are fantastic. I'm 6'2" and was worried I'd be too big and tall. Nope. Super comfy with the leather seats (and the seat warmer is perfect for the winter time, I even turn it off after a while because it warms up so nicely). Drives laser straight, better than any other car or truck I've owned. Manual tranny is good (although I've had better for smoothness). Power is just fine for me, because I'm a bit of a hypermiler anyway, but I can see how an extra 30-40 hp would be nicer for the sport of it all. The nav is good but I don't like the cost of updating, so I've updated it once (since it was never updated and there are new roads around here) and won't bother again. Other than those items, everything is perfect. The engine feels like it'll go forever. Buttons and stuff placed just where I want to reach for them. Handles great. Looks fantastic. Just wish I bought one earlier!
Mr. Salmon, a.k.a. Fish, listened to us and met our needs from the beginning and throughout the shopping and buying process. Also, kudos to the dealership: We felt a sense of community among the entire staff in that if Mr. Salmon wasn't there when we stopped by (which we did several times), someone was always available to us. Fish allowed us all the time and information we needed to make a decision. We liked that.

Its great. Not too fancy, but is a great vehicle. This would be great for a college student or a grandma. So basically like anyone.
The staff was both friendly and professional, making my car buying experience very easy. My sales associate Peter was excellent at informing me about all the features in my car and answering all of my questions thoroughly. He had a great personality and was very knowledgeable about the product. He helped me pick out the perfect car and made the buying process a breeze!

This car met all of my needs. It has plenty of room. I love being able to play music and use my phone through the blue tooth. No cords! Very comfy vehicle. Perfect for what I needed!
