Sandia BMW MINIReviews
Sandia BMW MINI review
We recently purchased a 2022 Denali and our advisor was Lawrence Chavez. He was wonderful to deal with from the very beginning until the end. We had our kids with us and he went out of his way to make sure each of us were taken care of through the process to include offers of drinks/snacks. This dealership is highly recommended thanks to Lawrence in itself. They clearly only hire the best of the best. Thank you for such a great experience.

Love the Mini Cooper S convertible. It drives live a bullet and is heavy as a tank. The styling is so elegant. Most fun car I’ve ever owned.

MINI of Stevens Creek review
I had a pleasant experience, Salar was knowledgeable and helpful. If he didn't know the answer he went and found out for us. Finance manager was brisk and somewhat rude, although he was very knowledgeable and efficient guiding us through the process. Still waiting on one work item, that was included to be delivered upon (2 weeks out) I got a call back today and hope they will complete the experience. I am happy with the purchase and liked the kindness of the sales personnel (helpful, not high pressure). I would recommend.

2023 MINI Convertible review
I love, love, love my new Cooper S convertible! She is paying for herself in compliments already. Literally everywhere I go, someone stops me and says "your car is so cute!" She is so fun to drive and it isn't even convertible weather yet lol. I ordered black on black and I couldn't be happier with the aesthetics and performance! I hope she and I have mini happy years together!!

BMW of Ocala review
I recently purchased my dream car from BMW of Ocala. It was my first ever car build according to my specifications and color choice, Vegas Red . Kevin and the entire dealership team went far beyond my expectations . From start to finish, everything was first class even to the red bow on my Red 2026 BMW convertible ! Kevin made sure that I was fully informed about all the special features and capabilities. My own special Genius walked me through the amazing safety features on my car . I felt so special !!!! BMW of Ocala deserves the 2025 Consumer Satisfaction Award and Kevin deserves all his Outstanding Salesman trophies.

Sales-wise - Donna all the way ;) Service-wise - Darrell all the way! What can I say...from the beginning of my purchase with Donna for my CPO Countryman S ALL4 to service with Darrell, I've had nothing but a great experience with both. Donna goes above and beyond for her customers. She truly cares and works with you every step of the way..becomes like a family friend! I've taken my MINI for service to Darrell, and he goes above and beyond, always helping and taking the time to explain things. He definitely has a great attitude all around. Thank you to both of you. Keep MINI operating the way it should. You both are the prime example of great customer service, and it shows. Because of you both, you always make my life a little easier.

MINI of The WoodlandsReviews
MINI of The Woodlands review
I had an exceptional experience purchasing my 2024 MINI Countryman from MINI of the Woodlands, and Dina Kansowah deserves special recognition. Buying a vehicle sight unseen from 1,500 miles away requires a tremendous amount of trust. Dina earned that trust through clear and consistent communication, detailed videos, prompt answers and careful attention to the things that truly matter when making a significant purchase remotely. She made sure I could see and understand the vehicle’s condition, guided me through each step and never left me wondering what was happening next. Dina’s professionalism, transparency and personal attention gave me the confidence to move forward with the purchase. She turned what could have been a stressful long-distance transaction into a smooth and reassuring experience. I highly recommend MINI of the Woodlands—and especially Dina—to anyone considering a MINI, whether purchasing locally or from across the country. She is an outstanding representative of the dealership and the MINI brand.

This definitely the best service department around! I went in for an oil change and met with the FABULOUS Angie. Just as I think I’m done, Angie, says come with me, I need to bring you to the service area to explain and show me why I needed rear brakes. Not really a surprise because last oil change I got the heads up the brakes were going. Such honest and knowledgeable team. This team is the BEST!

I had a dilemma that made me make a very hard decision. I talked to Deenee about it and she worked with me on a solution. Ended up making a trade that took care of everything. Got a reasonable offer for my trade in vehicle and came out with a beautiful Cadillac that I will enjoy owning. I'm very satisfied.

2019 MINI Convertible review
I wanted something fun and sporty, yet fuel efficient, for my commuter car. Wow! This car is a blast to drive! I'm 6'3", and I fit just fine with plenty of head and leg-room. It is snug with the performance seats, but you soon get used to that, and it makes taking corners fun. Sport-mode shoots you off the mark. The car has all the tech features you want and the convertible top makes your kids through up their hands. I love it!

Over the top assistance with my auto purchase. Mr. Rivas made my car questions and concerns answered, no pressure and very helpful finding the right fit. Financing worked hard to find me just the right warranty and made it work for my budget. In and out in a reasonable amount of time. My thanks to all who helped me leave a happy customer.

Group-One BMW made it easy for me accomplish some of my pre-winter automobile checks: oil & filter change, tire rotation, air pressure and fluid checks etc. They even sent me a little coupon help with the costs: nice!! The location is convenient, setting up an appointment was a cinch, folks at the dealership were professional, helpful and courteous. It?s a good place to do business!

I loved the car. Very sporty and fun. Comfortable and easy to drive. The only downside is that the trunk is tiny. A great deal if you don't need to carry anything.
