Recently there were some service lights coming on for the ABS and Driver Assist features. Although I live an hour from Ocala, FL I had a bad service experience (or lack thereof) with our Genesis dealer here in Gainesville and decided to call Jenkins Genesis of Ocala. What a pleasant experience. From the time I called to schedule an appointment to meeting my service advisor, Adam Croner the customer service I received was beyond! Adam could not have been more professional, helpful and caring. He had great product knowledge, people skills and truly cared about me - the customer. I can honestly say that with Jenkins service experience was better in every way than any of the car manufacturers and dealerships I mentioned. What a great dealership. The beautiful new waiting area was fantastic with internet, a cafe and large screen TV's. Everyone was clearly well trained and knew how customers should be teated. Keep up the great work. We purchased a 2026 Toyota C-HR SE model in the Mineral Gray (overcast) color. It's our first Battery Electric Vehicle. The all wheel drive dual motor setup provides excellent traction, exceptional power delivery, and a very supple ride. The stable chassis inspires confidence in its driving dynamics. We're very pleased with our decision to buy this new Toyota BEV. We also own a Toyota FJ Cruiser that we purchased new in 2007. It still runs quite well with nearly a quarter of a million miles on its odometer. My expectation is that this vehicle will also serve our family very well. Our buying experience at Triangle Toyota was straight forward and hassle free. The sales staff and finance manager were all professional, personable and easy to work with. We intend to keep this dealership in mind for our next vehicle purchase in the future!

Finance manager was brisk and somewhat rude, although he was very knowledgeable and efficient guiding us through the process. Still waiting on one work item, that was included to be delivered upon (2 weeks out) I got a call back today and hope they will complete the experience. I am happy with the purchase and liked the kindness of the sales personnel (helpful, not high pressure). I would recommend.
