Excellent experience my Service Advisor Matt was thorough and customer friendly. Dealership is very clean and comfortable while waiting I was kept well informed on status of the vehicle
2024 MINI Hardtop review
A brilliant mark of automotive excellence. An abundance of personality, only to be outdone by my 9lb chihuahua. - 135 horsepower is more than plenty on the freeway, and far too much for the city. - The design of the interior cabin feels I am already in the future, as opposed to the present. - The cabin is also very quiet. I hardly hear cars and noise around me - the sound quality from the sound system is spectacular, and the audio from phone calls is unbelievably clear. - I've never driven a car with better handling. I would say it is in a Goldielocks zone of having enough wiggle for comfort and stiffness for performance.

When people complaining about the car buying process this wasn?t one of them they were great!!!
2015 MINI Hardtop review
This car has great character and is fun to drive. It has great pick up with the turbo charged engine but can also be driven in green mode to save on mileage. Mini design is impeccable. They thought of every detail for function and style. I have no complaints about this car other than the parts can be pricey. This is truly the best car I have ever owned.

Wouldn't do it any other way. I was very well treated and the buying process was quick and painless. The vehicle I liked was taken offline for 2 days until I was able to go to the dealer and test drive it. I thought that was a pretty nice feature.

Auto House Motors review
I can’t express enough how truly grateful I am for Ahmed at Auto House in Downers Grove, Illinois! From the moment I started having issues with my first car, Ahmed showed incredible kindness, patience, and dedication. He didn’t just help — he genuinely cared about making things right and ensuring I was happy. He went the extra mile to get me into a beautiful BMW that I absolutely love, and made what could’ve been a stressful experience feel effortless and positive. It’s rare to find someone so honest, professional, and compassionate in the car business. Thank you, Ahmed, for treating me like family and turning a challenge into such a wonderful experience. I’m forever grateful and will always recommend you to everyone I know! 🙏🚘💙
2014 MINI Hardtop review
Bought it new. Hard to tell that it's almost 8yrs old. Third Mini, first automatic. Very nimble and good acceleration. Love the heads up display and love love the power folding mirrors and side driver visor. Seats are very comfortable and have an extension for longer legs available. Haven't been able to figure out how to delete older phones from the bluetooth or unwanted addresses from the nav system tho. Biggest drawback for me is that the nearest dealer is 1.5 hrs away. But they do offer a valet service to pick up the car if scheduled in advance. It's not the most inexpensive to repair but what vehicle is nowadays.

I can count on realistic estimates of the duration of the visit which speaks to my team's experience. If I decide to wait for the car, the sales floor has a nice waiting area. If I needed to go elsewhere, e.g. lunch, they provide a ride for me. The team knows what it's doing and makes sure that I know it too.

The guys at bobrorhman Kia we’re very helpful, and was a great first experience buying a car.
2016 MINI Hardtop review
I got a wonderful car from Imported Motor Cars in Maine. It’s a beautiful car, incredibly fun to drive, and surprisingly fits tall folks well (my husband is 6’5”). The 2016 model is high in reliability according to CR, and I haven’t found it to be different. It has great gas mileage and is pretty good in snow.

Fun car, not good for long trips though. Perfect for around town. Just a little to low for older adults, can be difficult to get in and out.
