Pellegrino Buick GMC review
Pellegrino is simply the BEST dealership, hands down! I have never met a more truthful group of individuals. Sending over so many from my family, in addition to our 3rd set of leases for 4 cars(12 in all since 2015). I would never attempt another dealership; their professionalism, expertise(not pushy-genuine), pricing, honesty, dedication to their customers and unlimited time to answer all your questions, has truly set the bar above and beyond all others. BRAVO PELLEGRINO!

2016 MINI Hardtop review
BMW / Mini really got it right with this 3rd generation 2016 Mini Cooper S. None of the headaches or reliability issues of previous years.... This car is incredible to drive. This is as solid a car as any car in the current BMW line up. Draws looks and smiles every where we go. So many features, So quick and responsive, it is incredible, way ahead of its time. The performance is exhilarating. My wife and I used this as a weekend car to drive up to our sailboat to spend the weekend on beautiful Lake Texoma from Frisco about a 60 mile trip each way to spend the weekends. Solid, safe secure, very reliable and dependable. Never had a problem one! We had more fun driving this car than any other we have ever owned and we have had 2 Honda Civics, 4 Honda Accord Sports of various years , 2017 CRV, 3 Porsches, a 2016 944, 2004 & 2013 Boxer S, and a 2017 Jeep Wrangler Limited. This baby tops them all... This car is a smile a mile....

Earl Stewart ToyotaReviews
Earl Stewart Toyota review
Less than a week ago I contacted our friend Steve Hollosi, a longtime auto retailer who has since gone into automotive consulting about who I should speak with about getting our family a new ride. Hollosi (Success 360) asked me some questions about what we were looking at. After doing some initial research, he told me to contact Earl Stewart Toyota. My wife and I bought a car all virtually, the first time I've done that (shopped cars online, but never did it all online until now). From our first contact with the dealership, talking and messaging with various team members including the credit department, through to the delivery by a fine fellow named "Vinny," this has been the best vehicle buying experience I've had in over 50 years of car buying. Other than a modest glitch on their website, it has been a 'red carpet' experience. We are enjoying our new ride and would recommend others consider Earl Stewart Toyota if they are looking for a professional, candid, no pressure and transparent experience. As I told my friend in thanking him for the introduction, I do not normally offer a positive online review, for several reasons. But in this case, the Earl Stewart team deserve it. Keep up the good work.

Gebhardt BMWReviews
Gebhardt BMW review
I wanted to share the excellent experience I had at Gebhardt BMW. After inquiring about a vehicle online, we visited the dealership on January 24th for a test drive, where we met Jason. He was knowledgeable, insightful, and made the test drive both informative and enjoyable. After discussing our wants and needs, we decided that building and ordering a car was the best option so we could get exactly what we wanted. Throughout the entire process, Jason kept us well-informed and maintained great communication. The dealership was also very accommodating when it came to delivery, as we had a few family events that delayed our ability to pick up the car right away. When we finally arrived, everything was perfectly prepared for us. In Finance, Jake took the time to clearly explain all the options available without being pushy or aggressive—something we had experienced elsewhere. We also had a training session with Shane, who thoroughly walked us through all the technology features of our new vehicle. Everyone we worked with was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely kind. I highly recommend Gebhardt BMW—if you’re in the market for a BMW, this is absolutely the place to go.

Today, I purchased a Nissan Ariya at Auto Boutique. My salesperson was Lou Walker. Lou was great. He was knowledgeable, patient, professional and courteous. Unlike most used car salesmen, Lou was not pushy. He gave me the information that I needed to evaluate the cars of interest to me and the time to process the information. This was my first purchase at Auto Boutique and Lou made it very pleasant and stress-free. If you need a car, Lou is your guy!

BMW of Dallas review
We had an amazing buying experience. Rania Jamal, our Client Advisor, made the entire process a pleasure. She walked me through the facilities, pointing out the parts and service department and the tech guru’s department. Then she took me to the vehicle we were interested in and described its features. She also advised me that it was a certified pre-owned vehicle with a warranty and a remaining factory warranty. As we test drove the vehicle, she answered all my questions. She never pushed the sale; I felt no pressure. The vehicle and her professionalism sold me. If anyone is interested in buying a vehicle, I highly recommend Rania Jamal and BMW of Dallas.

BMW of AllentownReviews
BMW of Allentown review
Sloan BMW Allentown — An Exceptional Buying Experience Buying my first brand-new German car after years of driving Lexus and Toyota came with a little excitement… and, admittedly, a little anxiety. After reading enough horror stories about BMW reliability online, you start wondering whether you bought a car or accidentally adopted a very expensive German pet. 😄 Thankfully, the buying experience at Sloan BMW Allentown was nothing short of exceptional, largely because of Jordan. Jordan was patient, knowledgeable, professional, and—something I especially appreciated—there was absolutely no pressure or stereotypical salesmanship. We communicated primarily through text, which fit our busy lifestyles perfectly. That may sound like a small thing, but for me it made a huge difference. I’m a car enthusiast and pay attention to everything, probably far more than any salesperson would reasonably enjoy. Having someone willing to communicate closely, answer questions, and pay attention to the details was priceless. From the very beginning, Jordan made the process feel less like a transaction and more like someone genuinely helping us make the right decision for our family. There was never a push to “close the deal,” no games, no unnecessary back-and-forth—just straightforward communication and patience. Jordan even surprised me with a BMW scent kit as a small token of appreciation. A simple gesture, but one that showed that the experience mattered beyond the sale. Our new 330i is officially our first German car, so hopefully BMW proves all those internet reliability doom-and-gloomers wrong. 😉 We’re certainly hoping for many trouble-free miles. And when the time comes for that first 1,000-mile break-in oil change, I hope the exceptional experience continues into the service department. Thank you, Jordan, for making what could have been a stressful purchase genuinely enjoyable. My family truly appreciated the experience, and we’ll absolutely be back. Highly recommended — 5 stars without hesitation.

My first-time car shopping online and William Wong made it so easy for us, he went beyond and above to get the deal for us, and within a week I have my car delivered to my house. Again, Thanks William for his great service and most definitely come back near future. Kodos to William.

I had an issue with my Rolls Royce and was not happy. Steve Grossman stepped in and after a few days he made me very happy and really took care of me. As a former dealer and Auto executive Steve Grossman did a great job. I recommend the Veanan group in West Palm

I had the best experience once again at Gettel. Traded in my Telluride for a newer one. Andrei was the sales person and I felt no pressure. Ben was the finance guy and he got me the best rate. Once again they delivered top notch service
2024 MINI Hardtop review
A brilliant mark of automotive excellence. An abundance of personality, only to be outdone by my 9lb chihuahua. - 135 horsepower is more than plenty on the freeway, and far too much for the city. - The design of the interior cabin feels I am already in the future, as opposed to the present. - The cabin is also very quiet. I hardly hear cars and noise around me - the sound quality from the sound system is spectacular, and the audio from phone calls is unbelievably clear. - I've never driven a car with better handling. I would say it is in a Goldielocks zone of having enough wiggle for comfort and stiffness for performance.

Had AC issue, and diagnosed as evaporator coil issue. Needed to replace it. Dealership was able to provide loaner and transportation without a hassle, and lowered the repair price due to hardship. Ean (advisor) was nice and experience to explain the issue.

Napleton's Volkswagen of Sanford review
I had an outstanding experience purchasing my new Volkswagen, and I can’t thank Michel Fuller enough for making the entire process so easy and enjoyable. From the moment I walked in, Michel was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle without any pressure. He took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me informed throughout the process, and made everything smooth from start to finish. Buying a car can often be stressful, but Michel made it a pleasant and hassle-free experience. If you’re in the market for a Volkswagen, I highly recommend asking for Michel Fuller. His excellent customer service, honesty, and attention to detail truly set him apart. Thank you again for making this such a great experience!

Grapevine Ford Lincoln review
Went in for a 90,000 mile service. Everything was great. Facility was clean, staff polite and knowledgeable, service done in timely manner, no one asking if you want to buy a new vehicle, nice area to work while you wait and the cafe has good omelets made to order. I just wish the cafe opened earlier.
