Jason was great. He kept me informed about my car. BUT, it is still wield to me that for an inspection and oil change my car was there for 2 1/2 days. I already knew I would not get it back the same day. But then did not get it back the next day either. And then the next day it was Promised to be ready in the AM, but was not actually ready until 1:30. THe. They had my car for 2 1/2 days and I had asked for new batteries for my keys and that had NOT been done. So I had to wait even longer. Jason was very nice and apologetic. Not sure if I will see Jason again though. HIGH TURNOVER in service. It is a very high stress job to keep telling people over and over their car is not ready. I hope you pay them well. A luxury car but not luxury service.

I started searching for a certified 2019, BMW X3, last October 2020. Through CARS.com I found several places within 100 miles from my home. I then started the elimination process based on equipment packages, price, miles driven, etc. Once I found the car that came closed to what I wanted I contacted that dealership, in this case, McKenna BMW. Immediately I received an email from a salesman named Stanley and we talked about my expectations, what I was looking for, and how I wanted to handle a purchase if everything I wanted was met by the dealer. Stanley was humble, professional, honest and more importantly he listened to my requests and concerns. With the information I provided him with he searched his inventory and found me a 2020, BMW X3, with only 5K miles (demo car) with the packages I was looking for. The price was also only $1400 more than an older model with more miles. He provided me with all the necessary info and websites available to start a purchase process with the understanding that not until I saw and test drove the car that I would make my final decision. We then set an appointment date and time to finally meet and see the car. I live approximately 89 to 101 miles from the dealership so I did not want to waste my time or the dealership’s, I wanted everything to be easy and ready for a final decision. Upon arrival at the dealership we were met by nice friendly people and then finally met Stanley and his manager. They never pressured me into buying the car, they explained the purchase process, warranty, etc. The BMW was what I had been looking for, I test drove it and because we had initiated the purchase process days prior (finance approval, down payment, and monthly payments) the rest of the paperwork was completed in a timely manner. I want to thank CARS.com for making my vehicle search a fun and easy one and I especially want to thank McKenna BMW for working with me to find me the car I’ve been dreaming about for the last 4 months.

Once I have obtained the airline tickets Stevens Creek BMW agreed to hold the car for me and I flew out the next day for a test drive, purchase and 900 mile drive back home. #1 Alec was very easy to work with. The car was in New Condition and on top of that a great price. #2 Harres Asefi - Finance Manager again easy to work with. Contract was already written for me. I was on vacation traveling from Maine to my home in Ohio, when the steering wheel on 2022 BMW 540i began shaking severely. Warnings that I could continue to drive but it needed to be seen for repair. I was able to get off the freeway and looked the closest BMW dealership. I was directed to BMW of Shrewsbury. Upon pulling into the dealership it was clear I needed help. I was directed to a service bay and was greeted by the employees who assisted me with setting up an immediate appointment. James Gibbons, client advisory was extremely helpful. He directed my wife and I to their refreshment area while the car was being evaluated. About 15-20 minutes later, James explained the issue with our car, which made it unsafe to drive. He also informed us that it was still under warranty but that it would be 3-4 days to get it repaired. I explained we needed to get back to Ohio the next day for work. James helped us arrange to get a rental car and had the rental company come pick us up from the dealership. He helped us with our luggage and was extremely kind. We were back on the road within 2 hours. James instructed me to call BMW roadside assistance to arrange getting our care brought to us once the repairs were completed. I want to thank everyone at the dealership and especially James.
