Margate Ford was not my first choice for purchasing my Maverick truck, but they came highly recommended by some friends of mine so I gave them a shot. They recommended Michelle as a sales person. I set up an appointment for that evening. I had already taken the truck for a test ride at another dealership, but we’re still working on getting a outstanding deal. A couple other dealerships had promised the moon, but couldn’t deliver. Margate Ford delivered. I was never a big fan of car dealerships. I’ve always felt that their main focus was either trying to overcharge or upsell me rather than make the visit pleasurable. Once we arrived at Margate Ford, we sat down with Michelle the sales person that I talked with on the phone. She is an amazing salesperson who made my wife and I feel relaxed and comfortable. She went over all the documentation for the truck then set up the Ford app for us. She then took us on a detailed tour of the truck. She answered all our questions and pointed out things that we weren’t even aware of. After the tour, she took us to the dreaded “financial manager” who processed everything professionally and quickly. We were out of her office in a surprising 20 minutes. I highly recommend Margate Ford to anyone that is looking to buy a truck or a car. P.S. A week later my daughter also bought a truck from Michelle at Margate Ford. Her experience was just as awesome!

Extremely profesional and knowledgeable! No xx dealership! I highly recommend them!! I visited the dealership and appraised (based on milage and real condition of the car), once I had the correct value for the car and interest rate for financing, I made my offer, and once they confirmed the numbers, we made the deal in less than 15 minutes! I did visit a few dealerships were I wasted my time! Some dealerships don’t take the time to look at garbage they are selling. They go by time on the lot, the make and models and average market sale price not really looking into the real condition of the car. All the information I needed is easily accessible, if you know where to look. I deal with facts not averages!

It was a vehicle we really wanted, but we did NOT purchase from that other place, nor will we. For all of the help we didn't receive from that salesman, they might as well sell cars at a kiosk. I was very happy with you for the assistance we received with the options we included (warranty and paint/interior protection). You were willing to try to save us money where you could. At the other dealership, no such service. It is what it is, take it or leave it. We left it. And your "after the sales" help was greatly appreciated. I took delivery of my 2026 Suburban Z71 (6.2L, custom Borla exhaust, red tintcoat) from John Elway Chevrolet on 23 October 2025, and I can say without hesitation that this was one of the best vehicle purchase experiences I?ve ever had. My journey with this dealership started way back in July 2025, when I first tried to buy a similar vehicle. That original deal didn?t work out, but Trevor (Internet Sales Manager) never dropped the ball. He stayed in touch, helped me custom-build the exact Suburban I wanted, and kept every promise, from the guaranteed price to a very fair-trade value on a challenging trade. Throughout the entire process, Trevor?s communication, communication, communication made all the difference. He kept me updated at every step as the vehicle moved through production and delivery. On delivery day, I met Amanda, who made what could have been an overwhelming tech setup feel effortless. She walked me through every performance and technology feature, connected my OnStar account, synced Apple CarPlay, and ensured I understood all the apps and settings before driving off the lot. Her professionalism and enthusiasm turned the delivery into a great experience. Daniel (F&I Manager) was equally professional, direct and knowledgeable when discussing warranty options, but respectful when I declined. The entire process was efficient, transparent, and team-oriented, which I deeply appreciate as a former military officer who values teamwork and integrity. When I left the dealership, my new Suburban was spotless, fully set up, and ready for a long drive south to Texas. I?ve bought many vehicles in my life, and I usually ask dealers not to put their decal on the back. This time, though, I left the Elway football logo right where it belongs. It?s a reminder of a team that truly earned my trust and my business. I not only recommend this team, would actively seek them out again in the future. Brought my ‘24 GLE in for a check engine light and a rear window washer blockage. Service tech found exhaust baffle blocked due to icing, heated and greased with great success. Tech also found washer fluid line blocked and frozen. This problem was also corrected. Tech performed a complete vehicle inspection as well. All service work was accomplished with no charge. The dealership also provided me with a brand new 2026 GLC courtesy car for the day. Five Star ⭐️ service including my time spent with Tom O’Connor my service advisor!
