Excellent customer service experience! Mon Sept 11 called Sarah Hersee to schedule LOF, Tire rotation & State Inspection. Sarah scheduled me for 10:15 am Wed Sept 12. Joie Mullen, our trusted service adviser, informed me the State Multipoint Inspection revealed front brakes/pads/rotors needed to be replaced which was completed that day! Joie found the front tire had a leak coming from the rim and resealed the tire to the rim. The right front tire needing to be resealed shows the attention to detail Joie?s team shows. Years when I was on the road flying out Sunday night and returning Friday night Herb Connolly Chevrolet always help my wife care for our two cars in a way that made her safe and secure. Trusted service advisors, e.g. Joie Mullen, is the major reason for our dealership selection and continued patronage. Joie is our current service contact with at this dealership and has been extremely helpful. Always feel when I leave the dealership that the service was performed correctly and Service Advisors, e.g. Joie Mullen pay personnel attention to every service detail. 2026 Chevrolet Trailblazer review
The Trail Blazer has a lot of good features like a lot of space in the back trunk and the tire storage area. The high beams automatically comes on when it comes to a dark spot. I like the two screens that it have and the radio has SMX and a groove station as well as a 80’s station. It has a heated steering wheel and buttons on the back to control the radio and phone when making a call or just hanging up. I would prefer this over any other subcompact suv. Because of its cool features! And the pricing.

2026 Hyundai PALISADE review
I gave up my 2025 BMWx5 50e for the 2026 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy Hybrid. My friends thought it was to lower my notes or because we couldn’t afford the BMW. What they didn’t know was I had paid off the BMW. Reducing cost was not a factor. I fell in love with the Palisade about three years ago, but I kept waiting on the new body style. I finally went to see the new Palisade and the features were much better than what I remembered. I love the cameras to the left and right when you use your turn signals. I love actual knobs to adjust the ac unit. I love the roominess of the second row seats and their ability to recline. The massage function for the drivers seat is awesome. The ability to recharge vs nightly plugging in a hybrid is wonderful! I won’t go on and on, but I find myself smiling really hard and peaking out the door to look at it in my garage…lol! I don’t like how loud it starts off, not crazy about the big grill, I preferred my panoramic sunroof vs the two separate sunroofs, and I lost the safety net of run flat tires. But overall, I am very pleased with my first SIX days of ownership. I will keep you updated if anything changes.

I absolutely loved the video of the overall health of my vehicle sent to me through the mechanic in the garage servicing my vehicle and for me it was exactly what I was looking for was the status of where I stood of what needs to be replaced for parts in the near future. I’m at peace now knowing the overall health of my vehicle and feel in great hands when I’m at my dealership. Any questions I have they have the answers always. Setting up the appointments online through their website is my favorite too as I can pick the day and time that works for me and my crazy busy schedule. I’m sad my Mazda is 9 years old, but Mastria Mazda has me every step of the way as my car ages. Shout Out To All Of You As Your All Amazing for every role you fill in at this dealership. Called the service department for seatbelt and turn signal indicator lights randomly coming on and spoke with Warren. His immediate concern was safety and asked to bring the car in that afternoon for it to be checked. He suggested an oil change while I was there since it was due. He informed me about all the findings and he was right on time with the time he quoted for car to be ready! I have always been extremely satisfied with Kia in both the buying process and service.
2026 Kia Sorento Hybrid review
So far tour KIA Sportage Hybrid runs flawlessly and drives great on the highwasy. Fully loaded with useful features and an incredible panoramic sunroof that's quite enjoyable during the warmer weather. Engine and transmission runs smoothly. Love the 10 year - 100,000 mile warranty; gives us peace of mind. One complaint is that although our model is top of the line, it does not come with the Homelink feature. To open our garage door we have to a remote attached to the diver;s side visor. All in all highly recommended!

2026 Kia Sportage Hybrid review
I`ve only had the Kia Sportage EX AWD hybrid for 3 weeks previously owning a 2023 Toyota Rav4 XLE (gas) that seemed bullet proof even after 30K miles. Looking to upgrade to a new hybrid vehicle I was thoroughly impressed with my Kia test drive . The Kia Sportage is so smooth and quiet with strong acceleration and comes with an automatic transmission instead of a CVT. I had studied all the reviews available and concluded that this was among the top compact SUV hybrids .

2026 Hyundai SANTA FE review
I purchased my Santa Fe from Dickson city Hyundai about a month ago I love everything about it so far. Very roomy. The 3rd row is great for the extra passengers but also when it’s down the trunk is huge. Love the dashboard and screen. Back up camera is great. Very safe reliable vehicle for my family with tons of personalization and tons of safety features. It’s luxurious without the heavy price tag.

I bought my first car from Cambridge Honda last month after the place was recommended to me by a friend.I had considered buying from private sellers, but my experience at Cambridge Honda makes me glad I didn't! My salesperson, Rebecca Rideout, handled everything from beginning to end. She was honest and upfront, so we didn't waste time on models that were outside my price range, and we got to test-driving quickly. Negotiation of the price was brief and straightforward. She gave me all the attention I needed without ever pressuring me. She helped me get the best deal on car insurance, which is necessary for buying a car in Massachusetts ? it's not an easy process either! ? and of course the dealership handled all the paperwork. Rebecca Rideout drove me to a mechanic so I could get a pre-purchase inspection done, and even bought me a slice of pizza because we were both hungry after spending all day on the sale. A shuttle brought me to and from the bank where I could get a cashier's check. Rebecca Rideout gave me her contact info in case I needed it because I had to come back the next day for a state inspection. The state inspection at Cambridge Honda took less time than expected (and I got a complimentary donut and coffee while I waited). All in all, I got quite a fair deal from Honda. And perhaps just as important (especially for me, since I was buying my first car), I got a whole day of service and help so that I could be on the road with peace of mind the very next day!

2026 Volkswagen Tiguan review
Great 28.3 mileage w 500 mile cruising range on regular gas. Seat comfort, engine performance (no turbo lag), quality, great quiet ride, ventilated massage seats, and tons of upscale standard equipment quickly made us forget our 2022 Audi Q5 Premium Plus Sportback with a 15K savings and even more features. Best buy on a mid sized luxury SUV. Would highly recommend!

2026 Volkswagen Atlas review
Bought 2025 Atlas Peak Edition new in Sep’25 and after 7,000 miles have 0 issues! Build quality is top notch and everything is fully functionable. Very well laid out to provide maximum interior space with real adult 3rd row seating. I traded in my Ford Explorer Platinum since I couldn’t take the continual and repeatable breakdown issues with transmission and engine failures along with the many fit and finish issues. Hands down, my wife and I absolutely love this vehicle. One of my sons drove my Atlas and liked it so much he bought identical model for his family too.

2026 Hyundai SANTA FE HEV review
Bought this new hybrid car a few weeks ago and going on first long distance drive, 2k miles, soon. So far we love this car. The looks and performance have been what we hoped for. I purchased my new 2026 Subaru Crosstrek Limited from White's Mountain Subaru in Casper, WY. I selected the Subaru after doing a lot of comparison shopping and research. The Crosstrek was the best value for the money. I am an older person and the adjustable seats are at a level that is easy to get in and out of. The cabin is roomy, and there is plenty of space in the cargo area. The heated seats and heated steering wheel are a nice feature. The ride is very comfortable, especially on longer trips. The vehicle is solid - well built. Subaru's commitment to safety is apparent and that gives me peace of mind when I'm on the road. Overall, I am very satisfied with my new 2026 Subaru Crosstrek.
