We brought our 2019 Acura RDX in for a routine oil change and tire rotation, which was initially quoted at $70. However, after inspection, additional recommended services, including fluid replacements, a new timing belt, water pump, and battery, brought the total to $4000. The service team was professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. They also provided a loaner vehicle for the day. While the unexpected cost was significant, we appreciate the thoroughness and peace of mind knowing our car is well-maintained."
