I had never bought a car before and only heard horrible things about how awful the process of car buying can be. However, this was NOT my experience with Ourisman Honda of Laurel!! I was greeted with nothing but professionalism, compassion, and kindness. They truly care about their customers! George was INCREDIBLE every step of the way. He even sent me a video of the vehicle I was interested in before I came in. He made every part of the process easy to understand and made sure I would be able to drive off with the car I wanted. I can’t say enough about George. He was so kind and caring and willing to do whatever it took for me to be able to officially say “I’m a car owner!” He took his time with me and never made me feel rushed. Thank you George!! His manager, Roman was so compassionate and took the time to speak with me about what all of the fees meant and what we could do to get a monthly payment that I was comfortable with. He sat down with me, human to human, and connected with me on a personal level while trying to get me into the car of my dreams. Thank you Roman!! The finance office was the part I was most scared of. I was sooo pleasantly surprised and relieved when I met Ash. He was so incredibly patient with me while I asked a million questions and he took his time clearly explaining everything in a way that I could understand. He also gave me some great financial advice for bettering my future that I am truly grateful for. He helped me find the right terms for my loan so that I could be comfortable and confident as I drove off the lot. Thank you Ash!! Every single person I interacted with went above and beyond their job description and made me feel like I mattered. It felt like it wasn’t just my business that mattered but that me as a person with a life outside of that dealership, I mattered to them. My happiness and well-being mattered to them. My future and comfort mattered to them. There was not a single time I felt pressured or discouraged. The car was also immaculately clean, which I very much appreciated. I cannot speak more highly of them! When it’s time for a new car I know who I will call. I am a customer for life now!!
2026 Honda HR-V review
Previous ownership of Honda vehicles because of their reliability. It' the number reason for this purchase. The HR-V is perfect for my wife and I as it's affordable to operate and maintain, comfortable size wise, simplistic in its design and features. So many vehicles just have too many electronic extras that just are not needed or even used. Love the clean design and fit and finish of the interior components, dash, panels, trim and seats etc. It's Honda reliability, a nice car for the price.

2026 Lexus RX 350h review
The car is beautiful and the interior is very nice. The steering wheel controls for the various function is not easy to understand and make adjustments. It gets the advertised MPG with the Hybrid set up. Acceleration is a little slow but it has plenty of power for me. I would recommend this car.

2026 Nissan Pathfinder review
Tried to like other SUV's with smaller engines but I could not get past the lack of power. Hybrids are out of the question for me. It would be great if you could disable the the engine governor instead of pushing the button to turn it off every time we start the car. For the price and the size it is perfect for our needs. Lay the seats down and haul stuff or fill up the car with children. Very versatile. Price was reasonable compared to other third row SUV's. I can see us taking trips in this one.

With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.

Was able to pick up a good condition used 4Runner with very little hassle with the help of Grady up front and Jayda in the finance department. Even with a fairly cruddy previous car trade in the whole process only took a few hours and was for a price that couldn't be beat elsewhere. 2026 Nissan Rogue review
I’ve only had my Rogue Platinum for three weeks so not much history, however, I am very pleased with my purchase so far. The comfort level is terrible, the ride is smooth. I found the car I wanted (2006 Cadillac DTS) online and emailed an appointment request to dealership. Within 24 hours I received an email response and a telephone call from the dealership, informing me that the car was available. I set an appointment with Tania and visited the dealership, where Tania met me and showed all of the appropriate paperwork on the 2006 Cadillac DTS. After a lengthy and very detailed conversation about the vehicle's history, I inspected the vehicle and took a test drive. Upon my return to facility, Tania ran the paperwork and the matching Carfax Report (which matched my Carfax Report), and we settled on the "as-is" wholesale price. Because I had a few questions regarding the vehicle history, the dealership also included a warranty at no additional cost. We signed the paperwork and I accepted delivery of the vehicle the following morning.

2026 Volvo XC60 review
We just leased our third XC60 having previously leased a 2021 and a 2024. We find the 2026 similar with some improvements in the interior material and I believe a bit better performance than our 2024. Being a mild hybrid the mileage is acceptable as is acceleration. Volvo has the most comfortable seats for sure.

I recently had my car serviced at Jim Coleman Toyota in Bethesda. Like many people I think, I had not taken my car to a dealer for servicing for quite some time. Instead, I used a smaller private mechanic for services like oil changes and the little things that came up, but had not done much in the way of regular maintenance other than that. Earlier this summer we were going to take the car for a long road trip, and I decided to take my car in for an oil change and a check up to be sure it was safe for a long trip. My service representative, Mark Waters did an excellent job. He explained to me what he felt needed to be done. Essentially it was a 60K mile service, All the fluids were checked and replaced, a new drive belt, checked my tires, new wiper blades, and a number of other regular maintenance things. The car drove great on the trip. The trip included many miles on the highway in the pouring rain. I felt comfortable and safe knowing my car had recently been serviced. Upon my return the air conditioning went out. Mark had the mechanic Kevin Parry inspect it and determined I needed a new compressor. They were able to have the car back for me the next morning. Kevin even fixed a few minor body work adjustments on my front fender and on my driver’s seat electrical controls at no charge. Both times I used them, when I picked up my car it was delight to find that it had also been washed for me. I will certainly continue to use Jim Coleman and won’t hesitate to recommend them to others. Five Stars!
2026 Toyota Crown Signia review
I have owned this Crown Signia for 1 month now. It has not disappointed me. The ride is both quiet and comfortable. The built-in phone charger is somewhat disappointing but the nearby USB-C port provides easy access for charging. The wireless Android Auto feature works flawlessly.

I had a terrific experience at this dealership! I was very nervous going into this whole process as this was the first time ever buying a new car by myself. I had recently just had my previous car totaled by the insurance company unfortunately and needed to get a new car. (RIP to my Nissan Versa) I researched the car and trim level/features I wanted and then found dealers in my state that had the specific car I was looking for. I then weeded out the dealers that had poor reputations online. Nissan of Bowie had a good reputation online and also had the cheapest listing online for the exact car I was looking for (a 2025 Nissan Sentra SV with Cold Weather Package.) I showed up and met a salesman named Perfection. He was very welcoming and knowledgeable and helped me through the whole process. Unfortunately they didn’t have the exact car that was listed online available anymore but they were able to find one elsewhere and get it over to their dealership in a timely manner. Perfection and the sales manager were able to offer me a fantastic rate for the car and were very easy to work with. I did go visit another dealership before I pulled the trigger on the car at Bowie just to get a sense of what other places were offering and to get a little bit of leverage to negotiate. I did not have a good experience with the other dealership despite them offering me a slightly better price, about $200 less than what Bowie ended up agreeing to. The sales manager was very intimidating and not very friendly so I ended up going back to Bowie and we got a deal done. Perfection was very kind and patient with me as I struggled with several technical difficulties trying to fill out the paperwork and add the new car to my insurance. He managed to make the whole experience as stress free and easy as possible, given the circumstances. The sales manager was also very reasonable and was willing to work with me to get a fantastic deal. Finally I’d like to thank the finance manager, whose name I cannot remember unfortunately. He was fantastic and a really cool dude. I had difficulty making payment at first because my bank daily withdrawal limit was way below my down payment. It took forever to get my bank to raise the limit and then even longer to get the transaction to go through. He was incredibly kind and patient with me about the whole thing and I got to speak with him a little bit about life and past experiences and whatnot while we waited on hold forever with my bank to get their act together. (For those inexperienced at buying cars like I was, either make sure your bank cards daily limit withdrawal limits are high enough for what you plan to spend before you go to the dealership, or bring a checkbook or cash lol. Ourisman Lexus review
I had been looking for a certified 2024 ux250h for about 2-3 months. I have driven cars at at least 6 dealerships in 3 states. And despite being Lexus dealerships more than one were not upfront in their pricing and they all had an attitude of " this is the car as is, you don't like that chip or no mats or whatever else then don't buy it" and one even said it was certified then wanted $4k for certification. Not Ourisman Lexus. First off, the car was priced very fairly. No games from the start. Our salesperson PeiPei was helpful and responsive. The sales manager Willie was top notch. My wife traveled from New York alone to see the car in our then current Lexus IS250C as a possible trade in. They were wonderful. Transparent with the pricing. Gave us a number we were happy with on our trade in and addressed minor aesthetic issues with the car on the spot. They were ready for her arrival and had the complete transaction done including aggressive financing in about 3 hours. Willie knew my wife had come a long way to get there and had a long trip home and he made sure his staff expedited the whole process to get her on the road. After all the dealerships we had visited I never expected the whole process of buying this vehicle could go this well and that we would be treated so fairly and transparently. Didn't try to push a single upsell on my wife. Offered one or two things like extending the warranty, she said no, and they moved on. When we do need the next Lexus, I am absolutely calling Willie and his staff first. Just the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership.

2026 Chevrolet Tahoe review
Great SUV, the new displays are stunning. The only thing I’m not a fan of is there’s only 1 usb-a and 1 usb-c in the front (on Premier there are none in the center console) and no Cigarette lighter.
