I waited a few months before writing a review. Bought a truck back in May/June. Charles Harris helped me out when I came in to look at the truck the first time, he ran some numbers for me and I left. Didn’t feel any pressure at all into buying the vehicle, I left because I had a few others ones I was looking at as well. I came back about a week later, truck was still there and I had came back on time, there was someone else interested in as well. I had gave Charles a call ahead of time and let him know I was stopping but to make the purchase. The manager was also super helpful during the process. I believe his name was Phillip. After buying the truck, the check engine light came on while driving it home. I ran my scanner and found the issue, contacted Charles about it and he spoke with his manager, they had me bring it in the next day and took care of it at no cost. I was afraid they would pull something on me but no issues no back and forth, they took care of me. It’s been a couple of months with having the truck now, no issues with the truck and no complaints.

2021 Nissan Altima review
The 2021 Altima is a good but not great car. I have the SL trim which comes with more interior comfort and 1 of 2 extra features. I like the sporty style and tech features but the CVT transmission sucks sometimes. If I had to buy a sedan again I would choose a BMW 3 series instead cuz I like excellence in cars. But overall for anyone who would like to have something good and basic pros, yes the Altima can make it.

2024 Nissan Altima review
Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

2023 Nissan Altima review
Aesthetically pleasing. Awesome fuel economy!!! Handles well. I used to drive a 2018 Altima SV until a deer decided that i needed to purchase a new vehicle, otherwise, I'd still be driving that one which was totaled at 227k+ miles...190k+ miles by me (personally) in 4 and a half yrs. The front seats feel slightly smaller though....maybe it's just me.

I love everything about this car! Except the CVT system. It's giving me problems now. Go back to old transmission!! Love these cars though! The CVT tends to break down alot faster than the older normal geared transmissions.

What criteria do you have in shopping your next used vehicle? 1. You want to buy a used car that is believed to be absolutely trouble free (Equivalent to a certified grade). 2. You are ok to buy a car at a fair market price (You are not trying to find a steal deal or to negotiate a price). 3. You hate sales pitch. Then go to Carmax. This is my best advice based on my past car buying experiences with all sorts of car dealers. You can't go wrong with Carmax if the above three are your criteria. Carmax set an extremely high standard in their car reconditioning protocols. Carmax certification is as good as manufacturer's certifications. Meanwhile, you will be discouraged if you come to Carmax in hope to find a steal deal, because all of their cars are priced RIGHT, and they never give you a room to negotiate over the price. This means that they don't play games, and they don't let you play games, either. They are fair. You have to be fair, too. A good news is, they don't try to steal your money. So don't try to steal theirs. However, I have one serious advice: Get pre-approved by a local credit union before coming to Carmax. While Carmax too does offer financing, their repayment rule has a catch. Say your monthly payment was set to $100. If you put $500 at once, you expect that the extra $400 would automatically go to principal payment, right? Not with Carmax financing. Instead, the first $300 goes to the three upcoming monthly payments, and only the remaining $200 will go to principal payment. Front seats are not durable. My seats are loose and tearing. Carpet is cheap and no good. Floor mats are poor quality. Windshield wipers fluid won't come out. 2020 Nissan Altima review
I’ve owned a lot of vehicles over the years, and this 2020 Altima SL truly stands out for its balance of comfort, technology, reliability, and value. The SL trim gives it a premium feel inside — heated seats, heated steering wheel, power driver seat, and a power moonroof make it comfortable year-round. The ride is smooth and quiet, and the 2.5 engine delivers excellent fuel economy while still having plenty of power for highway driving. What really makes this car special is the factory lighting package — illuminated Altima plates, ground lighting when the doors open, color-change floor lighting, and illuminated cup holders. At night, the car looks upscale and unique without being flashy. Safety features like front and rear radar, lane assist, and intelligent cruise control make long drives stress-free and modern. Everything works exactly as it should. The interior is clean, the body is in great condition, and it’s been well maintained. 2020 Nissan Altima review
I love my low mileage CPO 2020 Altima SV fully loaded well maintained car with only 23K miles. Car gets excellent gas mileage and nice pick up. Beautiful beige protected seat and stony blue metallic with paint protection. Take care of your vehicle and your vehicle will take care of you. Replace CVT fluid every 30K and regular tire or oil changes you will be fine. I’ve had two other Nissans with CVTS with no issues.

2022 Nissan Altima review
I came from a 2018 Honda Accord EX to a 2022 Nissan Altima SR VC-Turbo. The reason I switched to Nissan was the high lease price of the Accord in 2022. These cars are very similar in gas mileage, ride quality, trunk space and tech features. The Honda had a slightly smoother ride(but the Nissan does have 19" rims which means you feel the road imperfections more). My only complaint with the Altima is the back up camera. To put it frankly the resolution sucks!! The Accord had a crystal clear back up camera. Finally, my Accord had 190 hp and the Altima has 234 but honestly the acceleration is very similar.

I have had this car for 7 years, did doordash, grub-hub, shipt, daily commute of 100 miles a day. It never complained only changes belts, brakes. Its reliable and mine now have 202k miles and still kicking! Would definitely recommend it
