Decided to sell my 2023 Volkswagen Tiguan. Highest online offer was Autonation Jacksonville. Made an appointment to pursue the offer. Arrived at the store and was connected with 2 representatives. Ash and manager Cam. Process was straightforward. Vehicle inspected, and very minor issues pointed out to me that I was not aware of. Fair offer made and accepted. Entire process took approx 1.5 hours and I left with the check in my hand. Payoff was no issue either. Both Ash and Cam were extremely professional, explained each step of the process and were a pleasure to deal with. As a retired automotive professional (42 year career) outstanding professionalism in the used automobile trade is the exception rather than the rule. Autonation and Ash & Cam were exceptional in this transaction. Very satisfied with the way the deal was handled and the positive outcome. I would not hesitate to do business with them again.

I have never experienced such exceptional teamwork in providing informational support to me as the customer. Jay Simison, the Finance Director was personable like a close friend or favorite family member. I picked up a 2026 Expedition Platinum with the Ultimate package a few weeks ago and I’ve been really happy with it so far. First, I’ve got to mention my sales guy, Tom Spicer. He made the whole process easy—no runaround, no wasting time, just straight to the point. That alone made a big difference. As soon as I got it, I had all the windows tinted (everything except the pano roof), and went with ceramic tint. I also added clear ceramic on the windshield. It looks great and makes a huge difference here in the Florida heat. Driving it has honestly been the biggest surprise. For a big SUV, it’s super smooth and feels really solid. But the engine is what really got me. It absolutely screams when you get on it. This is definitely not the same kind of 6-cylinder I had in my 2019 Explorer—it’s a completely different animal. When you need to get up to speed, it does it fast without even trying. Inside is exactly what you’d expect from a Platinum—really comfortable, loaded with tech, and just a nice place to be. One thing I didn’t expect was how good the B&O sound system is. I believe it’s 22 speakers with a separate sub, and it really rocks. Easily one of the better factory systems I’ve heard. BlueCruise is also a nice bonus and makes highway driving a lot more relaxed. Overall, no regrets at all. It’s smooth, quick, comfortable, and just feels like a big upgrade all around.

2018 Nissan Rogue review
I bought used 2021 with 19,000 miles. I now have 53,400 on odometer with no issues or problems. I have replaced tires/rear brakes-normal wear. I had a local Nissan dealership CVT transmission recommended service @ 50,000 miles ( no one else can service) cost $320.00. I have had zero issues thus far. I need to do transfer case/rear serviced at 60,000. I pay for a full service oil change every 5,000 miles which is imperative for vehicle reliability. DO THE SMALL SERVICES !!! the few dollars spent will save you from spending for major repairs later…. My father taught me this. A car is the WORST investment you can make so take care of it. I buy a car and keep til the wheels fall off and love having a reliable vehicle and no car payment.

I test drove the Forrester and was pleasantly surprised at its handling and quiet. The acceleration was great. After talking with my salesman, Shawn Who was very knowledgeable and informative. I decided to negotiate a deal with them. They made me a fair offer on my Ridgeline and on the 2026 Forrester hybrid touring. I would highly recommend this dealership.
