Apparently, they aren't paid on commission, but online reviews help their pay. To each his own, but why should anyone ask a customer to reward them for doing their job? Even if you don't know STACEY, ask for her! She's upfront, honest, funny and doesn't push you. I recommend Oakes Kia, but more than anything I RECOMMEND STACEY. 2023 RAM 1500 review
Love the truck But, why in the world does Ram not offer the advanced safety group (adaptive cruise, in lane guidance) and the 4 corner air suspension in after sale install kits? At this time: there are 4 - 2023 ecodiesel Rams equipped with advanced safety tech group in the ENTIRE country. There are 3 equipped with air ride. Why isn’t this more widely available?

Sales staffer Pete met me at the door of my car ...he had the new car all ready to test drive. There was a mix up on the website though, that allowed this much higher priced vehicle to be shown with a group of cars $5,000 less than this one's sticker price.. Pete apologized and said he would gladly show me anything else that would suit my needs. Nothing struck me that day, but he has followed up with suggestions via text and e-mail. A very fine dealership experience, even leaving without the newer car.
