This is one of the best dealerships I've ever been to. The building isn't particularly fancy and neither is the lot. But the customer service was absolutely amazing. I could tell that Zee really cared about getting us in a car that met our needs.When I came to this dealership I had already known which car I had wanted and had done quite a bit of research on the car prior to coming in. Zee knew just as much about the car as I did and I had been researching for weeks prior. Needless to say I was impressed. Zee noted that the car didn't come with a spare tire and did everything in his power to try and get us one unfortunately this specific model of car isn't supposed to come with a spare tire so he wasn't able to get us one. After test driving the car I was sold on buying it so zee promptly took us to his office where we sorted out financing. At first they weren't able to find a bank that could offer a better rate than my credit union so we decided to leave and wait until my credit union was open(2 day wait) so I could give them the bill of sale and come back for the car. Shortly after we left the dealership we got a call from Zee letting us know that they had found a bank that would give us a comparable rate and we could come get the car right now. So we headed back and met with an extremely hospitable finance manager named lincoln and not even 30 minutes later we were walking out with a relatively new car. I will definitely be telling my friends and family about this wonderful dealership. P.S. if you're concerned their prices are too low you shouldn't be this dealership is a low profit high quantity dealership so that is why they are able to sell for such good prices.

I have shopped for cars in a variety of ways in the past (that CAR place with a MAXimum amount of cars, dealerships, etc...), but I will NEVER go back to those other ways again. This truly was the most transparent way to do business and should be a model of how we can successfully run our own businesses by allowing passionate and knowledgeable people into the correct positions to succeed. Here is our story: We were greeted promptly when we entered the show room. From past experiences, this would have been a dread as often on a car lot, you feel like a meal to the vultures, but they just wished to know what you'd like to do (buy, trade-in, just look around, etc...). They then pair you with a salesperson. We were fortunate enough to have Sam Hackett in sales to help us throughout the process. He educated us in how best to use Off Lease Only so that we get exactly what we set out to find. He showed us the transparency the owners want buyers to have (they provide not only carfax, but a third party company called 360 to let you know about any work done on a vehicle, as well as any accident details that could help make your decision better). He was patient and allowed us plenty of time to view the vehicles with him nearby, but not standing right next to us to eavesdrop like so many past salesmen have done at other companies. He graciously answered all of our questions and for the few he didn't know, he got us contacts to get the answers we sought. Along the process, we also met Chad Wickline, one of the Managers who was courteous and willing to chat for any length of time that we needed. We also met another manager, Gil Amir who sat in the car with us and helped us figure out all the buttons as there have been many advancements added to cars since our last purchase almost a decade ago. Never once did I feel like they were rushed to speak to the next person and we even got to know them as people a little more through the conversations we had. As we are a couple with younger kids, they could relate to what we were asking about due to their own experiences and it made for a very enjoyable overall experience. Our test drive was great! Sam said if we wanted him to, he would ride with us, but if we chose to, we could test drive alone. We loved being able to choose our own options as opposed to feeling as though we were being supervised the entire time. Due to our own timing, we even had to leave before the purchase to pick up our daughter from daycare and they helped us start the paperwork process and then let us go in the middle to complete this task. When we returned, there was Sam ready to say hi and help us reach the finish line. We spoke with Will Huffman in finance who was pleasant and transparent, as well as willing to listen to what we wanted, as opposed to trying to make us do something we didn't feel like signing up for. I could see this process taking some people only an hour or two from start to finish if they know how to use their system properly and know exactly what they want. We required more time than most to make our decision and to complete our extra tasks, but never once did we feel rushed. Sam was with us from 12:30 when we arrived, through 8 pm at night. I know not everyone always believes these reviews are true online, but I assure, this one is. Today they made a lifelong purchaser and client and you better believe I will be letting anyone know that is looking for a car that the best place to start (and finish), is Off Lease Only!

The 2019 Ram 1500 crew cab Rebel with air suspension, 12" nav display, and the 5.7 Hemi is pretty nice. Pros: comfort, usb-c that quick charges front and back, easy to use nav system, comfortable ride (with caveats), nice convenience features like rain sensing wipers, etc. Awesome sunroof, great styling inside and out. Oh yeah, easy tailgate. Soft down and easy up. Electronic latch. I know that's low on the list but I sure is nice. Cons: ride is not good in aero suspension setting. Have to turn off that feature. Fuel economy is terrible. Typical 11-13 mpg. If someone says it is higher they are either not using it in traffic or they are lying. The back up emergency braking is jarring and over sensitive to the point of being terrible and unusable. I think the rebel is awesome, and the air suspension is a must. But get nerf bars because waiting for it to raise and lower every time you get out or in is not reasonable. It's not so much a con, but bears mentioning. Reliability is anyone's guess, obviously. It is a strong truck. Transmission shifts very smoothly. In the rebel you lose the 4-wheel auto setting, which is a really nice thing to have. My old ram had it and I got into the habit of using it in the rain when I wasn't hauling anything. I do not like the super luxury trucks typically, but the Rebel trim is a great compromise. You get the rubber floor mats standard, reasonable off road capability (face it that's needed even if you don't go mudding), and while it is indeed a"pretty" truck, it can get down to business without you worrying you are going to scratch your Sunday go to meetin' vehicle. I opted for a drop in bedliner which I personally feel does a better job of protecting against dents. In the end, you don't need my or anyone else's review to decide on a new ram. They are excellent vehicles. Far better fit and finish than any Ford, far better materials and comfort than any Chevy. Not that I'm a religious purist about it, but then again, I bought mine because my last truck was a ram. My next one might or might not be. For now, they are a clear winner.

Dale ( poor guy ) was so helpful as I looked at 3 before I saw this one and fell in love with it. Dale was so paitient and calm thru the whole process. He didn't try to sell us the expedition, he tried to make sure it was the right one for our needs . It's crazy until you shop here you won't understand. His words were " buy something that you will be excited to drive not just something to drive " NO PRESSURE . I wouldent title Dale really as a salesman , rather a guide . I know this sounds like BS !! This is my second 2017 I bought here and saved tons of money !! .. just look online before you show up and it's super simple after that . I have been driving Ford F150 Pick ups for the past 12 years, and this 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie, blows them all away, when looking at new pick ups the Ford has not changed, except to get worse, the interior is now very plasticity and the truck seems old and antiquated. The Ram is all new, rides so much better, looks better, my V-8 has more power than my old Fords turbo V-6 and I am getting 22 mpg, the options are unbelievable with a reclining rear seat and a huge 12" touchscreen that operates everything. The Ram has the Ford beat on payment in a big way, I Saved $40 a month for all New compared to Old and outdated

This is my honest review, i haven't been paid or coerced, Lol. The customer service here SERIOUSLY impressed me!! My experience with Marietta Auto Sales started with my test drive with Anthony (Hayes). He was super friendly and personable and answered all my questions about the 2013 Nissan Altima Coupe I wanted to purchase. He wasn't pushy or car salesy, just cool and patient. I did a test drive right before leaving for a week-long vacation and, unlike every SINGLE other car dealership I visited before my vacation, Anthony didnt call and text me 50 million times a day bugging me about when I'd come back in. He respected my time and didnt push. When I came back, I requested a pre-purchase inspection, brought it back, and there was a small hiccup but Anthony was out sick so i spoke with another salesperson who turned me ALL THE WAY OFF with his indifference and lack of good customer service. Like, I told him to give me my check back and was prepared to walk out. Luckily, I was able to speak with Sedric, the business manager, before i left and he addressed my concerns calmly and patiently. He could tell I was frustrated and really wanted to keep my business, which I appreciated SO MUCH. After that, the process of buying was incredibly smooth. Sedric promised to take care of the inspection issues personally, and have the car ready the very next day (today). He did exactly what he promised he would do, with the BEST attitude and customer service. I was ON FIRE when I sat down at his desk and he didnt even break a sweat, lol. (I HIGHLY recommend speaking with him if you run into any problems.) Picked up the car the next day, Anthony was back and got me in and out. I expected to be in the dealership forever, but he took care of my financing, kept the energy upbeat, answered every single one of my 7.8 million questions, and made sure I got exactly what i wanted. Communicative and funny and well-informed. Go straight to HIM when you go there, he's gonna take the best care of you. :) There was a small glitch in the process, but the way these guys turned a potentially bad experience around deserves 10 BIG STARS! Car buying is crazy stressful but I definitely made the right choice coming here, despite some of the bad experiences of others.

My only bone to pick is the idiots that thought it was a good idea to have the bolt that holds down the jack, (under the seat) go all the way through the floor of the truck. I had a flat and went to change my tire only to find I couldn't get the jack out because the bolt was rusted.

I have owned 5 GMC Sierra Denali's and really loved those trucks but the 2019 Ram Limited is on a whole other level. The 5.7 is slightly slower than the 6.2 but in every other category the Ram is superior. I am very pleased with this truck.

I had been looking for a BMW 650i Xdrive with specific options and price. This vehicle was 450 miles away and the pictures, options and pricing was so great that I was wary. "If it sounds too good to be true ??????." I spoke to Julie my sales woman she knew everything about the car inside and out. She assured me the vehicle was in excellent condition. I flew in and as promised the vehicle was immaculate. I drove it to the local BMW dealership and upon inspection I was assured the vehicle was mechanically sound. I’ll be honest, when I first walked in, the first person I dealt with was not my cup of tea, but once someone noticed my frustrations, their entire team rallied around me and my family to make sure I had a positive experience and we were completely blown away by the professionalism of their team. Just to give you some back story - I was in an accident and needed to replace my vehicle. The rental I had was a brand new Jeep and so my mind was set on just that. I went to EIGHT car lots within about 30 hours. The whole experience was exhausting. I dealt with SO many ammeters - uneducated, impersonal, and otherwise. Finally, I found almost the exact car that I had initially wanted on Car Gurus and so I drove from ITP up to Palmer. My parents followed me up and happened to blow a tire along the way. Being that it was a Sunday I was worried we’d get there too late to finalize anything same day. When I arrived, as I mentioned, there was a bit of runaround with the guy who’d originally took my call, however, James (and really the entire team) very quickly took charge of the situation. They were able to find two of the cars that fit my expectations and got them both up to the front for me to view. I had already spent my weekend test driving, so once I saw the interior packages, I had my pick of the two, took it for a lap and then sat down for negotiating. Out of every lot I went to this weekend, James brought me the BEST price I’d seen all weekend AND it was for a vehicle that had a better package than any of the others I looked at. Also, this dealership is great in the sense that their first offer is a good offer and they don’t waste your time. Once we told them what we had and could walk out comfortably with, we spent about 20 minutes finalizing everything and I walked out with a brand new car that perfectly fit my budget. They were nice enough to throw in a few other signing incentives (but I won’t share those here ��) AND James personally filled up my parents tank so that they could head back to Nashville. All of this (including financing + pictures) took about 2.5 hours total. Honestly, you cannot best that!! Again, I am beyond impressed with this team, the service, and the dealership in general. My parents plan on coming back to buy a car from this lot and I will be sending all my friends to them moving forward. HIGHLY recommend these guys!

4WD Hemi 1500. Just returned from trip from north Ala to Lancaster, PA and back. Interstate, highway and local sightseeing. I average 22.4 miles per gallon. I routinely average between 20 and 21 mpg. Truck has a 3.23 rear axle. Performance/ nimbleness is outstanding. Love this truck. Bought last August.

My husband and I had a pretty good idea of what type of vehicle we wanted. We used the Off Lease Only website to search their inventory. Because they receive new vehicles on a regular basis, we checked daily until we spotted the car that fit both of our preferences. We made an appointment for a test drive IMMEDIATELY. This dealership does high volume sales, and we did not want to miss out on this car. Dominic was our sales specialist. He was ready for us as soon as we showed up (with our proof of insurance) so we could test drive our 2017 Volvo V60 Wagon Cross Country!! When we came back Amy in finance assisted us. She???s assisted us with all 3 cars we purchased at Off Lease Only. She really puts her heart into getting the best rate for her clients and showed us all of our extended warranty options. Everything was easy, transparent, and explained clearly. Our Volvo still has 20,000 miles on it before the factory warranty runs out, but that???s only about 1 1/2 years tops. We keep our vehicles a very long time, so we chose the bumper-to-bumper, 8 year plan with a $100. Copay. It only added about $40. a month to the payments. We already knew that if we waited unti the factory warranty ran out, we???d have tough time getting an extended warranty like that one, at a great price. Our experience with Dennis (trade in specialist) was equally outstanding. We were treated very fairly with that part of the process as well. The entire team was awesome and made our experience so much fun!! Thank you Dominic, Amy, Dennis and Paul for another great car buying experience! I will tell all my friends to ask for your team. Ohhh.. I almost forgot to mention... We saved close to $7,000 on our purchase and our beautiful Volvo is in pristine condition! Even our mechanic was happy with our choice. 🤗

From the time my wife and I were on the WPB Off Lease Only property it was being at a resort or something, or having a tour guide on a cruise ship. Everyone polite, professional, friendly, informative. We love cars and there are monsterously plenty to choose from. 2015 and newer only. It was so much fun! We thought we wanted a 2015 Lexus price wise (plenty of them there) but after test drives - and price checks, wreck checks in the computer (a classy feature where you get to do a detailed search of every car you want to on the lot yourself) we settled on a 2016 C300 Mercedes instead for less than we thought we'd spend on a year older Lexus with twice the miles. The Merc is still under warranty!. Yep, that's as good it gets. Adam our "tour guide" is the best, Andy the sales manager was more helpful than most consieges in 4-star hotels, and the finance person? Darlene and us shared stories and pictures of our dogs. When's the last that happened when you bought a car? There simply is no other place to buy a car. That is what I'm assuring you. A 5 day or 500 mile return and exchane the car thing too, if not completely satisfied. Go to WPB Off Lease Only and find out for youself. There is no way to be disappointed. They won't let that happen.

We bought the Lariat Edition. For the first two weeks, every time I drove the vehicle we found a different feature. This truck has more amenities than any vehicle I've ever driven. I like it better than the King Ranch edition.

Today was an amazing day. Truthfully speaking, I walked into Off Lease with little hope of purchasing a car today. My credit is poor and is in the midst of being repaired. I do have a moderate income and a trustworthy career that I got into debt working hard to establish. However, my previous car had many issues and I began to worry about safety for my children. Today I walked in and was pleasantly greeted by smiling faces. Still half asleep I walked in partially disheveled from long shifts the last few days. From the front desk woman, to being happy that my saleswoman was female a sweet demeanor, to the friendly sales manager who promptly introduced himself and assured me where there's a will theres a way. I arrived at about 10 am and left at 230 PM in enough time to see my children's surprised and smiling faces when they saw our new 2018 Dodge Charger. Jade my saleswoman made all the difference. First and foremost, she explained the process and helped me get set up with a test drive. She reassured me that it was worth trying to apply for financing because Off Lease has many banks that help approve clients. I went with it and to my surprise I was approved. Armando the financial manager worked his best to get me a fair rate and ensured I got all the services needed to protect my investment. I am very please especially that the process was so well organized so that I could drop my children to school drive to OL (1 hour) and get out by 2:30 to get them by 330. The whole process from start to finish was 6.5 hours. Not bad for financing compared to most places. Thank you all for your attention, assertiveness, empathy, and compassion!!!! Especially Ms. Jade:) I would highly reccomend and this is the fourth car purchased in my family from Off Lease!

I went to Offlease on my Brother's recommendation. He purchased a Lexus and a Toyota from them in the past. Never expected such an honest, straight forward, customer oriented experience. This is not the typical used car dealership we are all familiar with. I don't know of any place that would provide you with carfax reports on every vehicle. And if that's not enough they even have a "true car" inspection performed detailing damage previously sustained (even if it had been repaired). You can test drive as many cars as you wish (and believe me I did). Finally they'll even let you take the car the your mechanic (although I never did cause I trusted them so much I didn't feel like I needed to). My sales rep, Jared, was always professional from the time I spoke to him on the phone to the final handshake. My mom and I were there the entire afternoon till closing looking at cars, taking test drives and asking questions. Never once did I feel pressured or rushed to buy anything. This is amazing because Jared apparently made 3 sales that day and not once did I feel neglected or rushed. He coordinated all aspects of the sale and followed up with service that was beyond my expectations (more on this later). Toby did my trade-in appraisal and the $500 he gave me for my 13 years young manual Chevy HHR was what I had hoped to get (and probably more than what it was really worth). The clutch was questionable, it always required two ignitions to start, and it had 190K miles. Bottom line, I am very happy with the value I got for my trade in. Toby could have been a jerk, he never made fun of my ride or gave me some hardball appraisal tactic. He simply stated the issues he found with my car and gave me his professional appraisal. Thanks! Well, eventually we had to get the paperwork done to make the sale official and Albert made it easy. He tried to sell me the extended warranty but was never pushy about it. He explained the papers I was signing and did it all quickly because he was extremely organized. We ran into a problem, I didnt have my title with me and GMAC didn't remove the lien on my car even though my trade in was paid off. Long story short, I finished the trade in after I already purchased the car off their lot. I was concerned that they would try to decrease my trade in value for my old HHR but they were true to their word and gave me $500 plus $30 (for the tax I would have saved had I did the trade in on the day of sale). Seriously, that's unbelievable! What really impressed me most was how they (thanks Stephanie even though I never met you in person) took care of me even after I purchased the Caravan. So the Caravan that my Mom chose had a strange vibration during my test drive. They had their mechanic check it out and they told me it was the rear tires. Well, they promised me they'd replace the tires at no charge. Problem was their service department was very busy and backed up for days. They wouldn't be able to change my tires until 5 days after my purchase. Wait a second... I only have 5 days to return this car. Sounds suspicious right? Nope! They emailed me a voucher that I could take to any PepBoys to have the rear tires replaced at my convenience. Are you kidding me?! So I took it to PepBoys, they changed out the rear Michellin to new Michellin (not some cheap crap) tires and now the car I just bought rides as smooth as it should. Guys thanks for this amazing car buying experience. You have earned yourself a customer for life.

Don't Get Sucked in by the Good Looks

The all new 2019 Ram 1500 is beautifully designed and engineered as long as you are wanting to spend $58,000 on a piece of yard art. I hope that you enjoy spend a lot of time at your local dealership where you purchased it because it will either be sitting in your yard or at the dealership. I purchased mine on 1/18/19 which was the day the problems began. I noticed a damaged trim piece and I called it to the salespersons attention who in turn got the body shop manager involved. They said they would take care of the issue. When we went to sign the papers no we owe for the trim piece. Oh yeah, I forgot about that, after reminding them the paperwork was filled out. Well, it only took 3 times of ordering the part and trips to the dealer to get the proper piece put on. No big deal, its installed. The real problems started six days after I purchased the truck. Here comes the first recall in the mail. This one has to do with an intermittent steering failure due to a faulty ground connection. No parts in stock. Have to order it. Parts comes in, I have to take it back to have the work performed. Then almost 30 days later here comes the second recall notice in the mail. This one was for the brake pedal that could possibly fall off if you use the adjustable pedals. Again, no parts in stock. Have to order and be put on a waiting list. After several calls to FCA, and being hung up on one of those times, I was told that the repair parts were being issued to dealers in limited quantities. Can’t slow down production to take care of current customer issues, now can we? FCA advised me in the meantime, just don’t use the adjustable pedals. Of course, I already had, and the vehicle will be safe to drive. I don’t know about you but I’m not willing to risk driving a vehicle that the brake pedal could possibly fall off of because a customer service rep from FCA tells me it’s safe. I still haven’t been able to figure out how intermittent steering loss and the possibly of your brake pedal falling off is safe but I digress. FCA did give me four free oil changes for my trouble. SCORE!!! Then the front brakes would squeal terribly during stopping. Apparently, this is a known issue as there is a service bulletin on the condition. The solution, replace both front brake calipers and pads. That’s right, all new front brakes. Mind you there are only 2300 miles on the truck. Most of which was going to and from the dealer. The other issue is the speed adjustable volume can barely be heard at all. Why is the volume adjustment inadequate you ask? The reason the service advisor gave me was because the active noise control module is interfering with the speed adjustable volume. FCA has designed two systems that interfere with each other and installed them on a vehicle. The current solution to this? Use the steering wheel controls to adjust the volume. Service said they tested other 2019 Ram’s on the lot and they all display the same condition so it’s not really a problem. By that logic if every engine explodes at 5000 miles then it’s not really a problem because hey, they all do it. I spent an extra $4,595.00 for the level 2 equipment group and another $1,095.00 for the 12-inch display and this is the answer I get. Completely unacceptable. I have been buying Dodge Ram’s since 2001, which is still on the road, and this by far is the worst Ram I have ever purchased. Three months in with these many issues I don’t want to think of what is next. If you are in need of a new truck now, stay as far away from the Ram as possible. I should have gone with my gut feeling and spent the extra money and bought the Ford. Save yourself a lot of time and trouble and buy something else. Time to see if I can get FCA to hang up on me again.
