2019 RAM 1500 Classic review
My nephew bought a new ram in 2017 and loves it. Two neighbors and my best friend own rams and all love them. I previously owned Ford trucks and while satisfied with them I thought I'd look at the rams. Bought a 2019 ram 1500 classic with 5.7 hemi over a year ago and now have almost 10,000 miles. So far I have had no problems whatsoever. I cant even find anything to nitpick.

PARKER!!!! Parker Stevenson was the greatest dealer I ever have met and I mean this a truly promising way. At first, I received a call from a female coworker of his asking me to grab a vehicle from them at their Dealership. I really wasn’t interested and I was kind of dealing with some stuff at the house or my apartment per se and I told him I would think about it. About five minutes ago by and a guy named Parker gives me a call. He tells me to give him a chance. Let me come up. Take a look at a Ford F150, even though I wanted a Tacoma. I looked at the Ford F150 drove it around and I really got a liking to it so I told him my background I told him my story my military and I told him what I do for work. He made me feel so much better about buying an upgraded car from the Jeep. And I told him the only reason that I came up to the Dealership was Because of his demeanor. Because of the way he acted on the phone with me and showed his promise and his respect to me and him not bargaining with me just listening. I came up and I wanted to see what he had.. In the end, I got a truck that I never thought about even driving even though it was on my mind and we made a really good deal. I love this place. Five Stars for Hyundai of Folsom Lake and Cory Today we picked up my daughter's 2015 Hyundai Sonata after a lengthy repair process, and I wanted to recognize the outstanding service we received from Hyundai of Folsom Lake. From the beginning, Cory set the standard for what customer service should look like. Communication was prompt, clear, and transparent. Every question was answered honestly, every update was provided when promised, and at no point did we feel like we were being left in the dark. Even when the news wasn't what we had hoped for, Cory communicated it professionally and with genuine respect. Our experience at Hyundai of Folsom Lake stands in sharp contrast to another local dealership. We initially contacted Roseville Hyundai, but were told it would be approximately 30 days before they could even inspect a vehicle that had been determined to be unsafe to drive due to a fuel system issue. That delay ultimately led us to Hyundai of Folsom Lake—a decision that turned out to be a blessing in disguise. While I was disappointed with Hyundai Motor America's final decision regarding goodwill assistance, I want to be clear that my experience with Hyundai of Folsom Lake was entirely different. The dealership and its staff treated us with professionalism throughout the process. They accurately diagnosed the problem, clearly explained the repair, advocated on our behalf during the goodwill review, and kept us informed every step of the way. Too often, dealerships only hear from customers when something goes wrong. In this case, Hyundai of Folsom Lake—and especially Cory—deserve recognition for doing things right. If you're looking for a Hyundai dealership in the Sacramento region that values communication, honesty, and customer service, I would not hesitate to recommend Hyundai of Folsom Lake.
