I had an issue with my A.C,had earlier taken it to some mechanic but they couldn't fix it so I thought of taking it to Metro Ford.They were able to detect the problem after some diagnosis and the problem was eventually fixed.These guys have good customer service and their waiting area is really nice.

This is the first time I leave a review for a car, meeting the car dealership General Manager Alex and his Sales Manager Abe I was very impressed with them both, Alex was a fledging aviator when I first met him and a European mentality towards perfection, professionalism, and honesty along with Abe’s dedication to those ideals keeps Sherman Dodge as a number one car dealer in the Chicago area or even in Illinois. An example of this is as a senior I still like cars that are different and I picked a 4 wheel drive vehicle, to my surprise I was having difficulty driving the vehicle for I drove it like a pilot one hand on the throttle other on stick, which is keeping one hand on steering wheel and other on the gear shift which is a no no with newer vehicles. To keep this short Alex came out, got in the car and gave me instructions on how to drive the vehicle correctly. Along with a good trade-in allowance and receiving a beautiful vehicle, this is the dealership for all ages with high standards and integrity. Another car from a different dealership is the only reason I didn’t purchase, but I can say that my experience at drive motors was much more positive than an established ford dealership.

Well, just purchased van and like the handling and cargo space . I use it mainly a a company work van. It is used both for work and recreational.

I searched online some challenger scat packs and found it reasonable on the price. Once me and brother went to the dealership we were welcomedby Jalen... nice guy. We went on a test drive and the car felt really good. One top of everything Donny the manager was accommodating helped us making the decision easier. No gimmicks on the price. Jalen even called me the next day and inquired about how the car is running. He is a good sales rep and definitely Donny is the guy to talk if you really want a muscle car.

The van is awesome plunty of space for camping trips with the family or hauling a load of deliveries this fan is perfect for any need.

I have a Ram TRX and it’s amazing. I get tons of compliments from people I don’t know. Fast, comfortable, sporty and off road ready. Much nicer interior than ALL the competition. Exhaust sound amazing, zero problems so far. Only downside is mileage, I get 10 to 11 depending on city or highway.

We drove 3 and a half hours to go to this dealership. We could not have asked for anything more, these people are top-notch people. This place was clean, people were friendly and helpful. John O'Connell Was our salesman and we could not have picked a more perfect person to work with. We went in to buy a Yukon AT4, left with the Yukon, and purchased another car from them. First new RAM pickup I have ever bought. Most of my pickups have been GM, and a few Fords. All had more bells and whistles, but I've been much more satisfied with the RAM. Only complaint is the dial shifter. Have mistaken it for the A/C control on more than one occasion.

I have a 2021 Ram 1500 Classic Warlock Edition. All black. This is my first truck. And I can't imagine ever driving anything else. I get so many compliments on the looks of it. It's is super sharp both inside and out. I almost settled for the 3.0 L V-6, but I went when the HEMI V-8 and it was the right decision. From the factory, it has almost 400 hp, and I added a cold air intake and a chip, and let me tell you, this truck will take off. I owned a Challenger before this, and I think my truck is more fun to drive. Highly recommend this truck to anyone in the market. I cannot forsee me ever buying a Chevy or Ford after owning a RAM.

First I like to say that I am very happy with the service I have received and I would recommend anybody else but I don't have that many friends to recommend and besides most of them already have brand new cars but still I would do recommend your little establishment of sales of cars it really was a nice experience there's not a lot I can really do for the weather but that was the only thing that really kind of rained on the parade literally but all in all I'm happy thank you 😁

I bought my 2020 Ram 1500 Limited Edition used with 15,000 miles. The leather dash was coming unglued and the back window was leaking but both were replaced under warranty. My 4th Ram and this one rides like a Cadillac with the 4 corner air suspension which isn't recommended for cold climates. Great truck so far.

I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper. A little disapointed in fuel economy. Getting 15 to 16 in the city and 18 to 19 mpg on the road. A great ride and very good interior. The active speed control works excellent, and slows down as needed and then returns back to set speed when available.

I bought the 6.4L Hemi with 8 Speed Automatic transmission in an 8' bed. I love the way it drives and with plenty of power to pull most anything I will ever pull. Very satisfied with my purchase.

I have about 75K miles on my 2018 RAM SLT FWD, 3.6L V6. It's the first truck I've ever owned, and I'm a big fan now. I've had a couple of very minor issues with the truck but nothing major. The first issue is the backup camera when haywire on me about 50K miles in. It turns out that it wasn't properly affixed in the factory, and I was able to fix this myself by taking off a few screws to remove the tailgate cover and then using a zip tie to hold the connection together. It's been perfect since then. The only other issue was the windshield washer fluid tube disconnected from the sprayer nozzle. I fixed that as well. Again, it was no big deal and it hasn't been a problem since. Everything else has been perfect on the truck. It's either purring like a kitten or roaring like a lion.

Looked around for an HD truck and settled on a Tradesman with the 6.4 Hemi. Only have 1k miles on it, but so far so good. Waaayy quieter than my F150 I traded. Also smoother than I expected from a 3/4 ton 4x4. Even though it is a lower model the interior is very nice. So far I'm very happy with my new Ram.

Needed a 2500 with Diesel towing power. So far this truck has lived up to all of my expectations... comfort, performance and style all meet my expectations thus far.

I brought my 2022 Telluride in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was very pleased with the friendly and prompt service.

I purchased 2017 Ram 1500 Bighorn 5.7 Hemi in February 2020 with 12,000 miles. I mostly use this truck highway miles 60 mi round trip daily to and from work. End of March of 2022 heard a noise and a jerk and the truck started to overheat on the way home from work. Now having 63,000 on it and came out the head gasket cracked where the bolt is which shocked my mechanic and local shop that resurfaced the cylinder head since they its unheard of a Hemi engine with a blown head gasket. First time for everything, I’m wondering if in the future there will be a recall on this engine, as there were cooling ones for other ones. Outside regular maintenance oil change, tires, brake pads the major work: head gasket, resurfaced cylinder head, water pump, thermostat, radiator cap, spark plugs, oil change, Mopar coolant, also replaced exhaust manifold bolts which solved the hemi ticking. The backup camera sometimes gets messed up due to lose wire after using the bed. All I normally do is slam close the bed and it will resolve itself, no big deal. I’m a bit concerned with transmission after reading a little, but it appears most newer trucks have similar issues. I’m hoping this will let me last until over 200,000 mi . As of now at 70,000 mi.

The steering wants to hang up when I turn to the left and when I turn back it catches and jerks back to center which makes you a little nervous on curvy mountain roads

Service department is top notch. Diagnosed the problem and had me fixed and out the door in no time at all. Did not try to upsell me any thing unnecessary, just fixed what was needed.

This truck was what I needed at a price I could live with. Very comfortable, decent ride, we will see about fuel consumption. Big V8 with plenty of power.
