2026 Subaru Crosstrek review
We love our new Subaru car… Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid. The process was challenging. Chris Baird worked with us every step of the way. I am very happy with the team of people at Mercedes’ Benz Chantilly. Sodik Lawal sales and David Han finance were the absolute best! They worked really hard to get me my dream car not only that but I got to leave with my car on a Sunday (same day). I work a ton so it was hard to figure out when exactly to go to these different dealerships to find the car I wanted and on a Sunday it’s very limited on where you can go. I went to a couple different dealerships but none like this . Sodik Lawal my sales person told me all they had in stock for the model I wanted with the different price points . He explained each feature in the fullest extent. Not only just a test drive and that paper at the car window but he sat with me and really explained the car as I have not been car shopping in seven years so even the push to start is something to get used to. All the features were amazing to say the least future that excites and I thank him for going above and beyond to help me work with the technology. David Han the finance manager is the absolute best he really fought for me making calls to make sure I got the best rate. I am 23 with not that much credit history just good but not excellent credit and other dealerships ( I went to 5 total) were almost doubling my interest when financing with them despite the down payment I was putting down. It wasn’t the best deal nor did I get all the features I get with Mercedes’ . I was not sold on the car but here you can find your perfect match I’m telling you these cars are like driving a cloud ! Mr. Han really explained my options and the next day got me a better deal. They really worked with me to get me a good car that I am absolutely in love with at a really good price brand new. They make the process easy and explain everything itemized which was not the same experience I’ve had at other dealerships . You see what you get , where the extra fees are for, what features you get, and the coverage is amazing. This team was a absolute pleasure to work with . I cannot thank them enough !

2026 Subaru Crosstrek review
I purchased my new 2026 Subaru Crosstrek Limited from White's Mountain Subaru in Casper, WY. I selected the Subaru after doing a lot of comparison shopping and research. The Crosstrek was the best value for the money. I am an older person and the adjustable seats are at a level that is easy to get in and out of. The cabin is roomy, and there is plenty of space in the cargo area. The heated seats and heated steering wheel are a nice feature. The ride is very comfortable, especially on longer trips. The vehicle is solid - well built. Subaru's commitment to safety is apparent and that gives me peace of mind when I'm on the road. Overall, I am very satisfied with my new 2026 Subaru Crosstrek.

2022 Subaru Crosstrek review
I personally love my 22 Crosstrac. I have the turbo engine and it has a lot of go to it. Very sturdy on the road at higher speeds. I have the Limited Edition with diamond sparkle black paint, black leather interior very sharp looking vehicle. There was a few hiccups in the beginning with a few minor leaks around the windshield which was promptly fix by the dealership. Gas mileage is great. If you have a family or intend on traveling a lot, the storage part is small other than that perfection all around.

My wife and I were considering a Subaru Forester Touring model. Our salesman answered all our questions and met all our requests which included having him drive us in the Forester over rough roads at some speed and again at slow speeds in stop and go traffic. He also arranged to meet our request to have the car for 24 hours so we could drive it on the highway and on Capitol Hill were we live. We can also report that the finance department was efficient and quick to provide us with pricing. Beyer's price and financing were very competitive. Finally, the facility itself is clean, spacious and modern. All together, a very pleasant shopping experience. Our salesman was Vesko Pashpurov. He was great. We have yet to decide whether or not to purchase the Forester or the Crosstrek.

I always dread buying a new car because of the boring hours you mostly sit around. Not so with Catonsville Subaru. My sales woman , Taylor Slade, was new (I was her first sale) and she was awesome! Always willing to help in any way. I have a bad knee so I had her running here and there without any complaints. She offered actually. 2024 Subaru Crosstrek review
Too early to be sure of reliability, but my previous 4 subarus were great. I came here to say how much I like this new purchase, a used '24. Great cruise features. Good power & performance (2.5L) so I'm happy with the CVT. I just love it. They're still a bit lighter and noisier than the outback/legacy versions.

I scheduled an oil change, same day by phone and was told it would take 90 minutes to 2 hours. I was courteously greeted by Ashlyn, my service rep (who seemed to know a lot from a discussion she had with one of the service persons) and found a comfortable area in the waiting room. After an hour I was sent a link to a video inspection where they said the engine air filter was still clean enough to not need replacement and when they lifted the car, all was in order underneath. This reminded me to ask for a tire rotation, which they did. The car was ready in 90 minutes from when I got in.

2016 Subaru Crosstrek review
This vehicle meets all of our needs and then some. It’s gas efficient at 34 miles to the gallon, plenty of leg room, fully loaded with headed seats and great sound system. Love the little details like alloy wheels and sunroof included. We do a lot of outdoor activity - so the all wheel drive and good space capability is a plus. Love Subaru’s .... drives super smooth and is very comfortable for long trips ! Wouldn’t want any other vehicle. Great visibility and feels safe and secure while on the road !

James was kind, patient, respectful, efficient, knowledgeable, and possessed all of the attributes one would expect in dealing with someone in his position. My sister's experience required a little more work and James, in consultation with his supervisor, Qu'ran Gordon, got the job done. Both men were as courteous and respectful of the situation as they could be and both men should be considered ASSETS to Carmax of Langhorne. My sister and I are most pleased with the outcomes of both of our experiences and will recommend Carmax, but in particular James Kovack and Qu'ran Gordon for their fine work.
2023 Subaru Crosstrek review
This is my second Crosstrek and I love it. I live in the Northeast and it's the best car I've ever had for driving in snow and sleet. It also has great pickup for when I want to pass a car or for going uphills.

I always use them for car maintenance and am very happy. I just bought a new Crosstrek. This is my family's fifth Subaru from this dealer. The sales person with whom I dealt was professional, friendly, and I had a good experience. I did have one negative experience from one of the managers, whom I thought was doing a hard sell with the interest rate for financing. He suggested that 4.9% was DRAMATICALLY better than the 5.19% of my credit union. While I took the lower rate, I just found this annoying. DRAMATICALLY better would have been something like 4%. Saving about $30 a year is hardly dramatic.

This is our first Subaru and we couldn’t be happier. Handles extremely well, gets about 30 mpg (average), and keeps me focused on the road. High feature car for the price. Technology galore! 2024 Subaru Crosstrek review
I love my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek! It's great in all weather conditions, which is one of the main reasons I bought it. I live in the Buffalo area and I needed a good car for the snowy winters. It's roomy enough to hold plenty of luggage and even my dog's large crate but easy to maneuver and park. I love all the safety features and special features such as the large media display.

2024 Subaru Crosstrek review
This car is perfect for me. It reminds me a lot of my 2002 Forester which I liked very much, but with all the new technology and a lot more pep. It also rides a lot smoother. It just so happens to be one inch longer than my Forester. So, the visibility and spacing is exactly what I want. The variable cruise control and lane control virtually drive the car by itself. I no longer get stressed driving in rush hour traffic and I no longer get tired during long drives. The ground clearance and all wheel drive make it easier to drive in snow. It's the perfect car for anyone, not just an old guy like me.
