I was recommened to check out this dealership, Steve specifically, by my coworker who had a great experience and I am glad he did. Steve was incredibly down to earth, approachable, and did his best to make me feel comfortable. I was in no way preassured to make any decisions or jump into anything I wasn't comfortable with. I then meet Lisa in finnancing who was a pleasure to work with. She was exceptionally kind and knowledgeble. Overall my experience could not have been better and I would recommend Steve and Lisa to anyone who is looking for a Subaru.

This car met our family needs. Gas mileage is very good for commuting and very supportive for passenger comfort. Wide doors for easy entry for physically impaired passengers, and loads of leg room. Although better than most, the thickness of the descending support for the right arm rest puts uncomfortable pressure on lateral knee bone. Must adjust seat to partially avoid.
Recently I purchased a total of three cars from Greenlight Auto. I am 71 years old and purchased more than my share of cars and this experience with Greenlight Auto is by far the absolute best experience I have ever had. Carlos, the general manager is a true professional in every aspect and is an even better person. If you can not work out a deal with these guys, then you aren't really trying. Steve who had to service all the cars was great and he too went over and beyond the call of duty. My wife, daughter and grandson are and were very pleased with the whole process. Without hesitation , I would recommend this dealership to friends and family.

We just got our second Subaru from Premier. This is the best dealership anywhere; we drove 3 hours from the north shore of Boston to do business with them. We would not go anywhere else. The process -- from application to picking up the new vehicle -- was a completely positive one.

Excellent car for safety and performance. A repeat buyer.
Subaru has added latest safety features like Blind Spot Monitor, RAB, Land Departure warning and Excelent Sound System.
Yes, I urge you find Parker Pearlstein at Premier Subaru in Branford , Connecticut . I devote his adroit negotiable of straight talk. He talks in business with you and us too. I like to see him again on this year. No blunt or No bluff among. Parker makes it straight out when you have finance complications. I tell you come finding Parker Pearlstein when you need a car. Before I went there, I got frustration that two dealers ignored me twice . I myself find Parker Pearlstein so I explained Parker about my frustration. Parker and I talk in our business . I feel better so I am ready to get a Subaru car on this year.

This SUV is a great vehicle for the money, and is extremely comfortable on long road trips. It has a smooth ride with ample power for around town use. I would have preferred an analog fuel gauge instead of the digital one.
Everything was great. Service was fast, easy, and super friendly. I would recommend any of the sales associates. If you're looking for a trustworthy used car dealership this is the place.
Good value for the money I paid, rides nice.

I feel comfortable and safe in the car, great visibility. The car handles extremely well in the snow, probably improve even more when I get snow tires. I like the exterior styling and open visibility, all around.
Great staff???easiest car buying experience we???ve ever had. Would definitely recommend. When we???re ready for another car, we???ll definitely be back.
Solid 4-wheel drive SUV

Positive: Very solid 4-wheel drive medium-size SUV. Great interior, wonderful visibility through large windows for safe turning, changing lanes and backing up. Handy rear video backup camera. Good traction for winters, even without snow tires. Eyesight package is a comforting feature, even for short local highway drives, since it helps keep you in pace with traffic without going over your set limit. Heated front seats are sweet.
Negative: Rubber pad on back bumper (part of winter package) seems to come unglued (body shops have reattached it twice). Plastic cowls (about 8" long) next to wipers on left and right sides of windshield rattle in the wind. Lacks low-oil indicator on dash display, so only way to know is to manually check oil level.
Andi did an awesome job of patiently demonstrating all the features of our new car. She clearly understands how to concisely describe all of the new technology, answered all of our questions, and was able to ensure we were not overwhelmed!
First Forester, fourth subaru

We needed a car with plenty of interior space to fit our dogs and camping gear, and wanted to be sure we would be ok in all kinds of terrain. The new forester sport checked all of the boxes. Comfy, gets us everywhere, and has all the features we need plus some we realized are nice.
The only thing we miss is a manual transmission. Come on America....
Very pleased with my experience all the way from internet department to sales to finance to picking up the car and being shown it???s features. I always do extensive research before making any major purchases. I shopped at multiple dealerships and premier was the best.

I love my Forester! It has the features I wanted plus a few more. The safety measures are excellent. The dealership, Rafferty Subaru in Newtown Square, PA is a fantastic place to do business.
Tyler Impressed us so much with his attitude toward life and his attention to us as customers and our needs. The tour he provided us with the dealership showed the pride he has in Bandfon and in the Hyundai product he represents. We were so impressed that we purchased 2 new Sonatas.

This car meets and exceeds all of my needs. I looked an numerous wagon-like models, because my old car was . VW Passat wagon. I looked at the Outback and the Forester, and immediately chose the Forester because of the feeling of space (more head room, bigger windows, and the moon roof).
My experience with purchasing a used vehicle was the best. They were very cordial, friendly and professional. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. They have a great inventory of vehicles to choice from.
Won't buy anything other than a Subaru

The Forester is the best made, best snow car I've ever owned. It is quiet, comfortable and, best of all, reliable. It truly is the "Mercedes of Japanese cars". Until the quality drops, I won't own anything else.
Leased my car in NJ where I was living at that time. My services have been done at Hoffman with pick up and delivery of car. Very satisfied with service.
Most reliable car I've owned with plenty of room.

I love this car. Powerful engine, can really feel the juice when you accelerate. Lots of room in the trunk and the seats are easy to fold down for extra space. The bluetooth works perfectly and the sound system is great. Nice clean and easy to navigate hood. It's fun to drive and we feel safe doing it!
I had a excellent experience at Bertera Subaru from working with my knowledgeable , friendly and attentive sales consultant Issa to completing the transaction with Crist the business manager. He was extremely helpful and make the transaction run smooth.

Full disclosure: My girlfriend owns it, but I drive it a lot. I find the 2017 Forester to be a pretty decent small SUV. I find it comfortable and fairly well-designed. I'm not a huge fan of CVTs but find it has enough pep when I need it. The dash is fairly well-organized and all critical controls are knobs and buttons rather than buried in the touch screen like some cars. A few things could be slightly better organized but these are minor details. The Subaru infotainment system is pretty lacking and the touch screen is buggy sometimes. They're behind the curve on this. But overall it's a decent car even if I'd like it more with a 6 speed manual.
My son dropped his Rav4 at Hoffmans (he lives in Boston) to trouble shoot computer alerts because I suggested Hoffmans from previous experience. The issue turned out to be a leaking windshield that was incorrectly installed by another business. Water caused electrical faults detected by the cars computer. Mike Fuhr did a fantastic job coordinating with the windshield company and the insurance company while keeping me up to date on the repairs. Car runs great and the inside was sanitized and is free of the previous musty smell. What could have turned out to be a real hassle was a pleasant experience thanks to Mike. Cars are becoming more or less similar due to competition and dealer service is becoming a much larger discriminator. I highly recommend Hoffman Toyota as a great place for service. THANKS
Capable SUV with good MPG

This model of subi has been great, outside of the factory warranty 2.5L engine replacement. Quick and responsive with the 5 speed. The automatic leaves a bit to be desired. Almost 9 inches of ground clearance is Jeep territory and the AWD system inspires confidence in rain, snow and mud.
My wife and I would like to thank Amanda Saucier for her patience and experience. She was very knowledgeable and did provide us give all the details needed to understand the car buying experience. She is easy-going and will do all she can to make your trip to Manchester Honda very positive. She is a great sale woman.

This car is great for mountain roads and highway driving. Eyesight was a selling point when I purchased and recommend buying Starlink every year. Having that connection when something has happened is worth every cent. What sold me along with Eyesight was the visibility of the Forester and the interior room. I tested a CRV and the Forester and the Sub won hands down.
A special thanks to Bobbi for all of the time she spent with me, I’m so excited to be driving my new Subaru! Everyone was friendly and the process was super easy. I even got to drive my car home that same day!

This car had my must-haves. It was not silver or gray, has a moon roof and a good carfax history. I feel pampered in the leather HEATED seats. I can filly say I have a hot behind!
Outstanding dealership! It was so easy working with our salesman, Jim. Both purchase price of the new vehicle and the trade in value of our old car were so spot on to our expectations that we didn’t feel the need to counteroffer on either.

Feel safe! Had a rollover in a 2012 Forester, the other driver fell sleep. Because I am alive, the insurance adjuster said he has never seen anyone survive such an accident, I bought myself another one, a 2016. The only complaint is the Yokahama Geolander tires. I only have 24,000 miles on them but they are worn. Never seen such a thing. Will be replacing them in a few days before inspection. Other reviews say the same, they are the low quality eventhough they are expensive. In my family we own several Subaru's.
I wouldn't have thought the improvement in safety features of our new 2018 Outback 3.6-R over our 2016 Outback 3.6-R trade-in would have been as pronounced as they're proving to be, but they are substantial. The buying experience at Reynolds is low-key, no-pressure and fairly priced, with knowledgeable & cheerful assistance from our sales associate, Sandy Spencer.
Still getting to know the new vehicle, but happy!
