I feel they gave me a fair price, but hey you always want more!! I priced at a few dealers and they were by far the best to deal with. One dealer said (as I was leaving) they would give me another $2,000 if I purchased by the end of the day-do NOT like that stuff.
Thanks Exeter Subaru for the best customer service. Finding your first car is not an easy task and I thought that it was going to take me longer but thanks to Hannah Fowler she made this the best and smooth experience for my family. I will definitely continue with the Exeter Subaru family for a long time.
I recently purchased my 2012 Honda Accord EX-L Coupe 3.5L V6 from here. This is one of the most beautiful and awe inspiring cars that I have ever seen, I'm honestly in love with my car. Pre-owned Ira also accepted my trade in, and for a reasonable price as well. I had the best time dealing with the vehicle salesmen Stephen James. He was absolutely wonderful. At this dealership, they have greatly priced vehicles to start with and are still even able to negotiate. The purchase was made easy, and everything was explained thoroughly. I even was invited to get coffees anytime that i'm in the area and chat with Stephen, and since I work at the Walgreens right across the street, I am a frequent visitor. I couldn't ask for a better experience. This is the dealership you should go to first when looking for a beautiful pre-owned vehicle. If only I could rate above 5 stars.
I was looking for a Subaru Forester to replace my 10 year old vehicle and chose Autofair for the close proximity to where I live. I was greeted by Serg Orlov when I arrived and he asked what he could help me with. I told him I wanted a new Forester and that I had researched the car models and options and knew what I wanted. I told him I wanted to drive one first and go to my home to ensure it fit in my garage which he happily obliged. Once we returned we went over all the packages of options and he searched for what I wanted. I wanted a blue one and that was nonnegotiable. I knew that meant I may have to alter my options to suit their inventory and I was fine with that because a few items I had not decided on. We found a few and I chose the one that best suited my needs. I was able to get the car I wanted in the color I wanted and got it for a price I felt comfortable with. Serg was very nice to work with. He answered my questions and worked with me to find me the car I wanted. I would recommend the dealership and Serg. I was happy to not have to go around to other dealerships to find what I wanted. Everyone we worked with there was helpful and they seemed like a family that worked well together. I look forward to dealing with them for my service needs. After being a 5 time Saturn owner I was not looking forward to having to negotiate to get what I wanted (at Saturn everyone paid the same price for the same car and options so buying was easy and less stressful). Serg made it a wonderful buying experience.

Everyone at this dealership was very helpful and pleasant. I went in to look at a used outback and had my two little kids with me and everyone was very attentive to ensure my needs were met. Doug and kat were two people that helped out the most and they were both professional. Would recommend this dealer in the future. They also have a child play room that seemed to entertain my toddler quite well for the few hours we were there.
My husband and I planned on trading in our leased Toyota truck with the intention of leasing another vehicle. We planned on "looking" around, but after speaking with Glenn, he made our visit comfortable in a manner that we did not feel pressured. Glenn understood that this was not our first time in a car dealership and therefore, we knew what we wanted regarding price, etc. He respected that and addressed our requests in a straightforward and respectful manner. As a result, we leased a car during our first meeting.
Have been shopping for a truck for a week. Though I did not ultimately purchase a vehicle at Neat, my experience with Louis made this dealership my top pick among the 7 or 8 that I visited.
I had narrowed my purchase down to two very different options - a higher mileage 4 cylinder at Neat and a lower miles 6 cylinder in a higher price point at another dealership. Louis sat down with me to look at both options, and encouraged me that the other vehicle appeared to be a great deal. He talked through the potential trade-offs without any pressure, and even after it became clear that I was leaning toward the V6 he continued to spend time to help me understand the complications with the Tacoma frame recall which affected both purchases. He also gave me a number of references for folks who could help out with my purchase of the other vehicle, for modifications I was interested in making.
Louis is knowledgable, generous and clearly puts his customer first. Neat will be my first stop for my next purchase.

I’ve had numerous experiences purchasing cars. My purchase experience at Ira Subaru has by far been the easiest. Got a great online quote for my Crosstrek, and I was assigned to sales person Maria Swiacke when I arrived at the dealership. Maria has been excellent, very knowledgeable, and helped me get a great deal on my trade-in. She has been so helpful in expediting the whole sales transaction, which was much appreciated since my wife was sick with a cold and needed to get back home ASAP. Ira Subaru will now be my go-to dealer for any future Subaru purchases, and I fully intend to deal only with Maria as long as she is still there.
Went to Ira to purchase a 2016 Forester with manual transmission and had the pleasure of having Mike Morin as my salesperson. He really goes the extra mile to help you and to meet your budget. After I purchased the vehicle he was with me in the freezing cold helping me remove my kayak racks from my previous vehicle, and also made the transition to the new vehicle a breeze with plate swaps and registration. General sales team was accomodating and moved quickly once we agreed on a price. Overall good experience, make sure you ask for Mike, he goes above and beyond!!
