Thank you, Fabiola, you are the best, a person who knew how to cover all my needs, and who could offer me everything I asked for, a person who makes you feel as if you were part of the family, always friendly, and with a smile ahead, a excellent service from 💯
2024 Subaru Outback review
This is the eleventh Subaru I have owned, the third outback; the Outback wilderness is by far the best performer of all of the others I have had. I have been happy with subarus from the first one I bought a 1978 Brat; sure wish i still had it.

International Autos Jaguar, Land Rover, Subaru, Volvo Cars review
David S, our Product Specialist, was pleasant and made you feel welcome. He is knowledgeable. He found the vehicle we were seeking without delay. The test drive let us experience the new Outback design. David answered all questions without reaching out to others proving his training to sell Subaru products was thorough and enabled Dave to give us confidence in him making the overall purchase a pleasure, not a challenge. David is an asset to this dealership and we hope management recognizes his potential going forward. We would definitely buy another vehicle from David. We are seniors and identify with honesty and integrity….. David has both. Thanks David Jeff N, the Sales Manager, appraised our trade- in and was forthright about our trade. We received a honest trade-in value. Jeff worked out the final cost of our new Subaru Outback Touring XT. We were impressed with Jeff’s attitude and ability to make things happen. He located our vehicle at another dealer. David and Jeff made it possible to see it the next day! Dave came in on his day off to ensure he was there when we looked at the car. I’m sure Jeff will play a big part in helping David develop his Product Specialist position. Jeff leads by example. Thanks Jeff Car buying has never been so pleasant!!

Castle Chevrolet of Villa Park review
Just bought a used 2024 Subaru Impreza on 8-15-26. Eli and the team worked their magic to get me a great deal within my price range. Couldn't be happier unless they gave it away for free. Super friendly staff and willing to do whatever it takes to get you the car you want.
2024 Subaru Outback review
We currently own the Outback 2024 XT, and it’s a great car to drive. However, its turbo CVT engine does produce a slight lag in acceleration and when slowing down. Just a matter of getting used to. Also had issue with the lift gate button, which broke after only two months in possession. My wife and I are in our 60s, and all our kids have their own families, so thank goodness we don’t have to drive those 8 seater SUVs anymore. This outback has been the best alternative for us.

Schaumburg KiaReviews
Schaumburg Kia review
Overall very nice people and efficient service. 1 suggestion: you need more signage. Coming in from the Plum Grove entrance I made a good guess that the service bays were on the west end of your campus and just happened to guess correctly. Some signage at the entry points would be most helpful. Also, when I came to pick up my car, I came to the same spot I dropped it off and stood there for a few minutes before a nice person behind the desk (it's hard making eye contact since screens are set high on the desk and block all staff members faces) took pity on me and asked if I was there to pick up my car. He then kindly pointed me to the waiting room door and told me to go left, then walk a bit,and then look for the cashier's sign on the left. The waiting area is lovely but a few signs would be helpful to guide people where they need to go. And perhaps a tip at drop off time that the pick-up point is with the cashier. Just some thoughts.

To Hyundai of Palatine : it’s our first time owning a Hyundai an we had such a good experience, especially with our knowledgeable sales representatives name Daniel Merritt. He really made the experience so much better. He explained all the features of the ioniq 9 car that we liked and ended up leasing. He guided us thru the whole process and was very hands on. He is an excellent salesman for Hyundai. He especially worked hard to meet our budget and the car we liked. It was a great pleasure to have Daniel as our salesman.

Elgin HyundaiReviews
Elgin Hyundai review
Elgin Hyundai is a team that treats those who walk in like people, not customers. They aren’t trying to get you for the most money or a commission, they genuinely want to help. My wife and I’s one car broke down a week before Christmas. We needed something that we could afford and be reliable for her to get to work and for us to run errands. Mike & Alfonso listened to us and fought for us. They gave us every deal and break they could and made it a great experience. We weren’t expecting to buy the brand new 2025 Kona, but it was one of the best decisions we ever made. Not only a great vehicle, but the peace of mind that comes with the warranty, maintenance services, and follow up weeks after purchasing, that made us feel cared for. Months later, I have a new job that requires me in office 5 days a week after working from home for 5 years. After test driving terrible used cars elsewhere, I bring my wife back to see their used cars, feeling as though theirs will be in great condition for a great price. Jim in sales (with Mike’s partnership), again, heard my story and my needs. Showed me some used cars, but made a better deal for a brand new Elantra Sport trim for about the same monthly cost as a used car. Again, fought to give us every deal and break they could to make the numbers work for our life. Went in looking at a 16 Cruze & 18 Malibu, they sold me a brand new 2025 Elantra and couldn’t have felt better about the decision Jim, Alfonso, Mike…Thank you for everything. You made a harrowing ordeal feel so much easier than I could imagine.

Kareem was very prompt and helpful in walking through options with me for a new vehicle. He shared a few suggestions for add-ons based on what I was looking for, but didn’t pressure me on things I wasn’t interested in. Would recommend!

Gerald Honda of Countryside review
Was referred to Bill Tsonis by a friend of my mom's and bought a new HRV for her. Very good experience, up front with pricing and very friendly. They even gave us the lifetime warranty for free, I think its only at Gerald stores not other Honda dealers. Will definitely be back when it's time for a new Pilot for me. Kudos!

I had a great experience working with Kareem Thomas salesman! He was very professional, patient, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. He made sure all my questions were answered, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable and confident with my decision. He never made me feel pressured and went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and stress-free. His customer service was outstanding, and I truly appreciate the time and effort he put into helping me. If you’re looking to buy a car, I highly recommend working with him. I would definitely come back and recommend him to family and friends!

Very Fast and easy service on my vehicle. Was in and out in no time.
2024 Subaru Outback review
The acceleration lag that this car has is immediately outweighed by everything else. This car is super smooth and granny sedan comfy, and it has more utility than any equally priced SUV. The roof rails have built-in cross bars that stow, it tows 3500 pounds, and the Harmon-Kardon sound system kicks. It has butt fans, people. Additionally, the aftermarket base is thick, so accessories, customization, and reflashing options abound. The tech is old, the powertrain is old, but you see 300 of them a day for a reason.

Today I walked in and was greeted by Mike at the front desk. He was really helpful, and walked me through the approval process which i have no experience with. He was really friendly and answered all of my questions. I left with a new car about an hour later. Im kind of in shock at how well this went. It was quick, easy and he was really friendly. Thank you Mike!!
