Recently worked with Annapolis Volvo and Devin Anderson on the purchase of a CPO XC90. Excellent experience from his product knowledge during the test drive to finalizing the financing. Everything was explained in detail. Devin was honest and went above with us through the negotiation process and made the decision to buy from them very easy. On Friday 8 December 2023 I took my car to Oursman Jeep in Bowie , Maryland. For whatever reason the computer would not recognize the key when trying to initiate ignition. At Ourisman Jeep the service advisor , Mr. David Valenzuela, listened to my concerns and, at no point, did he interrupt allowing me to to clearly present the problem. He asked me a handful of questions to narrow down the possible cause of the problem . A short time later he decided it was not the car itself but the fob battery. He replaced the battery in both of my fobs : problem solved! I certainly was impressed with how he deduced what the cause of the was. As impressive as the problem solving was , what was equally impressive was his command of "Customer Service 101". Eye contact, respect for me as a customer/ human being and not as "the guy with the malfunctioning Jeep". He was patient to a fault. Great example of "just getting the job done the right way". 5 stars, at least.

Paper works was ok. Dealership could should have faster computer system to close the deal. Credit dept. officer was very professional.

TLDR: A great no pressure place to buy a new Toyota. A fantastic stress free experience purchasing my 2024 Toyota Prius XLE and trading in my 2014 Ford Focus. My car sales associate was Dulane Barnes who acted professionally throughout the whole process. He did not give me any round about talk and always was straight to the point with no pressure and always provided me with additional options when one wasn't available. He was very respectful of my time going above and beyond to provide me transportation after trading in my Ford. I was given a fair trade in value for my Ford and was provided quotes from three different sources to explain the number given. Mr. Barnes was professional and personable throughout the whole process and it is appreciated. Sean was my finance associate for the process. He was also very professional, took the time to explain all options, provided me quickly with my temporary tags & registration, and did not pressure me to purchase any additional plans. I had Jazzmine as my customer service representative who acted as quality control. She was very professional and courteous when inquiring about the process I went through to ensure that I had a good experience and what could have been done to improve it. The only recommendation I have, it's not really feasible, would be a snack/small meal (not vending machine) for those who are present more than four hours within the store. Over all the experience was much better than I had been anticipating and I recommend Safford Brown for Sales. Very Respectfully, Shea
