I purchased my new 2026 Subaru Crosstrek Limited from White's Mountain Subaru in Casper, WY. I selected the Subaru after doing a lot of comparison shopping and research. The Crosstrek was the best value for the money. I am an older person and the adjustable seats are at a level that is easy to get in and out of. The cabin is roomy, and there is plenty of space in the cargo area. The heated seats and heated steering wheel are a nice feature. The ride is very comfortable, especially on longer trips. The vehicle is solid - well built. Subaru's commitment to safety is apparent and that gives me peace of mind when I'm on the road. Overall, I am very satisfied with my new 2026 Subaru Crosstrek.

STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! I bought myself a Christmas gift, a new CX5 SignatureTurbo the day after Christmas and I absolutely love it! I don't' know why I didn't get one sooner. I have always been a Toyota, Lexus guy, but I must say this classy vehicle beats the others. Why, let's start with the interior. Mazda makes some of the most beautiful interiors! Exteriors too!! The fit and finish are superb! The CX 5 is extremely quiet and smooth riding, and I can honestly say it is quieter than any Lexus I have had in the past. There is also the fun factor! If you haven't tried a Mazda, you need to. They are a driver's car and fun to drive. The trim level I have has the Bose system and has a beautiful surround sound. Crank up the volume and it's awesome! The safety features are excellent, and everything is conveniently located. There is no need in paying for other Luxury cars when you can get a Mazda and save thousands, and they are the best keep secret out there. Luxury, fun, good looks for much less. I am definitely staying in the Mazda family.

I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

My wife and I were in the market to purchase my son a pre-owned jeep, and we wanted something that was already fixed up so we found TCD. They had a great selection to choose from. Once we arrived at the dealership you could tell that this was going to be different than any other car buying experience we've had. Jack was first to introduce himself. He was not a fast-talking silver tongue devil like a "like i probably was" stereotypical car salesman that you might be used to. He was a quiet young man that spoke at the right time and when it was necessary. He listens to our wants and needs and never asked us to remind him over and over! It was a subtle character quality that he possessed, and I didn't think too much about it while we were there, but it was a refreshing quality Jack was very knowledge about the vehicle as well. The vehicle we were interested in was a new trade in, so it wasn't quite ready, so I tell you this to say the way the dealership as a whole jumped in to help get the vehicle sales floor ready, was awesome! You could tell that this wasn't their first rodeo! Next was Tina the GM this gal was on top of her game. Very sweet and accommodating but you could tell on the other side of that coin was a savvy tough businesswoman that was going to be fair but by no means going to be taken advantage of! She settled my early onset buyer's remorse that i could feel brewing with transparency. Mo finished up our car deal and was also the finance guy! I loved that cause once we came to an agreement, we shook hand and started banging out paperwork! Mo was an awesome dude very knowledgeable with all the different extended warranties packages which i never did until we bought our last used vehicle and needed to use it on the way home from the dealer. We were in and out in no time. Lastly the Owner Austin! how cool is it for the owner of the dealership to make himself available to his customers. He personally helped my wife and I with whatever we needed or questions we had. It was nice not to have to wait for a salesman to run ask the manager a question then run back with and answer! By the time he got back I probably had 3 or 4 more question to send him running back with! lol Austin was personable and kind! Which was a breath of fresh air this day in time. This was also after the dealership had closed on a Sat night! A few things that are small but can make or break a car deal is that they had fresh free hotdogs cooking all day with 5 or 6 different flavors of soda pop obviously coffee with one of those fancy coffee makes with different flavors of coffee and cappuccino, clean bathrooms and something as a parent and someone that used to sale cars they had a nice selection of boys and girls toys! if you've ever tried to purchase a car with a bored toddler forget about it! the salesman can feel the words we're going to have to come back without the kids. that's how the dealership down the street with toys just made your customer their latest car buyer! Shout out to Scot and Bryan as well! They weren't involved in my car deal but did a good job at making us feel welcome and at ease! Sorry about them Aggie's buddy! This is my third Volvo and my favorite model of the three. It is the perfect car for me. It is a very comfortable car to drive. I love the design of the car. It has a lot of storage in the back. It has an easy system to pop down the seats for bigger loads. My XC 60 is a super nice looking car on the exterior too. It is a great car for around town and has also been perfect for longer road trips.

Love the body design, the interior is comfortable. However the technology could be more updated. Car is very reliable it does 26 GPM on the highway, engine is very powerful.
