Toyota was promoting the 2018 Avalon with a $5,000 rebate, so I researched the local dealers extensively for trim, color, and pricing.... if I was going to buy, it had to be a Touring in black. Heritage had what I was looking for, so I made a appointment and met with Will Brown. We had a very pleasant discussion, I showed him the best price from the other dealers, and, after meeting with his manager, he matched the price... and then we talked about a trade-in for my car, which was worked out to my satisfaction in only a few minutes... I'm type A with borderline ADHD, so I definitely appreciated their no nonsense style and that they listened more than they talked. The next day my wife and I went to pick up the car... I spent a few minutes with Will and his team completing the paperwork and then Will spent the next hour with my wife to familiarize her with all the many features, controls, and amenities of the car. We just moved into the area a month ago but I've been a Toyota customer for many years... and I've never had a better buying experience than at Heritage... a big "thank you" to Will, Jason, and Levi !
