Thompson Buick, GMC, CadillacReviews
Thompson Buick, GMC, Cadillac review
Without question Thompson. Buick, GMC, Cadillac dealership has been the best we have ever worked with. Funny story, We went to them to purchase touchup paint for my 2025 Cadillac XT6 and ended up trading two vehicles in on a 2026 Yukon Denali. What makes them our go to dealership: 1.They truly want to make you happy and they work really hard to give you the best deal possible. 2. They are honest and trustworthy. 3. They are patient working with you through the process. 4. Their service department is outstanding. 5. Vehicle selection is amazing and stock is unsurpassed. 6. Vehicles are detailed and filled with fuel upon final closing. 7. Graciously work with you and always remain professional. 8. Their finance department is fast and works to get you the best rate possible. We have purchased three vehicles from them over the past 16 years and Kandy and I trust them to give us the best price without any surprises. Our most recent purchase, 2026 Yukon Denali, and we couldn’t be more satisfied! Our salesman, Hunter Angel was, and always has been, exceptionally pleasant to work with. We consider him family. He follows through and stays in contact with you throughout the entire process. We didn’t have to continuously call them to pull information…kept us in the loop. Thank you Thompson’s and especially our friend…Hunter!!!!! You will always be our dealership. Tom & Kandy Murphy

Crafts CarsReviews
Crafts Cars review
I’ve had the pleasure of working with the salesmen at Crafts Cars, and I can truly say they are exceptional at their jobs. From the moment I walked onto the lot, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm. What set the Crafts Cars team apart from other dealerships was their remarkable attention to detail, they remembered small things about me from previous visits, like family members and even my previous family vacations. All in all, working with the Crafts Cars sales team was a refreshing experience. Their dedication, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service made me feel respected and important at every stage. If you are looking for a dealership that combines professionalism with a heartfelt personal touch, I cannot recommend Crafts Cars highly enough. This team truly goes above and beyond to ensure their customers leave happy and confident in their purchase.

Shottenkirk Toyota of Quincy review
Bought a used Toyota from this dealership. Great experience from start to finish. From the first call being greeted by a friendly receptionist, to the multiple sales people that helped me with my deal, to the finance department, it was top notch. I have bought cars from several different dealerships in the past and this has been the best experience of them all.

Toyota of Santa Barbara review
I bought a 2027 Land Cruiser through Erica Smith at Toyota of Santa Barbara. It was a very smooth experience. She was extremely responsive via text, phone, and email. I really liked that she actually remembered everything we discussed - no need to go over things multiple times. It made the process very easy. Thanks, Erica and Toyota of Santa Barbara.

York Motor Cars A division of Toyota of York review
I recently purchased a pre-owned car from Toyota of York and had a fantastic experience. My salesperson, Jason Smith, was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. He made everything easy and stress-free, and I really appreciated that he was never pushy or aggressive. The car itself is spectacular, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Jason took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I highly recommend Toyota of York and especially Jason if you’re looking for a positive car-buying experience!

Tri City Auto Sales LLCReviews
Tri City Auto Sales LLC review
Extremely good honest team of people to work with. Would recommend for your next used car. They were super to deal with when a warranty issue arose also. If you actually LIKE high pressure & sneaky tactics this is NOT the place to go :-) My only regret is not having learned of these folks sooner when I was purchasing cars for my daughters. Tri-City you have truly earned a repeat customer !

CarMax GarlandReviews
CarMax Garland review
I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston review
My husband and I just bought a new Toyota Rav4 from this location and we are very satisfied with our purchase. We worked with Demarcus Craft and he was absolutely phenomenal. He was personable and professional. It was our first time buying a car, Demarcus had no problem answering every question we had and explaining them in detail so that we could be confident in our decision. We also did our finances with Matthew Laurence and he was very kind. We are very happy with our experience at Fred Anderson Toyota.

2019 Toyota Highlander review
Only own Toyota’s never a problem, runs and drive perfectly only selling as we are retiring and only need one car, so the Highlander is up for sale. Professionally lifted with Helo wheels and large BF Goodrich tires also professionally tinted windows.

PDX MotorsReviews
PDX Motors review
Was searching for a new (to me) Subaru, and found several great options at PDX Motors. Test drove several of them not knowing exactly what fit me best. Matthew was very patient and helpful throughout the entire process. After finding the Crosstrek that I liked best, and test driving, I noticed a weird clunk in the rear. Matthew looked into it immediately after the test drive, and found a loose tire change wrench bouncing around in the trunk. Brought no pressure whatsoever, and I felt confident in the time I needed to make an informed decision. Highly recommend their customer service if you're in the search for a vehicle!

Central Florida ToyotaReviews
Central Florida Toyota review
Ozzy Seyal, now that's a customer service representative. Kind, courteous, pays attention, handles his customer as if they're taking care of family. My husband was very impressed with him, upselling, and he talked my husband into a very good deal. My husband is very happy about the upgrade. Hold on to him and if possible, give him a well-deserved raise, a some type of bonus and recognition. I'm a recruiter, 23 years, and I look for people with this distinctive quality of customer service, which is very hard to find. Take care of your people. You cannot put enough emphasis on dependability and reliability. OZZY, you keep it up. You're truly genuine.
