I really regret not going to Action Automotive sooner! Every other dealer I visited used high-pressure/high-stress sales tactics, had zero respect for my very busy work schedule, and not one of them could even get my name right!

Everyone I interacted with was positive and professional. Seth met me with a handshake when I arrived, and we parted the same way. Anyone can do a good job when things go right, your team made it work when there were challenges. Namely a dead battery and constant rain while trying to detail the vehicle. I was in the customer service business for nearly 50 years and it is easy for me to tell when employees are sincere with their interactions with me. Seth, Carl and Kate were always positive and professional, as was, I assume the used car manager that was on duty Saturday afternoon, but I regret forgetting his name. I will recommend Sheehy to family and friends without reservation and will certainly consider them in my next purchase.

Our 16 year old Lexus needed a new alternator. A bit over $2,000. Priced at a Lexus dealership: about one-half that sum. Why the difference in cost? They warranty the work for the life of the car. Let’s figure. What, exactly, IS the expected life of the car?
We had a great experience coming to Miller Toyota. Everyone from Gary, our salesman to Vartan, the finance manager were extremely personable, professional, and patient with our questions throughout our day. It made our crazy roadtrip from NJ all worth it to pick up my new car.
Patty, Boyd and Chris made my transaction quick and smooth. There's not really anything else to say. If you've bought vehicles in the past, you know how important that is. I was in, and out the door in just over an hour. That is not an exaggeration.
Simon provided me with excellent customer service while I was running short on time because I had a meeting with a client for my real estate business and I needed to do service for my car on the same day. So I told him that I had a meeting and he gave me a time of two hours, but he exceeded expectations and finished and washed my car in one hour and ten minutes. This is my third time working with him and every single time he blew my away with his commitment and hard work, he is always very generous and polite.
