He answered every question I had, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. When I picked up my vehicle, he took the time to walk me through the features, helped me pair my phone, showed me how to use the hands-free power liftgate and fuel door, and made sure I was comfortable before I left. What really stood out was that Tyler made it clear his support didn't end after the sale. Compared to other dealers I. The DMV area, this has been one of my better experiences. I?ve (sadly) purchased over 100 cars and where as most dealers nickel and dime you at ever turn, Koons gets it. Koons Toyota and what used to be Koons Annapolis share a similar philosophy. Your happiness doesn?t have to come at an inflated price. For example, those fees that some dealers beat you over the head with are crazy and inflate the price. Koons doesn?t even beat you up over the 3% credit card fee. (They probably would rather I not mention that) and the cost of the cars is usually the lowest in the area.
