Best experience ever in buying a vehicle! To start with I was interested in a truck at the Fon Du Lac dealership and after texted them my interest I received a call within an hour. I told her (forgot name) I lived in Minocqua so she kindly said they could transfer it up here if I put down a minimal down payment. Within days it was delivered here at the Minocqua dealership. From this point on I had the pleasure of dealing with Ansen who was very professional, informative, courteous, and patient with me (I am extremely hard of hearing). As I was in the process of selling my personal vehical he put a two week hold on there vehicle which I can’t thank The Lenz dealership enough for doing that. They even went further as my bank put a 7 business day hold on the check I received for my vehicle and let me take the vehicle with a post dated check. Wasn't looking for a Prius but Castille mentioned the great gas milage so I figured since we're already there why not? LOVE, LOVE, LOVE that car (which is now lovingly referred to as Isaac). Bought it that day. Noticed a broken rear wiper blade when leaving the dealership and they ordered a new one at no charge, installed it at no charge also. This is the first dealership in a LING TIME that I would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new/used vehicle. Castille also went above and beyond. A car salesman who actually listens to you, doesn't treat a woman like she's an idiot about cars and states facts not just the "good" selling points. People like him are few and far between.
