2024 Honda Odyssey review
An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
This car meets every expectation. We could not ask for anything else. It is the Pacifica Limited. We would love the Carmel leather but black works just fine. Best feature from other vans is the flat stow and go. We can drive our two mobility scooters straight in.

Overall very nice people and efficient service. 1 suggestion: you need more signage. Coming in from the Plum Grove entrance I made a good guess that the service bays were on the west end of your campus and just happened to guess correctly. Some signage at the entry points would be most helpful. Also, when I came to pick up my car, I came to the same spot I dropped it off and stood there for a few minutes before a nice person behind the desk (it's hard making eye contact since screens are set high on the desk and block all staff members faces) took pity on me and asked if I was there to pick up my car. He then kindly pointed me to the waiting room door and told me to go left, then walk a bit,and then look for the cashier's sign on the left. The waiting area is lovely but a few signs would be helpful to guide people where they need to go. And perhaps a tip at drop off time that the pick-up point is with the cashier. Just some thoughts.

2020 Chrysler Pacifica review
Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

2017 Chrysler Pacifica review
The ultimate MINI VAN for a mom that doesn't want a mini van. Exceptionally comfortable for up to 7 passengers. We upgraded ours with a 17" DVD player. Super easy to maneuver around and we got 34+ miles per gallon on the interestate.

Although the process of picking up a new car tends to be a bit long, he continually made sure that he was right there with us answering any and all questions. He took his time and was very patient while going through the workings of my new car, assuring me to feel free to call him if I was having difficulty with anything. Before we left, he asked if we'd like him to take a photo, which turned into a small photo shoot. Also, the Finance Manage, David Didier was excellent! Gave us information on different options, without ever being pushy. He let us decide what would work best for us with giving his opinion only when asked. I would highly recommend Wickstrom!
2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

2023 Honda Odyssey review
This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

2018 Chrysler Pacifica review
I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

I spent nearly two months continuing to search for other options, but nothing compared. Eventually I decided to take the chance and make the trip to see the car in person. From the moment I arrived, the experience was reassuring. Alex Reiss, the salesperson who helped me, was professional, respectful, and refreshingly straightforward. Even though he?s a younger guy, he handled the entire process with confidence and integrity. He listened to my concerns about my past experience and made it clear that this time things would be handled differently. Alex answered all of my questions, provided the reports I requested, and explained the 6-month Certified Select warranty, which helped give me peace of mind. Because of how transparent and helpful he was, I felt comfortable enough to move forward and purchase the car that same day. The experience in the finance office was just as positive. Dominic walked me through the paperwork carefully and made sure everything was clearly explained. I really appreciated that he didn?t pressure me into unnecessary add-ons or try to slip in extra warranties or fees. The process was honest and straightforward. Before taking the car home, the dealership also addressed a few service items I wanted looked at and completed a full detail. Kiah in the service department kept me informed about what was being done and when the vehicle would be ready. When I returned to pick it up, the car looked fantastic?honestly like it had just come off the showroom floor. The service team clearly took the time to make sure everything was done right. What stood out most about my experience was the team effort. Alex, Dominic, and Kiah all worked together to make sure my concerns were heard and that the entire process went smoothly. They treated me with respect, were transparent throughout the process, and delivered exactly what they promised. I was there today because, as it turns out, the service team damaged a tire pressure sensor a few weeks ago when replacing one of my tires. So the fact that I was there at all was very annoying. But I was treated courteously, given a reasonable expectation of how long it would take, (that time estimate was accurate) and a clear statement that the problem was due to an error by the service department. I appreciate that acceptance of accountability. The oil change and car wash was nice, too.

2019 Ford Transit Connect review
My biggest peeve is the tailgate isn’t powered. Ordered the top of the line mr Model sight unseen because my dealership didn’t carry them. I wanted all the bells and whistles. Powered lift gate isn’t an option. It is painful to my injured spine to lift it and manually move the rear seats. The grandkids love the 3rd seat and I love the storage space behind it. I have made a Sam’s run for the month and able to pack everything behind the 3rd seat. The inside is great for human comfort but not for shopping or I should say storing packages. To be honest, my front seats are ALL THE WAY back. I have plenty of room and that’s a lot. I don’t like being close to the steering wheel in case of an accident. I wish the slots for charging my devices weren’t so close to the driver’s cup holder. It’s too easy for liquids to Spill in them. The only other item I wish was different is I miss a hard copy manual. There are options I still don’t know how to use. My GPS is not updated because of that. I like the van. My grandkids and dogs like it. Tomorrow I will get up, remove the two blankets I have protecting them floors and spend hours vacuuming the dog hair out the fabric on the back of the seats and floors. I have leather seats but there’s still Too much surface that holds onto my Husky’s and Belgian Shepherd’s ‘Glitter’. I do have to double check my doors are locked when I leave them in the car with the AC running. I have to use the remote because the double tap of the horn alert is deceiving. It doesn’t mean the door is locked. I do appreciate how easy it is to unlock the car without having the remote in my hand. All in all, it served the reasons I purchased it. I do wish I had paid the extra money for the Sprinter. But it would not have fit in my garage nor my budget.

2023 Toyota Sienna review
Traded our 2025 Toyota Hylander Hybrid awd because the seats were so uncomfortable and was told there was nothing they could do about it for a 2023 Sienna. We were looking for a road trip vehicle when we bought the Hylander but both Toyotas Got great gas mileage 36 mpg drove good but the seats were uncomfortable and a little hard to get in and out of because the roof line has been lowered. Didn’t have the room inside as our grand Caravan and you couldn’t remove the second row seats they wouldn’t even lay down flat just lean forward. Was a bigger car outside than we wanted but not as roomy inside. After 9k miles we traded it. Would be a good car for someone
