Khalid is good, but Tyson Mercedes is greedy. Khalid wore a sharp tailored suit which is unheard of in the dealerships where I am from. He was very professional, pointing out flaws in the paint he offered to fix before I could point out the ones I saw. He respected my time which was less than ideal for making a purchase today. We made a handshake on a good deal, but it's been over 6 hours and I still haven't seen my "deal" in writing with an out the door quote. As far as Tyson Mercedes, the vehicle which was just "front end aligned" last week had one tire about 5-6 pounds low, and this was not noticed with the yellow light on the dash when it was pulled around for me earlier in the day. The test drive was not safe to conduct other than around the corner and back at slow speed, so I have no idea how it really handles. The biggest issue I have is the dealership assessing a "non-negotiable" sky-high processing fee which is nearly $1000, probably among the highest in Virginia. It doesn't cost $1000 for the 15 minutes of work it takes to process the sale and send the documents to DMV, etc. If they want this kind of fee, they should be selling vehicles $1000 below market value, and not even bothering marking them up $3000 over market value! Be prepared to negotiate $3000-4000 down just to get to the market price on a used vehicle! After you get to market price, make them take off some of the $1000 processing fee from the sale price or walk off the lot and go buy the same thing from another dealer who only charges $500 or less in processing fees. If it's taxable, it's negotiable! Do your research and use online tools to know the market value before you visit any dealership!
2024 Volkswagen Atlas review
Traded my 23 Atlas SE Technology V6 for the 24 SEL R-Line premium. This SUV is fantastic, a great value, reliable and the performance of the turbo 4 engine is excellent and most impressive. I've driven Volkswagen's for years and this one hasn't disappointed. Advice to Volkswagen, bring back the TDI!

We just purchased a 2025 Kia K4 here. The car had an issue and it failed MD inspection. We called the salesman to tell him what happened and he was absolutely useless! However, the Sales Managers (Daniel and Aziz) that worked on our deal stepped in and helped to resolve the issue. I sent them the report that was provided from the Auto Shop that did the inspection. I brought the car back to have their service team look into the matter. Daniel made sure that we had a loaner while they had our car looked for the issue. Their service team look at it and they said nothing was wrong. The service team even went as far as to question the integrity of the place I took the car to get the inspection. Then Aziz sent the car over to the Kia service team and they said nothing was wrong with the car. I thought that was the end of it. I thought I was stuck with the car with an issue because the salesman had said the car is sold as is. However, the car failed inspection again. I took the car to a Kia Dealership in MD and they found the same issue as the place that did the inspection. I called Aziz back and sent him the findings from the Kia Dealership had provided. He told me he'd call me back in 20 mins. He called me back and told me to they would pay for the repair! This car is a wonder. With the rear camera., blind spot warning and lane assist i feel so safe. The cabin is spacious and not confining. Although I haven't had to use the 3d seat I am confident it is roomy and comfortable. Happy I bought it.

This was the first time that I've used CarMax... always felt that the "no-haggle" thing was just a grift. It's not. Very fairly priced car in pristine condition. They even transferred it for free. Transaction was relatively quick and painless as well. They were even able to take care of the REAL tags and title there as well. If you do your pricing research, they are most definitely an option. And thankfully there was no sleazy salesman vibe or upwelling. Would gladly use them again. Oh, and they actually FILLED the tank, which USED TO BE commonplace, and I didn't have to ask.

I have a 2019 Atlas. This car is amazing and mind you I can't kill it. My car has 188,000 miles on it. The drive is smooth and very reliable. It has the room to fit all 5 of my kiddos perfectly and enough room in the trunk to even fit a wonderfold wagon with all the seats up. I waited a few months before writing a review. Bought a truck back in May/June. Charles Harris helped me out when I came in to look at the truck the first time, he ran some numbers for me and I left. Didn’t feel any pressure at all into buying the vehicle, I left because I had a few others ones I was looking at as well. I came back about a week later, truck was still there and I had came back on time, there was someone else interested in as well. I had gave Charles a call ahead of time and let him know I was stopping but to make the purchase. The manager was also super helpful during the process. I believe his name was Phillip. After buying the truck, the check engine light came on while driving it home. I ran my scanner and found the issue, contacted Charles about it and he spoke with his manager, they had me bring it in the next day and took care of it at no cost. I was afraid they would pull something on me but no issues no back and forth, they took care of me. It’s been a couple of months with having the truck now, no issues with the truck and no complaints.

2019 Volkswagen Atlas review
This is my 2nd VW. My 1st was a 02 passat I bought in 2013. It was the most reliable car I ever owned. It has 230000 miles and still runs great! This Atlas takes things to a whole different level. The look, performance and features are world-class! The only knock I would have is the mpg is average at best. Only 20mpg on average. But overall it is a great vehicle for the price. The SEL trim is fully loaded. Whatever feature you could imagine, it has it. I hope to enjoy this vehicle for years to come.

My atlas has been an excellent car to me. Other than the poor quality factory tires I have had 0 issues. I tow a 4,500lb Coleman with my atlas with minimal stress. It's truly impressive. Most comfortable SUV I could have while still getting 22 MPG when getting groceries.

I found my sales person to be rude and didn’t listen well to what I wanted. He would cut me off when I was speaking and it felt like a debate about who knew the most, or what I expected; him or me. He also questioned my military service because “some folks say they are but they aren’t”. My retired husband had to explain to him customer service protocol. I really didn’t want him to get my sell. They left all sort of stickers and plastic on the vehicle. I haven’t heard from them since my purchase even though I was told there would be a visit in a week after my purchase.

We sold the Tiguan and got the Atlas. It's so much more bang for your buck in the Atlas. We're averaging 27 mpg in the Atlas; we were only getting 29 in the Tiguan. The Atlas rides much smoother and the room is huge!!!

My Grandmother loves her new Atlas 2.0T, its also easy to get in and out of for Her and Gramps, and great mpg with the 2.0T, and power is very plenty for a tiny engine
