Lithia Volkswagen of Des MoinesReviews
Lithia Volkswagen of Des Moines review
I recently needed some service done. After VW Lithia confirmed that my water pump, thermostat, and housing needed to be replaced, they took care of it and even offered to keep my car so they could do the service as soon as they had time, which was appreciated. I have the Certified Pre-Owned warranty on the car and everything was taking care of in a professional and expedited manner without cost to me. A special thanks to Emrah Tabakovic who was extremely helpful, kept me up to date as much as possible and provided care free transportation for me, all the way to Pella. The next day Emrah also provided transportation back to Lithia when my car services was completed. As icing on the cake I received a simple but attentive "complementary car wash". I also really appreciated that the sales person I bought the car through came over to me to make sure all was well and I was being taken care of, Sejad Dubinovic was that sales person and I appreciate his personal approach very much. Cars can, and will be, expensive and, sometimes, a pain to deal with. Lithia Volkswagen has been very helpful, knowledgeable and willing to help me whenever I needed them and I recommend Sejad and Emran for their openness, honesty and customer service.

Fun fun fun to drive!! Handlesany task I need and gets great gas mileage while still putting a smile on your face when you mash the petal. Interior feels like quality and is quiet to boot.

Re: Sales Experience Karrie is out of this world. She is customer driven to no ends. I wanted to purchase a 2022 Veloster N out of state from their dealership. Karrie returned my call quickly, answered all of my questions, and then provided super helpful information that I didn't think of. She kept me up to date as things progressed, and quickly alerted me when I needed to do something. On a personal level, Karrie has a fantastic personality and was amazing throughout the process Allan in finance was thorough, responsive, and understanding. I have 0 complaints about my experience

Edward Martinez was excellent. He truly cares about the customer. I will definitely recommend him to friends.
2016 Volkswagen Golf GTI review
This car has been a dream of mine ever since i sat in the mk7. The only problems i have against all mk7 golf's are. 1. If the have an automatic tranny in them, they dont perform as well as a manual. 2. They are kinda lose around tight turns and if you have the lane assist package you will be fighting the wheel to keep the line. Other than those 2 slight issues, i find this car a fun, efficient, reliable, and overall great vehichle to buy. But like me, get a manual transmission... best car to learn and the only way to have em built.

I had an outstanding experience purchasing my new Volkswagen, and I can’t thank Michel Fuller enough for making the entire process so easy and enjoyable. From the moment I walked in, Michel was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle without any pressure. He took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me informed throughout the process, and made everything smooth from start to finish. Buying a car can often be stressful, but Michel made it a pleasant and hassle-free experience. If you’re in the market for a Volkswagen, I highly recommend asking for Michel Fuller. His excellent customer service, honesty, and attention to detail truly set him apart. Thank you again for making this such a great experience!

2016 Volkswagen Golf GTI review
The engineering and design are outstanding . The driving experience is very special for this price range. It’s real fun to drive. It’s an icon. Let down by quality issues unknown to Japanese vehicles and ridiculous service and repair costs. I love the car but dread any encounter with the dealer in North Tampa.. I think their service charges are equal to BMW and Mercedes.

Mike Benincasa at Walser Nissan was great. He was there when the shop opened at 10 am with the exact vehicle we wanted, even though it needed new tires. We spent the entire day with him for a variety of reasons and he was fantastic!
2020 Volkswagen Golf GTI review
Look, if you dont know about the virtues of the GTI, you really need to go drive one. This is the total package, a great combination of speed, handling and practicality. This is the mature, grown up way to inject enthusiasm into your daily commute, while still being able to show up at your In-laws place and look respectable. They'll never know that you can blow the doors off a lot of boy racers on the way there. Bottom line: If youre looking for a car that will make runs to Costco and then put a smile on your face on the back roads home, this is your best bet.

Kia of Frisco review
My experience was a ten out of ten. Honestly, I was geared up for a very long wait and inefficient service. But I got the complete opposite of what I expected. My previous experience was not so great. So kind of came in with a mindset that I would need to practice lots of patients for this visit. But what I got instead was kind courteous service with step-by-step I was placed in mind of every decision. The person that was handling me did a perfect job. I could not ask for a better experience.

Walser Mazda review
Excellent experience from welcome handshake to selfie exchange of my 2014 Chevy Volt keys for the Walser 2017 Volt fobs. Only 37.8 K miles on my new Heather Grey Premier hybrid ride. Getting 150 mpg combined. Already my best auto purchase after 2 Volts. Vigorous thank-you to Burnsville, Minnesota Mazda team, especially the host, Associate Anthony Love.

2022 Volkswagen Golf GTI review
Overall, this is one of the best cars I have ever owned. This car hugs the road while providing the opportunity to be a real daily driver. Fast, refined, and full of options which accommodate any driving style. If I have one complaint, it is - yes the same as so many others - the infotainment system. The base model gives you a better feel and option for using actual knobs for some of the specifics, which I find somewhat ironic. If you can manage to get past the infotainment system, you’ll love this car.

BMW of Tigard review
Joseph Taft was patient, informative and hilarious. He made me laugh in each interaction! Willie Higgins gave me a great quote the first time with no haggling. Andrew Fox was transparent about benefits of each service and helped me select relevant, useful products. Sven Wood chatted with me about classic cars and showed me he really appreciated my business. I had a great experience overall and I am glad I went there.
2016 Volkswagen Golf GTI review
I've owned a 2 door 2016 GTI for over 2 years, and it's been my most favorite car so far. It fit me well (I'm 6'3") and you definitely feel that solid German quality every time you're inside. With how light and powerful this Golf is, it definitely felt like a little sports car. At the same time, it got between 26-34MPG which is impressive! The hatchback style let me use my car as a mini SUV many times, from loading the trunk full of soil bags, or 2x4s, or camping gear, this car has way more utility than one would expect. I'd say if you can't afford to own a sports car, an SUV, and an economical daily commuter, this is the car for you, as it does all of those things in one package thus eliminating the need for 3 different car payments! As with all Germans cars, my advice is to preferably buy one with existing warranty, but these Golfs are getting so cheap now that it's not a huge risk if you don't. They are also easy to work on, so if you're handy you can do a lot of maintenance / repairs on your own.
