We purchased a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee North from Sayer Chrysler Jeep on January 18, 2024. We had been looking around for the last few months. Mostly at 2021 and 2022 models. We were just getting ready to go to Salt Lake the next morning to look at a couple of 2022s. My wife had noticed this 2020 model previously with extremly low miles. We decided to drive up to Idaho Falls from Blackfoot to lookat it in the late afternoon. Upon arriving, Tyler Martin met us on the lot and showed us the Jeep Grand Cherokee. After a short test drive, everything seemed to be in excellent condition. We basically fell in love with it. It had everything we were looking for except it did not have sa tow package. After a brief discussion, Tyler talked to the service department and they agreed to install a factory trailer tow package at no cost. That and the low miles basically sold us on the vehicle. Business manager Mackenzie Burrell was fantastic to work with. She took time to make sure we had the best interest rates and the best deal available. In less than two hours we were driving our Jeep Grand Cherokee home. A week later after the parts for the tow package arrived Tyler arranged for the service department to install the hitch The lights and hook up work perfectly. 2021 Volkswagen Jetta review
I have owned my 2021 VW Jetta for close to two years. I have very little negative things to say about the car. The car does have auto start-stop when stopped for red lights and other lengthy stops. This car handles well. It gets on highways quickly. I have recorded gas on long trips 42 mpg. I get 32mpg around town. The Jetta looks nice. I have the gray color with black interior. It’s not like the BMW335 I owned but it is a good car for me. Currently over 36k miles with no issues. I take it in ever 10,000 miles for a check up and oil changes.

Even though I knew what I was looking for, I had the feeling that they would have spent the entire day with me if I needed it. The entire experience made the decision to purchase a vehicle from them a "proverbial" no-brainer. This is the complete opposite of the "infamous" car dealer experience! I cannot recommend the sales experience at Audi Minneapolis highy enough.
2021 Volkswagen Jetta review
I have owned 2 VW Jetta's both FANTASTIC dependable automobiles. The 2021 Jetta is such a pleasure to drive with its roomy interior and superb handling. It's fabulous gas milage of 40 highway/ 30 mpg city driving, the 1.4 L Turbo charged engine makes it a peppy car. The lane change assist on the side mirrors is quite a plus. It's a beautiful automobile inside and out. The full color touch screen has Blue tooth, Android Auto, Apple Car Play even a USB port. Has a great back-up camera, anti-lock brakes, multi-control steering wheel, keyless entry just to name a few of the cars features. What more could you want in a car? I have NEVER had a issue with either of my Jetta's. You will look forward to driving this automobile. Factory warranty because its such a well built automobile. It was very affordable for such a great car with features normally found on much more expensive automobiles.

This was the best experience I've ever had with a dealership. My sales associate AJ, was truly an expert on not only the vehicle that he showed me, but on the company as a whole. He was able to demonstrate how to use all the fancy safety features and explain what they did, and answer any questions I had with confidence. He was so friendly with both my daughters, and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable. AJ was very open and honest about all the different dealership fees that would add on to the total purchase price, and explained what they all were. He was quick to respond to any messages, and did a great job of keeping my needs and wants for the vehicle in mind when showing me different options. They gave me a good offer on my trade in, even though it was less than I owed on the vehicle. He and his manager Paul were even willing to come up on the trade in offer, but my vehicle has a bad accident from the previous owner on the carfax. Paul explained his reasoning for the offer which came directly from KBB (another dealership tried to offer me $2000 less with no rhyme or reason). I know dealership fees can be frustrating, but I think the fees at Volkswagen Brandon are fair compared to other dealerships in the area. AJ did definitely do his job as a car salesman and try to upset me, offering me finance options for New vehicles, but was completely respectful when I told him we weren't interested in financing or a new vehicle. He didn't keep pushing, instead focusing on trying to get me in a vehicle that fit our budget and that I loved. I absolutely adore my new 2023 Tiguan, and I 100% recommend Volkswagen Brandon for your vehicle needs.
