We purchased a used vehicle from this location and we were nothing but impressed with good customer service from the sales person over the phone to the test drive...even to the financing...down to earth staff at all angles. What a great experience for a used car purchase of a non-Mercedes! I would definitely recommend them and we will be back again!

Lexus of NapervilleReviews
Lexus of Naperville review
This was our first time buying a Lexus and the Naperville dealership was beautiful. We worked with Dylan Kiser, who was terrific. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle - as a "car guy," offered his candid opinions about other makes as well. He was friendly yet professional in demeanor and answered all of our questions (including those posed by our 11yo son who came along for the test drive). And he didn't pressure us even a little bit. In fact, he made it quite obvious that he saw his role as that of trying to help us, not necessarily sell us a car. Once we decided to buy, he made the process fun too -- something to celebrate. I would definitely return to this dealership and work with Dylan, Allan, and Brendan again. Thanks, fellas.

I want to thank Salesman Kevin at Webb Chevy in Oaklawn and Finance Manager Sam and Johnny for helping me with the process of purchasing my 2027 Chevy Equinox. Kevin went above an beyond with this process. He was patience with the concerns I had and I'm very Thankful and Grateful. Sam was very new to the team and made sure he took care of this car buying process and Finance Johnny as well. Also Sales Manager Marcus and Salesman Jalen accommodated me with some concerns. Thank You Webb Chevy in Oaklawn. Continue to make the Customer A Priority! Yolanda Ferguson

Toyota on Western review
This was the best experience in all our years of car shopping. Otto B. was very professional and helpful. He thoroughly explained the entire car buying experience to us. His patience is very commendable. Since the purchase he has reached out to us to see if we needed anything or had any questions. Our daughter will purchase a car, within the next few months, and we have praised Otto. Thanks again for a job well done.

CarMax Independence BoulevardReviews
CarMax Independence Boulevard review
On yesterday, April 24, I had the opportunity to purchase a vehicle I had been wanting for quite some time. Working with the team at Carmax on Independence Blvd in Charlotte, NC was worth the short drive from Columbia, SC. Everyone from Shakiyah (New Sales Consultant), Neil Petersen, Sales Consultant, Caleb (Sales Manager) and my absolute favorite, Kahlil, made my experience one of a kind! Thank you for your professionalism and for making my experience a great one!
