My truck was in the shop longer than stated. When I returned the loaner vehicle, the service technician inspected the loaner vehicle with a fine tooth comb before giving me the keys to my vehicle. I had left some papers in the loaner so I went back. There was a gentleman returning a loaner and picking up his vehicle. The service technician asked the gentleman was everything ok and is the tank full. The gentleman said yes. The service technician handed the gentleman his keys and said thank you. The service technician did not inspect this man car before he was given the keys to his vehicle. Maybe because I'm a woman? Maybe because I'm an African American? Not sure, however, this didn't sit well with me.

Sergio in service always takes great care of my vehicles and always makes sure I am very satisfied with the service performed on my cars. He is truly a great service writer and I ask for him whenever I need service. Great guy all around.
Frank had a very genuine pleasant demeanor. Placing the right people with the right personality in the service dept. is important, especially when the customer is expected to spend money. There's nothing more daunting for a customer than being greeted by someone with a lackluster personality. Frank and Sergio have great personalities.
I like sitting down at the desk and working with Charlotte and Matt in the service desk. It's more personable that way and they are able to look up my history on their computer and tell me if I have any special deals coming to me. They are both pleasant to work with and they are the reasons why I keep coming back to Joe Rizza Acura to have my service instead of the dealer where I bought my car from. I hate going thru the express. I hate having to stand outside of my car and explaining what I need to have done to my car and signing papers. It's not personable and I found myself juggling my purse and other items I had with me to sign the papers they handed me to sign in order to have my car service.
I was thoroughly satisfied with the way that the Autobarn Countryside Service & Parts Team worked together to ensure my 2009 Passat was ready for Winter. Swap of the Winter Wheels & Tires was seamless as always thanks to Brien Akers inventory management skills. The oil change was routine amd Bob advised me that I had a couple of minor issues that needed attention to which I had him take care of one on this visit and will most likely attack the second on the next visit. Drop off and pickup were smooth and this time I even grabbed a snack from their Customer area before browsing the showroom. Joe
Went in for oil change and tire rotation. The service included this but also checked out the car. Everything was done within the time promised, while I waited. Everyone was friendly and made sure that I was well taken care of.
Well we towed car there because the wife drained the battery, on acount she doesn't know how to start a car, she left the lights on in the first place. Scott out service guy really took care of me from start to finish, explaining everything in detail as we went along
What I like is the service person always tells me what is needed and price so even if I can do that day I can plan to add it to my next service appt and budget for it. It helps keeping to the recommended service schedule.
The service was quick and easy. They did an inspection of the entire care when I took my care in for an oil change and tire rotation. They looked at the breaks and said they were fine. I'm good for another 6 months.
I love this dealership! I always get great service. You should not require me to write a minimum amount of words. It will deter my evaluation.
