    I had my 2010 F150 inspected and they repaired a "leaking" high pressure power steering hose, and fixed some connectors.hoses associated with a check engine... light. I was told by one of the service managers (Mitchell) that they could not give me my NYS inspection until the car had been driven. They gave it back to me with a temporary inspection (a sheet of paper, nothing on windshield) and said I had to bring it back next week. He said it would only take a minute, they plug it into the computer, see that the computer had reset, and they would put the sticker on it. "Only take a "minute" was repeated a few times. I said I didn't want to do this as I didn't want to take time off from work to drive the 40 minutes each way from work. But there didn't seem to be any option so I said I would do that. Then I asked again to clarify the "any time" and Mitchell said it couldn't be between noon and 1:00 and had to be before 5:00. OK, now I'm taking more time off from work. So I drove it for a week and showed up at 4:10 yesterday. Mitchell left at 4:00, so I dealt with Cody. He said the tech who had done my inspection had left at 4:00 and they couldn't do it that day. I argued, told my story about "any time", but was told there was nothing they could do about it, and was told the only option was to make an appointment. I was going to talk to the owner, Andy, but of course he left at 4:00 also. I must be the only dumb xxx who has to work past 4:00. I went there about 7:55 this AM and they did take care of it (about 20 minutes). But I wasted 3 hours vacation time. I forgot to mention, the "inspection" cost totaled over $600 too.

    We purchased our vehicle several months ago. The sales experience was great. Joe and Andy were super to deal with. We recently needed to have an oil... change and to replace a part. Again the service was great. Staff is very friendly and accommodating -they even delivered our vehicle to us. It's always easy to speak with anyone whenever the need arises. Wouldn't hesitate to refer a friend to them.
