Not my first time with a key dealership! FANTASTIC experience! While on vacation in Texas, the salesman( Jermaine), whom I'd been talking to, saw a vehicle that fit my criteria. He put the deal together , giving me EVERYTHING in a vehicle I wanted, and a couple extra surprises. We set delivery up for the day after I got home. Easiest car buying experience ever, and I've had alot. In and out with my gorgeous SanteFe in 30 minutes! Jermaine listened. Did a great job!!! AWESOME!!!!!!!

Would not recommend to anyone. They inflate the price of the contracts by adding in extended wattanties and service contracts and lie to your face and claim they are factory warranties. Then when you try to cancel what you were tricked into buying they do not honor the 60 day cancelation policy and claim they can't cancel the warranty. Place uses dirty tactics on trusting people. Go elsewhere!

I can no longer recommend or support Key Auto group. We have been loyal customers for over 12 years. We purchased 4 vehicles, and sent many friends who also bought vehicles. We left great reviews and had been very happy. Sales, service, and management have changed personnel so many times it’s difficult to maintain good relationships. We tried to purchase another car, in the time we started the process, looking and talking to a sales agent to when we shored up financing, the price of the vehicle jumped almost $5,000! Needless to say, the added cost blew up my financing, and wiped out any value of my trade in. When I asked “why” about the price increase, my salesperson said, “I don’t know, Greed?” I asked if we could offset with a better deal on my trade. Never happened. I have a print out of the original deal, and the price jump less than 30 days after. Facts: We did NOT have an agreement / contract. We really liked Key Auto and are very saddened to see them take advantage of an awful situation. We all got kicked hard by the pandemic, there’s no need to raise prices just because everyone else is doing it. You’ve lost a loyal customer group, we won’t return, I can no longer recommend this dealer to anyone.

It really is car buying made simple
Jermaine was great to work with and provided top notch service from start to finish. No pressure sales approach. He paid attention to the details, answered all of our questions, and provided solutions to keep the process moving efficiently. He help to coordinate some follow up items and ensured everything was all set after the sale. I've bought several vehicles from Key Auto and would highly recommend them and Jeremy. Purchased May 2020.

Luis was quick to respond, answered all of my questions, and was pleasant. They didn't push anything I didn't need and dealt with some unusual circumstances that arose! I would definitely recommend.
I would recommend if you do your homework first
I didn't do my homework on the car & my chance for refinancing.... initially I was happy with the service and left a good review but I am editing after a few weeks for the following reasons: I am happy with my car but I am disappointed because I was misled by the salesman into believing that I would be able to refinance later with a larger down payment and I wouldn't have purchased the car if I had known that this was not a definite. I was told "oh if you're going to put that large of a downpayment on the car after you buy it a credit union will definitely refinance." It's not the dealers fault I can't refinance but he shouldn't have used that as a sales tactic because it wasn't accurate information. Now I'm stuck with a high interest rate - I wouldn't have bought the car yet had I known I couldn't refinance right now anywhere else even with a larger down payment. Also, because it was near closing time we were rushing to finish the paperwork, I noticed that the monthly payment wasn't matching with the interest rate and total cost of car that they told me and the one doing the financing told me, Oh if you noticed you have extra charge I had to add the 5 year warranty. That would have been nice to know ahead. They used sneaky tactics on me which is not good customer service in my opinion... so just pay attention. I'm not saying don't shop there because it's not like this isn't typical behavior but as a woman I feel like I was duped.

Jermaine got me into a new car for a new start. It's was and amazing experience, quick, convenient, easy. They made a situation that can be a nail biter into a smooth transition. My son and I are in a safe, reliable car with thanks to Jermaine and all the guys at Key Auto.
