It's a stressful situation, and I was made to feel completely at... ease and that they were actually on my side. I left with a great car and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new/used car.
I drove four and a half hours to this location for a specific car on a false pretense. I was informed over the phone after my credit was ran that “We are... positive we can get you financed”. They gave me a fair quote for a trade in, and a good price per months. In text. I would include screenshots if I could. We settled on a set price per month, and scheduled an appointment. After arriving, they dropped their trade in value for my current vehicle substantially and made poor excuses for it. Then proceeded to raise the agreed upon price also, substantially. Then after I brought up the whole conversation I had with their representative, the blame game started. Almost childish. All in all, I wasted a total of 9 hours worth of driving, with absolutely nothing to show for it except the look of disgust on my face. Don’t trust these people. Go somewhere else. I promise it’s not worth the headache.

I bought a Honda minivan here, but they hide the problems until you pay. no good service here, too. they all liars. they use some pen to cover the scratches... until you wash car then you can see.
My son had issues w a Vision used car. Never really trusted Vision. Gave em a chance w my KIA, but both times I took it in, there was always an issue besides... whaI I took it in for, always ended up costing hundreds more than the estimate. Problem w a KIA is there are repairs only the dealer can do. Not a happy camper. Despite generally liking the KIA will unlikely buy another one.

My first purchase from Vision Kia Fairport (2009) was an okay experience, nothing to write home about. My second purchase from Vision Kia Fairport (2011)... was not acceptable at all. I waited quite a time for someone to acknowledge me, after 45 minutes browsing the hot "show lot", a salesman approached me. He was chomping on pizza and drinking a soda. My third time at Vision Kia (2017) was excellent. I was greeted by Ron as I closed my car door. He went out of his way for me. An excellent salesman: pleasant, and experienced. Anyone would be pleased with Ron.

Leased a car from them a couple years ago. When things started going wrong with the LEASED car they said they could not cover it, or the things that were... covered parts were not installed correctly. Or the parts didnt get ordered and had to wait months for them to come in. Simple things like oil changes became nightmares. Unsure how they got any positive reviews really.
