The service guy told me it could take two hours and it did! When I make an appointment, I should not have to wait two hours for an oil change
The new tire needed to be had to be ordered from Sacramento it took 3 business days to be completed. When I picked up my car the wheel was dirty as well... as the new tire a little Windex & some tire dressing wouldgone along way Regards,

Had a pleasant experience in finding and buying the right vehicle to replace my old tow vehicle. The selection of used vehicles included an older model... that was in the price range I was looking for. Great service at the time of delivery to make sure all the details of the vehicle were as expected.
My experience began with my vehicle in the onsite body shop at Moore, after an accident I was in. I saw another truck on the lot and asked about a trade... in opportunity. Michael was my salesman and he looked into it. Michael continued to walk me through the process and made the whole trade purchase and enjoyable one. Michaels calm, trustworthy nature was one of the things that made me feel even more comfortable with him. And the great reputation of Moore made the whole process easy!
Thought this was going to be the first time without an issue. The attendant took me in quickly and professionally. Great start, then a wait of two hours... for a service (lube, oil, filter, 27 point inspection). If I'd walked in and had them make an opening for me I'd been satisfied. This was not the issue. I'd made an appointment a week in advance (after several reminders, emails and texts, daily) in which I was reminded so many times I thought they'd be aware that I was coming and I'd be waiting for my vehicle. After the two hour wait I was told that my vehicle was ready and I could pay. I paid and went to walk out to my vehicle and it wasn't there. I stood for a few moments and another attendant said they'll be with me shortly. This is when the first attendant sent for someone to get my vehicle from the back lot. Was my vehicle back there the whole time? Did they work on my vehicle? Why was it back there if they knew I was in the office? After standing in the pick up area, the attendant brought my vehicle up in an outer area in the rain. Got in my vehicle and left. Once home I looked over my paperwork, and found that the information on my vehicle report paperwork was not filled out for the 27 point inspection. Was it done?, were my tires rotated (bag of wheel locks placed in same area I left them)? Did they top off my fluids? This is the dealer I made my purchase from. You'd think they'd make a little effort for the patronage that puts money in they're pockets. Three strikes, Moore GMC, your out!
