Awful organization, sales rep not showing, dishonest, will never even consider buying from here again. Sales was rude and unreliable. Made three appts,... all 3 were fails due to the sales rep (different) not showing.
I did NOT end up purchasing a vehicle from Cable Dahmer Chevrolet, let me get that out of the way up front... but I wish I HAD because I have nothing but... praise for them! The ONLY reason I purchased a vehicle from someone else was because Cable Dahmer didn't have the EXACT car I was looking for... but they came so close. For starters, I was looking for a Black 2012 - 2015 Chevrolet Sonic RS 6-Speed Manual Turbo with under 100K Miles for around $6,000... and what they had to offer was a Dark Gray 2013 Chevrolet Sonic LT 6-Speed Manual Turbo with under 100K Miles for around $6,000... so close right? Everyone from the sales staff, to the customer service rep, to the finance officer were so kind, responsible and willing to work with me. They were all very patient and understanding as they bent over backwards to meet all of my request during this Covid-19 Crisis. They were not pushy at all and they all communicated well via phone calls, texts, emails, pictures and videos despite the fact that they're based in Kansas City, MO and I'm in Dallas, TX. I was on the verge of making the 7- hour road trip up there to purchase the car they had to offer and had even placed a $500 deposit down to make it happen. But the weekend before my planned trip is when I found the car I ended up with being sold by an individual seller. In the end, Cable Dahmer was very understanding and I had no issues with keeping my $500 deposit back. I would HIGHLY recommend working with them for your car purchase needs. They are VERY professional and you'll be glad you did!
this place does false advertisement on their cars, they list a car for one price but when get there they tell you the price is more and they have nitrogen... tire package on all their vehicles for 890 that must purchase , its a rip off, after working with Steve for 1 hour going back and forth we agree on a price, when I can back the next day Guss told me a different price than we talked about, I liked the vehicle and continued with the purchase, I don't like the way they handle business its not honest and we wasted a lot time. I advised they should not list one price then change once you there, I will not purchase with them again and advised anyone to be careful, when dealing with this dealership, they knew I was not happy and did nothing to make it right. overcharged and wasted time. vehicle listed at 9900 and I ended up paying 10,899 with the 199 admin fee. they also listed the vehicle has a remote starter, when I ask Steve about it he said it doesn't and had some story about how the VIN number says it does but he don't have it. poor customer and very dis honest about the vehicles they sell.
Service was great. Worked with me and the bank to get me into the car I liked and wanted. I would recommend them to anyone needing a vehicle.
Found a car I thought I wanted to test drive and possibly purchase used the online appointment scheduler and set up a time. When I arrived two sales people... were outside talking and smoking. I waited a bit noticing that the car I saw online was not on the lot. After a bit I went inside and spoke to the sales manager who put me with one of the two sales people I saw earlier. He soon informed me that the car I was looking for had been sold. I guess making an appointment really doesn’t matter. Thank you for wasting my time not to mention my gas and my leaving work early. Poor customer service at this dealership. No ethics.
I have been purchasing cars for a very long time, this was by far the WORST experience i have ever had. My husband asked for a 4x4 truck. They located... (what we thought was a great truck) However when we got home that night we realized it was not a 4x4. They very next morning, way under 24 hours we called and spoke with the salesman who promised they would fix this problem. We never heard back that day. The next day we called again they played around didn't answer our calls, we had to call from an alternate number before they would answer. Still saying they were "working on it" 4 days go by of pure hounding and we take off of work AGAIN to pull up to the dealer when he then advised my husband there was nothing they could do because it had been to long and they turned in to be titled, saying it happens the next day, but nobody said that all these days we were calling. So they BS us until there was nothing that could be done. And acted very nonchalant as if it does'nt matter who i tell. We have two daughters coming out of college and will be getting new cars. THEY WILL NOT COME FROM THIS DEALER FOR SURE AND WE ALSO KNOW THEY ARE CONNECTED WITH 103RD AND STATELINE AND NOLAND SO WE WILL ALSO NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EITHER. This has been THE WORST CAR PURCHASE I HAVE EVER DONE IN MY LIFE AND I WILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE IS AWARE. I work with the public daily and will pass on the message to any and everyone i encounter including facebook, twitter and so on!! Thank for NOTHING CABLE DAHMER!!!
