Absolutely AWEFULL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GM
I have been ignored by the Sales Representative NICK and the GM who sold me a car having some issues as NEW! Nicks texts will be announced later. I retrieved this example from my email and have no same to show it to people how they treat their CASH BUYERS! Trey Hello, I called yesterday and left a voice mail for you and also Nick! Both of you never called me back. Its either you are trying to avoid my request or you just dont care. I called my first service as you stated that it will pop on my screen and apparently your customer service representative giggled and stated that my first oil change is expired as of January 6th when I was told I have a whole year. I had my car late spring and had a nightmare with it and Tommy had to fix my lock and find a good painter I though it was over and now i cant even get my first service. Can you please let me know whats going on? Thank you,

I'm from PA. Where they don't add 3000.00 or 5000.00 to msrp. For something they have less than 100.00 in. What a joke would never buy anything here. If u want to buy a car ir truck n Dave 7000.00 go to any dealer in pa

My son took his truck in for warranty work power seat motor door handles. Was supposed to have a rental car didn’t have one so I made 2 trips over 100 miles each way with mine. He was told that nothing was covered by the extended warranty and charged him 180.00 dollars for nothing. Called the warranty company the seat was covered if they would have done their job and called they could have fixed it. And they also was not supposed to charge him nothing. Poor service after the sale

Always a good experience when dealing with the service people at this dealership. Over the three years I've owned this vehicle, I've visited several times while in vacation in the area. They make me feel welcome even though I didn't buy here.

Greatest service and attention
The service was top rate, made me feel special and showed they put my interest first. Buick dealership has a service department to be proud of. They took care of my needs, even though I walked in without an appointment. I have used this dealership 2 times within 6 months and received the same courteous attention...
friendly people, started appointment right on time. Clean waiting area. TV on, Thought I had to wait an extra 15 minutes or so after my car was finished and pulled up into the parking area.
Good group of dealer employees and service performed was well done. Advised of future service needed. Know you vehicle information very informative.
Sales and service - not a partnership w client
Too early I relationship to know. Everyone seems new .... I have been using service since 2011 new Enclave purchase. Purchased new 2016 in Nov 2016. S tie service team replaced making this relationship new and ubtested. As a long time service client; I was very dissatisfied the dealer owner / sales and or service manager has not reached out to explain the wide spread employee swap out!
Excellent sales team and nice facility. I feel they went the extra yard to make me happy and get the car ready.
