2021 Acura TLX review
My best car EVER I’ve had different Acura types before TL, ILX but my TLX is the best of all. Reliable and perfect. The key is to follow up have maintenance and take great care of your car needs. It’s very important to me to drive a great reliable car because I travel for work. My service advisor is amazing and the Acura technicians are knowledgeable. I’m a very happy customer and car owner of my TLX

Ideal Cars Main StReviews
Ideal Cars Main St review
This is my second purchase from Ideal. Found a 2010 Ford Explorer on their website. It was still in the process of title being passed to them. Waited and checked back with them 2 weeks later. I was able to get a chance to drive it and took it on the freeway. This time I requested financing which they carried out quickly and provided me with a very low finance rate. Yes, they did add for putting the auto in "ready" condition. My auto had just come out of auction which required cleaning and checking to make sure it was servisable. The staff handled all the paperwork and licensing which saved me time. Thanks to everyone at Ideal for a very good Explorer.

CarMax Salt Lake (South Jordan)Reviews
CarMax Salt Lake (South Jordan) review
Nate Gines at the South Jordan, UT facility took the time to talk to me about what I was looking for in my next car, and he matched me up with the perfect vehicle for me. He focused on my needs and wants instead of trying to sell me something that was not exactly what I was looking for. He also worked well with my outside lender. The interest rates on the website are inflated, so I financed through my local credit union instead. Nate and my loan officer made the whole process go smoothly and I picked up my car the day after I chose it.

CarMax Jackson (TN)Reviews
CarMax Jackson (TN) review
I just wanted to comment on how much I like Carmax customer service as a company. I bought me car from Carmax in Nashville Tn about 2 years ago and had great experience. Then few months later I my car started making a noise on the front end. Took back to Carmax in Nashville They put me in a rental car till the next day till they got it fixed... Which was great. They repaired my car free and payed for the rental car. Then April 6th I was traveling thru Jackson Tn and my car started making a terrible noise. I was very concern. Called Carmax in Jackson Tn took my car there they worked me in pretty quick. When they pulled the wheel off the found a pebble had past the dust cover and was rubbing between breaks and rotary. They removed the pebble and all was good. Thank God there was no damaged. Tech put my tire back on and sent me on my way. They didn't charge me nothing.. Thank you

We had an amazing experience at this dealership! Spencer, Zach, and Cameron made our vehicle purchase incredibly easy. They went above and beyond to find the exact vehicle we was looking for in the specific color we wanted. The best part was that they helped us close the entire deal over phone and text, which was so convenient. We highly recommend this team for an stress-free buying process!

Highly recommend Anthony and the team at Auto Lenders in Princeton. I normally dread purchasing a car, however Anthony, his manger Stephen & Finance guy Patrick were all professional to work with but also down to earth. I needed to be out of the dealership in 20 min and they made that happen. They are considerate of your time and looking to sell cars without the headache! Highly recommend them!

I arrived on time and did not have to wait over two minutes checking in was Thorough everything was complete in an hour and a half was totally satisfied
2021 Acura TLX review
I have the 2021 TLX A-Spec, which is a great looking car. I especially like the sound system, which rivals the Harmon Cardon which I had in my 2018 Kia Stinger; however, since day one I've been having noise issues. There is excessive wind noise at speeds 50mph and over. The other issue is a nagging noise coming from the steering wheel. I already left it a couple of times at the dealership, and it was fixed the second time, only to come back again. I already made a third appointment to look into it, again...

2021 Acura TLX review
Brand-new chassis. TLX drives with precision and performance. Acura took it to a whole new level. Suspension is outstanding and the steering is quick. Engineers did a great job this time around.

From the top down we were very pleased and impressed. Even those who were not directly involved with our purchase took time to talk to us. I would encourage people interested to work with Gary, a real enjoyable person with whom to work.

Thank you to Mike A and shop foreman Mike, both were able to help me out when I came in with a flat tire but also showed me that I was in need of my other tires, they were able to get me a loaner car and have my car done that afternoon.

Cole Buick GMC CadillacReviews
Cole Buick GMC Cadillac review
Coles is the only dealership my wife and I use. Most transactions take place via phone text which I like. We have bought and leased several vehicles from them. The buying end of the process is wonderful from sales person to finance. Service dept has always stepped up to our needs and concerns some bumps but that is expected when you just want your vehicle perfect. Vehicles are man made and even factories get things wrong and we expect the service dept to get it right and of course customers always right lol. They have guide lines and protocols to follow like any other dealership but at the end we have always felt good about the service we have received thus far.
