It is a very nice vehicle… a few exceptions… no heated steering wheel, no remote start no foot controlled rear lift gate and a few other amenities that comes with many other comparable vehicles. The trim levels do not make a lot of sense like aspec is considerably more expensive but only a few amenities and the advanced is almost 20k more for a few options that are stock with Lexus and other high end suv…

I had an awesome experience dealing with Mercedes Benz of Tysons Corner. This was the best car purchase experience I have had. The sales person Trivian Anand is such a great customer advocate. The manager, Pascuale, bent over backwards to accomodate me. The finance manager (Sue Kim) was very transparent. Overall it was pure joy to deal with these guys contrary to most other car buying experiences

My wife and I absolutely Love our RDX. Unfortunately we recently had a mechanical issue and the part is on back order, 3 weeks later and still no part. So our vehicle is great but not sure about corporate??????

Like other reviews I love this car! Comfortable, stylish, it’s inherently a Honda so likely reliable. Gas mileage not great but better than MDX of the past which weren’t nearly as fun to drive! Highly recommend this Acura. Haven’t owned one since I had a 2008 TL but I have the same happy feeling whenever I drive it, now in a very different life stage!

I found a dream car at Trust Auto. As name describes, they are trust worthy auto dealers. After a put deposit on a car for my wife, she changed her mind. I just flipped as I had just spent a lot of money and Minn, my salesman said they will try to refund the money. Try scared me by behold the money was refunded. That is being as honest they can be. Purchased a 2020 Acura MDX in August 2024. Very reliable, luxury, decent on gas that has a nice V6 engine. I like the 2 screen display, the on and off button for the radio is fairly cheap. Love the LED front lights! So far so good!

Great customer service, had a small issue with My Window tint failing MD inspection, and they took care of the removal. Happy with my Mercedes

I really like my 2022 Acura MDX, it’s a luxury SUV. It’s pretty and it’s just for me. The problem, I have only had it for 22 months and the starter went. It cost us $950.00 to replace the starter, that didn’t include the labor. Thank God my husband has quite a bit of knowledge on installing starters. Problem number 2, reverse light needs to be replaced, that’s the hold panel and the cost is a whopping $500.00 and something dollars. The 60,000! mile maintenance has to be done in the next few months. The dealer charges $1,325,00, Honda charges $835.00 but it has to be done. But again, I love my car and I plan on having it for years to come.

I went through the processes inquiring about a vehicle and although in the end I decided on a different one outside of this dealership, I felt the the whole process was very transparent, no hassle, courteous, and professional. Kudos to Julian! Down the line when it’s time for another vehicle, I’ll be revisiting Rosenthal Acura.

I have the 23 Acura MDX SH-AWD I love the ride and looks of it. I wished I would have bought one a long time ago . Just wished it got better gas mileage. But for a V6 aspirated engine. I shouldn’t complain. It’s comfortable, handles as good if not better than the Atlas I had.

My experience at Porsche Chantilly has always been exceptional. The sales and service staff are the best I have ever dealt with over my more than 20 years of Porsche ownership. They are like family and always make sure they take care of your car like it was their own. The technicians are the best around and you can’t find a better group anywhere. Great bang for the buck. I went with the Advanced package. Lots of convenience features like heated steering wheel, automatic dimming hi beams, adaptive cruise control, etc. Touch screen would be nice but I use Android Auto so most of what I do is voice command. Regardless, the touch pad is pretty easy to learn. Handles great. Sport Mode is fun to drive with SH-AWD and Adaptive Suspension. Looked at Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Lexus and Infinity. Reliability was near the top of my list so that eliminated Infinity and the 3 German cars. Just put $4500 into my wife's BMW for various repairs and wanted to try to avoid doing that with my SUV. Also wanted something to last 200K or more. Liked the Lexus but even the F Sport left me feeling like I wasn't connected to the road. That was what I liked about the Acura, it was fun to drive.

Best vehicle Acura has made in last 15 years. Test drive an RDX Advance SHAWD package on sport mode for 15-20 mins and you’ll be sold. Beautiful airy cabin with pano, and the ELS sound system is killer! 2.0 turbo engine + 10 speed trans are bulletproof. Have my RDX Advance for 2 years now and will enjoy it for at least another 5 years. These are made to last, much like my 2006 TL that I have for over a decade, with 200k+ troublefree miles on the clock.

I've been driving this SUV for 32 mos. and can say that I love the acceleration and overall handling. However,the suspension is not the best (they saved the best for the Type-S). The gas mileage is just ok but you are driving a great sounding V6 versus a screaming 4-cyl. turbo. I never liked the look of prior generations and was very surprised by the stunning styling of this generation. I'm fine with the infotainment pad, it works great except for the phone charging pad which is junk. I could go either way for a touchscreen but I think that may be more distracting

My last several cars were a Lexus, true refinement. Purchased an RDX, with a turbo extremely powerful perfect for my needs. The maintenance on an accurate is less expensive than Lexus. It is a true solid vehicle. Highly recommend recommended.!

We love our 2023 Acura MDX -- handling, ride (in all modes), acceleration (definitely enough when you need it to enter the highway, etc.), interior, dependability, technology and size. This car is the perfect size for us with 3 dogs. We make lots of trips to the park and of course, to stores regularly too. We do lots of DIY projects too so we need to haul materials. The MDX offers plenty of space to do it. The gas mileage is great (25 mpg+ in the city for us) -> much better than the under 10 mpg we had been getting with our 2018 truck. Very pleased with the versatility of the MDX.

I've had two excellent experiences with Shockley Honda when buying a car from them. The first was a little over a year ago and the second experience was last week. I found an excellent 2018 CR-V at a very reasonable price, but had a disabled trade-in over 65 miles away. Shockley not only gave me a fair amount for the trade-in, but also arranged to both deliver my "new" vehicle and pick up the "old" vehicle, saving me quite the effort to arrange things otherwise. My sales guy was Chris Collinson and handled everything from start to finish. There was no high-pressure sales or hidden add-ons. There was no pressure to use their financing when I told them I had my own. I appreciate the respectful way I was treated. It really seemed like I was his only customer that day when I knew I wasn't. This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

Great car for the money. Lots of power. Fun to drive. Do nothing but oil change. Very dependable. I own it for five years. Never have any problems. Still drive like new even after these years.

Equip with a beautiful duel clutch transmission, this car feels amazing to drive, up until about 40, where the early gears start to lag, but as suggested sport mode or down shifting solves this. Coming from a Honda civic 2017, I can say this car although slightly dated in the inside, feels loads more powerful and comfortable. With seats that hug your body, giving you one of the most comfortable seats out of any car period. The ride itself is great too, although a tad stiff, which in it's self gives it good handling and corning in return. The only big con is the interior is a little dated compared to newer cars, so not a whole lot of smart phone integration besides aux, usb, or Bluetooth, although this means less issues with electrical issues like my old Honda had. Overall I couldn't recommend this car enough, as when buying used it is far cheaper and better than comparative civic models like the ext or si.
