Aubrey was an incredibly professional and honest salesman. I needed a new (used) vehicle suddenly and Aubrey stayed late to take me on several test drives and encouraged me to look over the vehicles thoroughly. He combed through other dealership inventories to accommodate all the boxes on my extensive checklist and followed up to ensure I had a good experience. I recommend this Audi, but highly recommend this salesman.
Within six months the same exact serive cost jumped from $1600 to $2300, a 43% increase. This will deter me from buying another Audi. Bill was very nice to give me a $300 discount, otherwise it would have been 62% increase! Audi needs to seriously review their service costs policy in order to retain loyalty customers and attract new ones.
Great service, easy to make appointment, on time delivery and very cordial service representative and helpful staff. Did follow up call after service . Car wash and vacuum nicely done , not like west Chester Audi service place
I have had the pleasure of working with Jenna on numerous occasions and I can say that she has always been the most professional yet down to earth person you could ever work with. She took the time to explain everything to me each time and made sure I was getting the best deal. I make it a point now to always make sure she is doing the finance part of my deals so I know I don't have to worry about everything. She gets me in and out quickly with exactly what I came in for.
I live in Virginia, yet I have started buying my Audis from West Chester Audi. First a 2016 Audi S8 Plus and last week a 2018 RS5. Why you ask? Because my salesman goes the extra mile to make sure I get what I want and follows up after the sale to make certain I am satisfied. Best buying experience ever!Moreover, he has taken the time to get to know me so that he can recommend new offerings from Audi that he knows will interest me.
I LOVE my new Tucson! Christian Medina listened to my needs & features I wanted and then helped me find the car that fit me exactly. The whole staff was very polite. I tried out multiple cars and Christian was nothing but pleasant and willing to answer any & all questions! I cannot say enough good things about him and the whole team !

Between Marc, Charlie, Al and Joel, I felt as though the staff at Sloan Porsche had me covered the whole way. As a car enthusiast, I would have zero reservations recommending these guys for your next vehicle purchase. As Roger and Ebert would say at the movies, “Two thumbs way up”.
Back story: I met Michael at another Porsche dealership years ago when I was looking for my first P-car. Always wanted a 911 stick.. but feeling my enthusiasm for driving, Michael gave me the keys to Boxster S - both PDK and manual and let my wife and I take it for a drive while he watched my then 7 year old (let the parenting criticisms begin.) Needless to say, I was sold on that car. Mid engine rotation... PDK banging shifts... Sublime... I digress... Long story short. I was introduced to the track and now need a tow vehicle for the Boxster. Michael had since changed dealerships to Warrington Sloane Porsche. So I tracked him down. He sourced me a 2017 CPO Cayenne S with extremely low miles as a suitable specimen. The car is mint. Perfect. I needed not run around on a wild goose chase - Michael took care of me getting the right car the right price. He gave me a great deal and above all, spent the time to create a lasting relationship. Just like he did years ago. He's not in it for the kill. He takes his time. He does customer service right - the way it should be - by building long term relationships to a top notch luxury brand. The staff at Porsche of Warrington was fantastic to work with...they were prompt, attentive, honest, and eager to serve. I have been an auto industry executive for more than 20 years, so I am extremely demanding and knowingly hard to please. They far exceeded my expectations on many levels. I love the new SUV and will totally travel from VA to buy from them in the future.
Excellent, patient, low pressure service. I am a car nut. I love to look at and research cars. I usually show up at dealerships knowing exactly what I want but due to a breakdown of one of my current vehicles, I found myself unprepared. I didn't know even know what brand I wanted. Fortunately, when I showed up to Porsche/Audi of Warrington to peruse the inventory, I found Mike Kaplan. Mike was patiently willing to walk me through the thought process of developing a set of priorities for my next vehicle purchase. It needed to suite the needs of my family but not just be a soccer mom car. Mike showed me several options across the Porsche/Audi of Warrington lineup to help refine my search. Needless to say, we found the perfect vehicle. Mike lead me through the final decision process without adding any pressure to the conversation. The delivery of the vehicle and the service provided throughout the process was top notch. I couldn't ask for a better experience.
A couple of days ago I posted a negative review regarding my recent experience leasing an A4. (Which is a really great car by the way) The Sales Manager, John, called me. He was very professional, apologized for a misunderstanding and resolved the issues I outlined in my previous review. I'd be glad to take down that review but there does not seem to be a way of doing that.
Great experience and knowledge of the various packages. Willing to work with me as close as possible to my budget. It didn't end up working out, but i'll definitely use these guys for when i can fully-afford an Audi.
I purchased a certified pre-owned Audi A4 from this dealership and the experience was great. The sales consultants Tyler Bye and Cliff Corum were awesome to work with. They gave all the information I asked for, and more. No haggling on the price once it was agreed upon (via email). Both Tyler and Cliff were very polite and personable. Cliff continued to work with me post sales, helping out with the registration process since it was an out of state sale. He was very prompt in responding to queries on the phone, text or email. I even got all-weather mats for free! Overall, a very pleasant experience buying my car from this dealership. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy an Audi, and Cliff as the consultant.
