2023 Audi Q5 review
A drivers car... power to weight ratio is great with a smooth power curve during acceleration. The sport seat option with ventilated seats are firm and comfortable and interior features are rich and functional; everything is where we want it to be which enhances the driving experience. The sales process at North Scottsdale Audi was the best ever experienced with professional sales rep, finance, service and even a technical rep who came to our home to answer our questions about the Q5... Wow! We've now broken in the vehicle with in town driving and a road trip and the more we drive the Q5 the more we like it.

2020 Audi Q5 review
Q5 is an excellent car comfortable, luxurious interior, beautiful exterior design, and, most importantly, reliability. I am amazed that at the third maintenance, Audi service did not rotate the tires; after three years, all tires are in balance and well aligned.

I contacted the Lexus dealership helping one of my sons who is looking at a Lexus NX...Yoko took the call and provided exceptional customer service and information to help us with the process...where most dealerships rely on AI or call centers, it was refreshing to talk with a professional who was both knowledgeable and patient to answer my questions...definitely 5-star quality and service...thank you Yoko, for your time and assistance with the buying experience!

Mercedes-Benz of AkronReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Akron review
I recently purchased an AMG SL55 from Akron Mercedes-Benz, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Buying a vehicle from out of state can be stressful since you don't have the opportunity to see or drive it in person, but Tyler Garcia made the entire process seamless from start to finish. Tyler took the time to provide a detailed video walkaround of the car, carefully inspecting every body panel, wheel, and feature so I knew exactly what I was buying. The car arrived exactly as represented—in absolutely pristine condition. Throughout the process, Tyler was responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. He answered every question promptly, kept me informed at every step, and made me feel completely confident in my purchase. The paperwork was straightforward and hassle-free, making the transaction incredibly easy. I've purchased several new vehicles over the years, and this was, without question, the easiest and most enjoyable car-buying experience I've ever had. After the paperwork was completed and the wire transfer was received, my car was loaded onto a transport truck within 48 hours and delivered to my home just 24 hours later. That's truly first-class service. If you're considering purchasing a Mercedes-Benz—whether you're local or buying from out of state—I highly recommend Tyler Garcia and the team at Akron Mercedes-Benz. They made what could have been a complicated long-distance purchase feel effortless, and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

Traded in my Tahoe for this and have loved every minute driving this car! I have one in a car seat, and still have plenty of room. Such a smooth drive. I test drove so many cars and this by far beat them all. You get so much for the money, plus great safety ratings!

Very great service fast and quick! Recommend Brian did a very great job! Family friend also bought from their and had a great experience too!
2020 Audi Q5 review
The Q5 just does most things right. Fuel economy runs about 18-19 in town and 30 highway (4-Cyl.) Acceleration is very strong. Very comfortable and steering response is typical Audi - not numb but not overly strong feed road feel either - better than our previous BMW X3. Seems to have less storage in the cabin than the X3. Owned for just over 1 year. Reliability has been good. Foot sensing hatch opener can be finicky at times but no other problems. No rattles or other issues. Lane keeping is not as good as Mercedes E-class but gets the job done.

Prestige Auto Mall review
I got my new Used Subaru Outback in 2 days. Brandon was a big help. The only problem was I was told my car was ready before my appointment to be there. Upon arrival, I still had to wait 2 to 3 hours because of paperwork. I realized on my way home, the car was never cleaned because there were crumbs under the driver's seat and there was still salt on the floorboard on the driver side that I had mentioned the day before and was told it would be taken care of. The front windshield still had some type of gunk on it. They still hadn't put gas in the car until I was ready to drive away.

We love this car. Extremely comfortable to drive, spacious and with it's 4cyl 2L GDI turbo engine is one of the most fuel efficient SUVs on the market. Our Q5 has 170,000 miles, had various age resulted suspension, fuel and water pump repair/maintenance but nothing too abnormal. With continued maintenance it will run another 50k miles so we hope. Next we will go electric with the ID4 or Q4 e-tron

2023 Audi Q5 review
This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

Very responsive handling, which makes it fun to drive. You'll get a sport feel in an SUV. The panoramic sunroof is great for summer evening cruising. Seats are a bit stiff, but you almost don't notice because you're too busy enjoying the interior design.

Found the car I was looking for and Brandon was quick straight to the point and we were out the door within the hour. Brandon responded to all the questions I had leading up to me actually getting the time to come see the car. Thanks. Would buy from them again.

2019 Audi Q5 review
The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

Matt and Hunter at Carmax really made this the best experience for me. Matt worked with me through phone and email up until the day I went in. He was very informative and assisted me through the entire process. Hunter was the salesman I worked with when I went in. He was accommodating and polite. I didn't feel the "pressure" of a sales man at all. And he was very professional. I will recommend this dealer to anyone I know looking to buy a vehicle.

Spitzer Chevrolet NorthfieldReviews
Spitzer Chevrolet Northfield review
I and my wife have always had EXCELLENT service and respect for Andrew and his team members. We first got introduced to Spitzer Northfield by Darrell Zasnuskie a salesman and friend. Andrew was doing service appointments and repairs when we first met him some 12-13 years ago. We had issues with our 2010 Buick that he painstakingly birddogged and resolved our vehicles issue, after a ridiculous amount of effort corrected our issue. Moving forward Andrew and his Service/Mechanical team have been GREAT partners. I have been Vice President of several companies. People skills and compassion is something that is hard to teach. BUT comes natural to people that really want to take care of each individual they encounter. If I could CLON the passion and real concern that Andrew and his team have for customers it would be incredible. Thank you for all that Spitzer NORTHFIELD and the service team does for me and my family. Stay Well God Bless... Chuck Montgomery

Klaben Ford Lincoln of KentReviews
Klaben Ford Lincoln of Kent review
Just when I started to think that even Klaben Lincoln service might deteriorate in the way so many other service organizations are, they did a slam dunk for me. The highlight of their response to an urgent situation was when the operator immediately understood the crisis and put me through to someone I thought was a randomly picked employee--but turned out to be Michael, the Operations Manager in charge of pretty much everything. He said he was going to physically start walking around Klaben in order to work things out for me. Wow. I asked him to roll me to Sean Klaben, service manager. As usual, Sean immediately worked with people and tech to get things sorted out. Long story short: Klaben is going to be there for you---no matter what the trouble is. When you need them, they will deliver. Go buy a car over there and you will see I'm right.

I purchased a 2024 Audi A5 Cabriolet today from Dan Strebler. He was outstanding in helping me complete the deal! He answered all of my questions, returned phone calls promptly, and he had such a positive and cheerful personality. He really was motivated to help me secure the deal and worked in tandem with Nick to give me the best price on my trade ins. My wife absolutely loves the new convertible and I do too! It was a great experience in car buying and I am very grateful to Dan for his assistance, professionalism, and willingness to help make our dream car come true! Logan, the tech coordinator, and Kareem Salam, the finance manager , were most helpful as well. They were knowledgeable, professional and very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Audi of Bedford! Great car buying experience because of a great staff!

Volkswagen of StreetsboroReviews
Volkswagen of Streetsboro review
I've bought a lot of cars over the years and Alex and the management at Streetsboro VW made this the easiest purchase I can remember (except for the 500 mile drive to get there!). Throughout the process they were reasonable and easy to work with. I was completely satisfied with the buying experience and would highly recommend the dealership to anyone looking to purchase a car.
2022 Audi Q5 review
Bought mine in 2025 with rather low miles on it (offerred by dealership as a CPO with 18 months left). It feels luxurious inside and is pretty quiet. I'd say it was really beautiful but the way the infotainment screed is situated on the dash it sorta looks like it was just stuck there. Still, it works really well and supports CarPlay which works seemlessly. I didn't buy this car to watch movies lol. Back seats are comfy but there is a raised floor channel which seems odd; you definitely would't put a fifth adult in the middle. Still, the rear seat pass-through is cool and accomodates my skis. With read seats flipped down the total cargo space is acceptable but by no means best in class. I'm no speed demon so the 2.0 turbo is plenty for me considering the weight of the car. It handles well but it's not an Ultimate Driving Machine experience. . Mostly I'm impressed with ride quality and interior cabin sound level. The stock stereo is so-so and I tried the upgraded B&O system and it wasn't remarkable either. I am impressed with highway fuel economy near 35mpg. I did not purchase addtl maintenace and strongly recommend you change fluids waaay more often than mfr's specifications.
