My 16 year old daughter and I flew to Chicago specifically to purchase a 2015 Audi Q7 TDI. We identified several vehicles at 3 different dealerships that would work for us. We arrived at Audi Westmont at 830am on Saturday and drove 3 vehicles. Then we went to two other Chicago area Audi dealerships. After being disappointed with the quality of the CPO Q7's at other dealerships we ended back at Audi Westmont at 530pm and purchased the car we drove earlier that morning. I have been burnt 2 years ago on a car that i purchased locally here in Massachusetts. I have been very stressed out on shopping for a new vehicle. Once you loose the trust in car dealerships its very hard to gain! about 4 months ago, i made contact with HAUS OF IMPORTS and they truly made me believe that there really is good people out there doing honest business.

I called to ask a question on a BMW they had, fast foward a few days later i was driving it! They spoke to me over the phone, Emails, Texts, face time and even went on a test drive for me while i was facetiming them. I mean, its really that kind of Dealership! It was like i had a close friend in the chicago area looking over the car for me! They were brutally honest. Somethings they pointed out i didnt like (Wear and tear) on the vehicle but thats what you get when we are talking about HONESTY.
I was so comfortable with the interaction between me Mike and Roni that i decided To buy the car siteunseen. They shipped the vehicle to me in just a few days and when it arrived it was exactly what i expected, picture perfect. They mailed the title out the very next day; everything was went smooth. This is a true dealership that has years of experience under their belt. Definitely In business for the long run.

I've had around 20 vehicles in the past decade or so. My experience at Continental Audi was everything you would expect from a highline dealer and more. My Audi Brand Specialist, Gonzalo, was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive without a trace of pushy sales tactics. He and the Business Manager, Josh, did a fantastic job working with me to get the deal done remotely as I don't live in Chicagoland. I had originally asked to have my credit app sent to a specific lender that I have a relationship with, and Josh was able to save me over 1% on my interest rate after he called me to let me know a different lender had been more competitive with rates lately. That man knows his stuff!
I purchased a CPO vehicle, so I definitely was not a big spender as far as Audi customers go, but the dealership treated me like royalty.

I was pleasantly surprised how easy my car buying experience was. Valentina was professional and honest and I felt I was buying a car with a knowledgeable friend. The dealership itself was spotless and I know I won???t dread spending time there for car service in the future.
Mike is extremely knowledgeable about Mercedes models. He is very prompt with questions and responses and follows up. A pleasure to deal with. The two vehicles I was pricing out were competitive nationally.
My salesman Erik Cardoso was very informative about the history of the vehicle and was very fair in negotiations of my trade in vehicle also. Would recommend Erik to my friends who are looking for a vehicle.
Joel was genuine and not pushy at all. Very open and transparent with the vehicle I was looking at. Since I am a young driver, this process can be very intimidating but Joel was upfront and supportive throughout the entire process. The only thing I encourage other buyers to be aware of is the 4 year warranty they offer once getting into the financing step with the finance manager. I did feel pressure in this area to get the four year warranty so be aware that they may not disclose that this warranty is factored into your price. I also felt like the interest rate I was given was high considering my score and there was a mistake in the accessory fee that hiked up the price a bit but they altered that to reflect the true price. Just make sure to have your finances in order and to review the materials they provide. Overall Joel in sales was great! There was just a little pressure in the finance department, but I do love my new car!!
