Having purchased only new vehicles my entire life, I found myself in need of buying my girlfriend a certified used vehicle from a local Honda dealership. After the salesman ignored our desires and instead try to upsell us, however, we decided to try Carmax instead. From the start, Carmax offered a helpful hand online and friendly service over the phone: they were quickly able to find what we needed and provide attractive financing in a flash. (Thanks to you, Lesly.) Moreover, I found scheduling of a meeting to finish the deal at the dealership efficient. Once at the dealership, Haseam did well in helping us -- his knowledge and friendliness were impressive, especially since I havevworked in the service industry for many years . Because he did not try to upsell us, but rather did his best to educate us on what would work well, (coming in on his day-off to finalize the deal), I must commend Carmax and its associates for providing a memorable experience. Tyler provided the smoothest purchase process I have experienced. Not only was respectful, listened to me without interuption, and made me feel very comfortable as if I have known him a very long time. When I talked to Tyler before going to the dealership, and let him know what I was looking for, he had a vehicle ready for me to look at and test drive. After the test drive Tyler showed me the vehicles features, explaining them one by one and while he was explaining I realized this was the vehicle I was looking for. We went back to his office, completed the paperwork and I drove off. I was suprised the purchase only took a few hours compared to past purchased that took all day to make.
