Not only was respectful, listened to me without interuption, and made me feel very comfortable as if I have known him a very long time. Having purchased only new vehicles my entire life, I found myself in need of buying my girlfriend a certified used vehicle from a local Honda dealership. After the salesman ignored our desires and instead try to upsell us, however, we decided to try Carmax instead.
