The Audi Exchange Highland ParkReviews
The Audi Exchange Highland Park review
Probably one of the best car buying experiences I have had in a long time and my previous experiences at other Audi dealerships was good. Inquired about a car online, set an appointment, test drove it, got a very fair trade-in value and had the best experience at their location you could ask for. It literally is the only place I will buy a car moving forward.

Mercedes-Benz of Silver Spring review
I received a Mercedes notification that I was due for service. I had noticed a problem in the left front of my car and I described it to Juan Ayala. He diagnosed the problem and recommended what needed to be done. He did an exceptional job and kept me informed of what was needed. He is courteous and so helpful.
2018 Audi SQ5 review
Bought it brand new in 2018. Still got it in 2023 with over 80k miles on it. Super reliable all those years. That was the biggest surprised. We knew we'll get comfort and performance but never counted on reliability. What a great surprise.

Excellent customer service and great deals! Purchased a BMW 340 from Lake Motor - it was THE BEST deal I could find around Chicago area by over $2000! I dont think the dealer realized how low they priced it. Thank you Paul&Zoe for taking care of my sale!
2018 Audi SQ5 review
This was my fourth Audi vehicle. I purchased as an Audi low mileage Certified Pre-Owned and love it. A very fun and excellent performing vehicle. Has been very reliable - with no major issues. It now has more than 80K miles after owning for 4+ years and operates just like when I purchased it.

2023 Audi SQ5 review
I regretted trading in my 2023 SQ5, but got a good deal on the trade value. I wanted a larger car and in reality the size of this car is fine unless you have to carry around a lot of people or cargo. Eventually, I just got a Q8, which seems like a marvelous car, too. I am an Audi guy and I hate to hear other reviewers trash the car or at least the software. I sure hope I do not suffer those problems with the 2025 Q8 Prestige I got.

Napleton Aston MartinReviews
Napleton Aston Martin review
We recently purchased a Porsche Macan from Napleton Maserati of Downers Grove, and I can’t say enough about the exceptional service we received from start to finish. Even though we’re located all the way in Seattle and never saw the vehicle in person before buying, the entire experience was seamless, trustworthy, and surprisingly personal. From the very beginning, Orsie on the sales side went above and beyond — answering every question promptly, providing detailed photos and information, and making us feel confident and excited about the purchase. His honesty and commitment to service were truly refreshing. On the financing side, Alex made the entire process smooth and straightforward. He explained everything clearly, helped us understand all options, and kept things moving quickly despite the distance. What impressed us most was the trust and transparency every step of the way. In an age where buying a car sight unseen can feel risky, they built an experience grounded in professionalism and care. We would highly recommend Napleton Maserati of Downers Grove to anyone — no matter where you're located. They proved that exceptional service and trust can travel any distance.

2018 Audi SQ5 review
This is my wife car but after several years of ownership, I can say that the SQ5 prestige is a winner. Other than routine maintenance and brakes once, we have had no issues. Great vehicle super comfortable and reliable.

My advisor Micheal Taylor has always been courteous and very helpful. Michael always greets me with a smile and calls me by my name. Michael treats me as a very valuable customer, just like family. While my car is being serviced, Michael keeps me updated. When I call and leave a voicemail, Michael always returns my phone calls. Michael is the best!!

It was a blessing to find Bergey’s Lincoln and especially to work with David Bingham. He made the car buying process feel safe and easy. I felt like I could trust him from the moment he picked up the phone. I would absolutely go back to Bergey’s!
