Perillo BMW review
Another great experience at Joe Perillo BMW with Michael Fezatte. He made the whole process very simple and turned around our new car search from first contact to leaving showroom with the chosen vehicle (complete with custom spec) in less than 7 days. He understood what we were looking for and delivered a no nonsense, enjoyable buying experience. We will be back again.

DRIVEN BENTLEYS 15 YEARS. 2015 GT 14,000 MI. WATER PUMP LEAKED AND FOUND DEFECTIVE. (SHOULD LAST 70-100,000 MI) PEGGY OBTAINED PAYMENT FOR THE DEFECTIVE PART FROM BENTLEY BUT NOT FOR THE INSTALLATION. I HAD TO PAY $2000. WROTE TO BENTLEY CEO WITH NO RESULT. I BELIEVE THAT A "QUALITY LUXURY" COMPANY SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DEFECTIVE PARTS THEY INSTALL. THE MANUFACTURER OF THE DEFECTIVE PART AS WELL. i WILL CONTINUE TO FIGHT FOR THIS PRINCIPLE.

We found a 2017 Acura RDX that BMW of West Chester was selling. We contacted Scott (salesman) and from the start felt at ease and he was honest and trustworthy, hard to find in a salesperson. The whole process was seemless and we could not be happier! It’s simply a great place to buy any car.

Auto Merchants Inc.Reviews
Auto Merchants Inc. review
I love the car I purchased!!! However, the dealership should upgrade their AI (Emma) because my only question before going to see the car is if the prices were negotiable. AI claimed they did negotiate, but once I arrived, I was told they don't. Customers just don't want to be misled. - I thought I was texting with a real person only to find it was actually AI. So, I ended up paying a bit more for the car than I really wanted to. But, I justified that because the car was in really good shape for a 2018, and it had less than 34,000 miles. I would probably use this dealership again.

CarMax Salt Lake (South Jordan) review
The dealership is excellent, the staff very attentive. I had a great experience. They give full pricing up front with no hidden fees; none of the "dealership, manager's new boat, owner's third vacation home fees." While this is nice for transparency, it does make it difficult if you are someone who wants to negotiate your price. The staff were very low pressure, making for a pleasant experience.

Look for Lindsay she made buying hassle free after a long day at work. Once I was in finance Leonel had the paperwork ready and it only took a few minutes to complete the sale.
2025 BMW 228 Gran Coupe review
So far so good with this purchase of a dealer loaner car after the first 1000 miles. Nearly all of it has been highway miles on the return trip to LA from Las Vegas after purchase and a recent round trip LA-Las Vegas. Really smooth highway drive, The engine doesn't sound like it's laboring at all. Excellent fuel mileage so far as well.I haven't done much local driving yet. I hope it remains as comfortable as it has felt so far. (I went from an X2 to a sedan). If you're not used to it, the touch features on the dash might take some getting used to. The truck is smaller than I've been used to. Overall, I'm very pleased.

My experience was excellent. Peter Ward was awesome. I mentioned to him that this was a surprise for my wife and that I had to be in and out of the dealership as quickly as possible. He and Fred Ellis were extremely helpful and my my buying experience like no other. Thanks guys!

Sam was amazing to work with!! Responsive, helpful and was very personable! When we did find an issue he went out of his way to make it right even after the paperwork was signed. Have purchased two cars from them and will look at them for my next one as well!

Dre was amazing at helping us figure out what car we really needed. That long walk from the car to the entrance door made me a little nervous thinking I might not be leaving with a car but once me and my husband walked in we were greeted by Dre and the rest was history. Go see Dre for your next pre-owned car!

Working with Ethan on my 1st ever online purchase - was the 1st experience everyone wants! He was efficient with communications, but never pushy. He was flexible and open to any questions, while walking me through the process! Friendly, knowledgeable, and great to work with. The financing process with David's help was a breeze! The process was time efficient and pretty flawless. He was on point with communication and very knowledgeable. Still loving my new car 2 months later- it exactly what I wanted and drives like a dream!!!

Unique Auto MallReviews
Unique Auto Mall review
I flew in from Charlotte for this one, which tells you how specific I was being. Was hunting a manual transmission GTI in a color that isnt white or silver, and after four months of searching there were maybe six in the country that fit. One of them was sitting at unique auto mall. Called ahead, asked them to send me a walkaround video and photos of the underbody specifically, because a NJ car and rust are a real conversation. They did it the same day, no pushback, and they were upfront that there was some surface stuff on the subframe but nothing structural. That honesty is the only reason I bought a plane ticket. Got there, car was exactly what the video showed. Drove it, shook hands, did the paperwork, and drove it 600 miles home the next day. Made it without a single hiccup. Had my guy here look it over that week and he said whoever prepped it did a real job, not a spray and pray. Only thing I'd change, the title paperwork for an out of state buyer took about three weeks to land in my mailbox and I got a little nervous around week two. It showed up. Everything was fine. Just be patient with that part if you're buying from far away.
