Compared to the other dealerships I visited, this was by far the best car-buying experience I had. One of the things I appreciated most was that they allowed me to take the test drive without a salesperson in the car, which made me feel much more comfortable. Afterward, I had plenty of time to inspect the vehicle on my own without feeling rushed or pressured. At no point did I feel any pressure from the sales team. They even allowed me to take the car about 30 minutes away to my own mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. Not only were they completely supportive of that, but they also replaced a few parts that technically would have passed inspection but likely would have needed replacement down the road. That level of honesty and customer service really stood out to me. They had the car ready for me the very same day, and even took care of small cosmetic details I pointed out, including touching up minor scratches and removing some wax residue. It showed they genuinely cared about delivering the car in the best condition possible. I purchased my Mazda CX-5 with JV and also worked with Christian, the manager. Both were incredibly patient with all of my questions and made the entire process easy and stress-free. As a 25-year-old woman purchasing a car on my own, I was especially appreciative of how respectfully I was treated. After visiting several local dealerships, this was easily the most positive experience I had. While I may be partial because I ended up buying my car here, I also noticed that the vehicles across their lot were all very clean, well-maintained, and in great condition. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a transparent, low-pressure, and genuinely customer-focused car-buying experience.

Salesman was great, during the buying process. Helped me to lock in a lower intrust rate and explained things very well. However, after the buying process was over he became incredibly pushy, he was aware that I had an appointment to get too but he refused to get out of my new vehicle until I called and set up onstar. He explained to me that I had to set up onstar within 2 days of having the vehicle or else it would shut down, I explained to him I would get it set up AFTER my appt; but needed to get going. He ended up hitting the on call button in the vehicle and wouldn’t get out until it was done. Onstar ended up not answering so I was able to eventually leave the lot. Overall it was a great experience, but I just felt like towards the end he was pushy and not willing to listen. I had to go back to the dealership a few days later to obtain a 60 day tag as my current tag was set to expire & I still did/do not have title paperwork to tag the new vehicle. At first he was not going to give me one and stated “I’ll tell you what you have to do young lady.” Thankfully I had another individual there who was able to talk the salesman/department into giving a 60 day tag since my tag was going to expire. Overall good experience, but just wish salesman would listen to their customers instead of writing them off.

2017 BMW 430 review
I purchased my 2017 in 2020. It’s Upgraded wheel package really does wonders for its look/stance. Not a single problem after 3 years and no records of any previous problems. Looks, drives and feels brand new. Everyone loves it. It handle’s fantastic, very smooth ride and nothing but basic maintenance (I’m a little OCD on vehicle maintenance anyway, it pays off). I don’t drive it like a 16 yr old might. I take care of it. I don’t drive it hard. The worst of these that I’ve seen are from owners that rag them out. A good inspection, up on a lift, exposes a lot. You treat it well, it will do the same for you. Before buying I did my homework with Carfax info, maintenance history, previous vehicle location, called prior servicing dealership listed on Carfax and it’s surprising what they can tell you about a car they maintained, dealership gains nothing by misguiding me bc it wasn’t being sold by them. They just confirmed the facts from their service records which was even more than Carfax had actually. Also found a BMW mechanic that I paid $100 to check it out, front to back, before buying it and he had nothing but good to say about it. He did said “I’d grab this one”. I don’t know if I will ever be able to let it go. Did have a BMW recall, went to dealership and out in 1 hour, n/c and they also did a complimentary full check up. They didn’t find anything wrong and asked if I wanted to sell it. That was a big NO. I have neighbors keeping an eye on it, waiting to hear that I’m trading it in so they can buy it. Love it.

It was located at a CarMax dealership in Florida, while I’m in Nashville. For just $200, they shipped it to my local CarMax dealership. Knowing the worst-case scenario was losing that $200, I felt reassured to take the leap—and I’m so glad I did. Within just a few days, the car arrived. I had a trade-in—a mid-mileage VW Atlas in good condition—and to my surprise, CarMax offered me an amazing price. I’ve done my research, and they gave me a value that was very close to what I’d seen comparable models selling for, and significantly more than I owed. Needless to say, I accepted their offer with ease. As for my new (used) car, I was impressed by the comprehensive warranty options. The extended warranty they offer feels like an insurance policy: $200 deductible for coverage up to 150,000 miles. With my car’s mileage at around 50,000, this was a no-brainer. I’ve seen glowing reviews about the warranty online, and after my own experience, I can see why. Now here’s the part that truly sets CarMax apart—the post-purchase experience. The vehicle is used, so it’s impossible to catch every little thing during a quick test drive. Thankfully, CarMax provides a 90-day warranty and has a full-service garage. I’ve been back a few times for small fixes, like the gas door not working properly, tire monitor sensors, an alignment issue, and even replacing a rear entertainment system screen. Every single issue was handled promptly and professionally, leaving me with a car that feels brand new. Shoutout to Elvis in the service department! Not only did he remember my name when I returned, but he also ensured I had a free loaner car anytime my vehicle needed to stay overnight. The customer service I’ve received from him and the entire CarMax team has been nothing short of exceptional. This entire process has been so seamless that I can confidently say CarMax will be my first stop the next time I’m in the market for a car. I’ve purchased brand-new vehicles before and never felt this satisfied. CarMax has raised the bar for what car buying and ownership should feel like. If you’re on the fence about where to purchase your next vehicle, I can’t recommend CarMax enough. From great trade-in offers to their stellar warranty program and impeccable customer service, they’ve won me over as a fan for life. I found the vehicle I had been looking for online. A lower mileage Honda Ridgeline. The proprietor, Ehab had the foresight to offer Carfax for this vehicle. This afforded me the opportunity to view the history of the vehicle, which in review of said Carfax, found me interested. Calling, contact was made and the vehicle was discussed. I live in northern Nevada well over 500 miles from St Wannas car dealership I arraigned for my mechanically inclined nephew living in Riverside to venture to the dealership. There a test drive was afforded, questions were answered, and a deal was struck. Ehab expedited the paperwork which was valid with what was discussed and what was reported on Carfax. A test of faith was made wiring a substantial sum and soon I received the paperwork i.e. title etc. Shipping, another concern was coordinated by Ehab, and he paid an agreed amount/portion for this. Also, on his dime, he put new tires on it as well as a new battery. My nephew, who was my eyes looking at the vehicle stated Ehab was professional and true to his word about the condition of the vehicle. The vehicle was slow to get here but that was not his fault we had our biggest snowstorm of the year which delayed arrival. It got here in fine shape. While we were closing the deal I told him we missed the citrus fruit from the area, in that we lived down there years ago and knew what good citrus was all about. In the back of the vehicle were some oranges and comquats! In conclusion, I think his business at least in my experience, offers a service to the community for fair priced vehicles and amiable salesmanship. My nephew and his wife who gave the purchased vehicle his inspection said, yes, he would even consider St Wannas in the future, if he was looking for a quality used car. Respectfully DTW, Northern Nevada.
