BMW of Bakersfield review
Went into bmw for the first time and had an excellent experience. ELIE was my sales consultant, he really guided me through my first purchase. He showed me the options I had based on my wants and likes and financial situation. He is very comfortable to work with, and worked very hard to get us the vehicle of our choice. Overall, I would definitely recommended BMW to anyone looking for a great customer-first atmosphere when purchasing a vehicle. He even offered to take pictures of us with the SUV after we bought it!

Flemington BMWReviews
Flemington BMW review
We were on the hunt for a hybrid X5 with the head's up display which was deceptively difficult to find. We live in Brooklyn and called around and finally connected with Vince who informed us he had a hybrid in the queue and helped us build out the car to the exact specifications we wanted. The actual purchasing process was incredibly smooth thanks to Kursad and Noha. After a not so great experience with a dealership in Westchester, it was a huge relief to have such a pleasant and friendly experience with this team. We picked up our car over the weekend and couldn't be happier with both the car and the process at Flemington. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Came in for service, and we greeted by Pablo. He was very charismatic, and welcoming. He brought me to my advisor Bryan, he was able to identify me by my key...amazing! He walked me through the services, and provided me an accurate time for completion. Vehicle was serviced, washed, and vacuumed in just a hair over the 90mins quoted. I appreciate the transparency, and care given by both Pablo and Bryan, and look forward to my future services at BMW.

Kerry was absolutely fantastic in helping identify the car that was the best fit for me and provided great guidance every step of the way. He was able to answer all of my questions and point me in the right direction for everything about the Subaru Crosstrek. Kerry made my experience in purchasing this car very smooth and enjoyable overall! I’d highly recommend requesting to speak with Kerry at the Pembroke Pines dealership if you’re looking to speak with someone kind and helpful. I’d give this experience 6 stars if I could put more than 5 stars.

I've received excellent and timely communication with the sales rep Jeremy S. I've 'pestered' him with numerous questions and each time he has been very patient and helpful. Very professional... thank you!

BMW of West Chester (PA) review
By the time I left this dealership, I felt a huge weight off my shoulders. Huge shout out to Anthony Vitelli for assisting me with my situation! From the moment I walked in, Anthony greeted me with a warm smile. He was so patient in understanding my many questions. Car buying can leave you scatter brained, but with Anthony I left head strong! Very knowledgeable. Big thanks also to Nick Caperelli, Business Manager, for being so detail oriented. Thank you all. I look forward to working with you two in the future!

Mazda of Fort Myers review
Ralph was amazing from start to finish! He took great care of me and my wife as we wrapped up our lease with Mazda and helped us transition into a new lease with a car that fits our growing family. He was professional, friendly, and truly dedicated—staying with us through the entire process. He made everything smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Ralph if you’re looking for someone you can trust!
