And once again, Jerry Vargas performed a stellar job looking after my Q60's needs, added to being the only facility (from my research) to solve an engine area (chirping) noise issue which has plagued many "Q" owners. Clearly, a raise/promotion would be very much in order, IMHO. Lastly, I could best describe your facility/staff as a 5-Star Spa - For your vehicle! Even though I live in Miami, a city full of dealerships, I chose to come all the way to Hilton Head BMW. The process was incredibly fast?I was literally out with the car in about 20 minutes, something you just don?t see back home. Because of that speed, I did miss a couple of small cosmetic issues inside the car. As soon as I noticed and told my sales rep, they started working on a solution right away. Overall, this has been the best experience I?ve had in terms of efficiency, speed, and overall deal. Plus, this was the most affordable car of its model in the whole country, which is why I came here. I?ll update this review once those minor issues are fully resolved.
